“Lara has been amazing! She is always on time to take our dogs on walks, and has been very responsive and flexible with any sudden schedule changes. Our dog gets super excited to see her, and I know she’s well taken care of with Lara.”

“Dan has been walking with Panda for over a year. Dan is easy to work with, communicative, and extra caring when it comes to my pup. It’s been a pleasure working with him!”

“I've got a senior dog with health issues who has been wearing the cone of shame. Jackson never gave up and continuously showed up to take care of my pup, make sure her needs were met until she adjusted just fine. Working odd hours is stressful, but knowing my pup is being taking care of with consistent care has helped me so much. Also, his communication is clear and he's very friendly!”

“Thank you Aryanna! I appreciate you very much for taking Notch out. And I appreciate the thoughtful questions you asked about him on our call. I can tell you take great care in making sure our pets get the best treatment during your visits!”

“Julia is great with my dog Abel. She assessed for exhaustion or overheating, is great with communication and updates and makes sure he is comfortable. He is a happy boy after his walks with Julia.”

About: I have taken care of dogs for literally my entire life. Growing up, I had two dogs (Chevy and Grace). During adulthood, I have had three golden retrievers (currently I have two: Luna - 3 years old / Millie - 11 years old). Both of my dogs are super friendly with other dogs and I have never had an issue. If you would like me to keep your dogs and mine separated, I certainly can. Having been around dogs for my entire life, I have seen and dealt with most issues that can occur. I am currently working from home full-time in a virtual assistant role for several real estate firms around the country. As a result, I am available 24 hours a day to address and questions or provide you with an update. I will be very responsive to your instructions regarding your pet and will follow any instructions that you give me. I understand the importance of making your pet feel as comfortable as possible and ideally keep them on the same schedule as when you take care of them. I will also provide you with constant feedback regarding how they are doing, along with daily photos and videos. I live in a 2 story townhouse with a massive fenced in backyard. I can certainly crate your dogs and have extra crates if needed. I have plenty of toys for your pup to enjoy and healthy treats that they will love!

“Michelle has been absolutely AWSOME ! She has been Responsible , Punctual, Patient and Caring with borh Oreo and me. I highly recommend this young lady with your dog walking, boarding needs !”

“Madeline was so prompt and thoughtful in her care for Cooper! The detailed walk recaps and photos mean so much to me when I’m stuck at work away from home. I will absolutely re-book.”

“Christine is the absolute greatest friend and caretaker to our dog Schlappen. She’s so attentive, responsive, loving and dependable. She treats your pet like it’s her own. All the qualities we look for while we go away and need someone to take good care of our dog. We really appreciate her and look no further when it’s time to schedule a Rover again. Thank you Christine! ❤️”

“Diana was absolutely fantastic. It’s super important to keep the routine as a busy mom, and she fully supported that by showing up on time every time. In addition, she brought such a positive vibe to our dog despite the extreme heat. I’m definitely grateful to have found Diana for our dog. I’ll highly recommend her and will definitely hire her again in the future.”

About: I have been a Rover client for 2 years now, and I have fallen in love with this service. I would love to care for your furry friend! I will show your dog the love, care, and affection that I expect towards my own dogs. I have ample puppy experience (raised my Bernese Mountain Dog from when he was 9 weeks old), and have received professional training in proper e-collar usage. I have experience working with reactive dogs as well. I can’t wait to meet your pup(s)! I work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. I am available before or after work for drop-ins, and weekends for housesitting. Please check my calendar for my most updated availability! I am extremely respectful of other peoples’ homes. I will treat your space like it’s my own! I always take extensive notes on each client’s needs in order to provide the best care possible.

“Jenna was so sweet with my mini Aussie Bucket. He is anxious & shy so when I got home and he was happy and taken care of -it made me feel so relieved that I found a good Walker! Will be booking her regularly!”

“Danielle was great with coming by to walk my dog Roxy for me while I was gone! She was very attentive, communicative, and flexible. I would definitely book with her again.”

About: My wife and I own a lash studio which allows for me to have a pretty flexible schedule. I have always had a passion for dogs and love spending time with my Australian Shepard - Healer Jake. I love taking long walks on the Greenbelt and taking Jake for swims around Austin. Our dog Jake is super friendly! He loves kids and other dogs and seems to always have a huge smile on his face. I have a special dog hammock in my back seat designed just for keeping my little guy safe when we go on road trips. We've taken Jake across the country with us and all over Texas. I have been a dog owner for 20+ years and I am confident I will provide a safe and positive experience for you and your dog!

About: I got my first family dog when I was 7 and have been helplessly in love since then. I continued to have pets throughout the rest of my childhood until I moved out (a pesky lease is all that's stopping me from having one now). I've been dog/house sitting for various people since my early teen years and currently have regular house holds I sit for to this day. I've worked with puppies and seniors (around 4 months-17 years), sizes small and large (about 2-190lbs), multiple dogs, and those with extra care needs (medicine, diet, behavior, and vet care). I am currently in a positive position to be an active companion to your fur family without any other regular and / or long commitments. *Please note: unfortunately I am allergic to cats and can do drop ins but am not able to sit. I will love them for a couple days but you will love them their whole life and I aspire to reflect that. You know what's best! I have a bunch of tools in my tool belt but I will always defer to you. I also aim to respect any freedom you give me. I have a wide range of basic knowledge but can/will do my research into breed specific care if applicable. Pound puppies have my whole heart so I understand each dog has their own unique needs. I keep a clean house and always keep your dogs in sight at bare minimum. I take note of the weather, temperature, time, potty breaks, and overall day to day play by play.

Madison B.
“Maddy is amazing! She is so kind and attentive. I left detailed instructions for my puppy’s meals, training etc and she went above and beyond caring for my 2 year old lab Duncan. I appreciated how tired and worn out my puppy was after her stay, definitely got his fill of play time with her!”

Jared R.
“I've known Jared for a number of years and he is by far the best person I've seen with animals. He truly loves them and will take incredible care of your pets. You can trust him to give his full support and respect to your loved ones. He is dependable and a very stand up guy.”

Ronnie A.
“Ronnie has watched our dogs multiple times. The very first time she sat on the floor and let them come to her. Within seconds they went to her, tails wagging, and began licking her face. Ronnie is very responsible and follows meal, medication, and exercise instructions. She always sends pictures throughout the day. We have noticed that Ronnie does very well when walking the dogs in our neighborhood. Our dogs get very excited on walks and like to chase squirrels, lizards, and birds and have a tendency to pull on leashes. Ronnie does a really good job talking to the dogs throughout the walks and they follow her commands. We would definitely recommend Ronnie for dog sitting, walking, and general care for our dogs.”
