About: I’ve had my own dogs since I was very little and always had the responsibilities of taking care of them. I’ve had my own little one since I adopted her 12 years ago, she’s my best friend. Every dog I see I NEED to pet them and say hi, as long as the owner is ok with that. Making sure a dog is comfortable with me is also important so I will always make them feel loved and treat them kindly. I’m currently a stay at home mom so I have a pretty open schedule. I do a quick school drop off in the mornings and pickup in the afternoons but my day to day is always the same and can easily fit animal care into it. In my own home I have a small terrier named Penny and a cat named Penelope who both get along great with other pets. My yard is not completely closed off so walks in my neighborhood would be best. I have wooden stairs that I’ve added tread to so there’s no slipping for the dogs. I have a crate for small/medium dogs if they need a place to relax on their own. Tons of blankets for them to curl up in as well.

When my two Corgies passed away after 15 years with me, I was heartbroken and suspended my Rover work for a while. However, I cannot live without a dog, so two years ago, I rescued Pepper. She is a four-year-old G. Shepherd Border Collie Mix, and she is very friendly with people and other dogs. I'm now ready to help take care of Rover dogs once again. I have a 3-bedroom single-story house with a very high & secure fenced-in backyard. There is plenty of room for dogs to play outside safely or with their toys inside. I ensure that all dogs in my care are friendly; for this reason, I prefer to have a meet-and-greet in person before confirming a booking. I will work around your schedule to arrange a good time to meet. I understand some dogs may have separation anxiety from their owners. I know your dog may miss you and have some anxiety at first. So I will give them lots of love and attention to help them relax & settle in. It's why I limit the number of Dogs I care for. I am always home to supervise every dog. I never leave a dog home alone. Dog boarding comes with plenty of pictures and updates to keep you informed while you're away, giving you peace of mind. Dogs are walked once during daycare and twice a day when they stay overnight! Leaving your furry family member with another person can be scary! It is essential to know that they're being loved and taken care of when you're not there. That is precisely the peace of mind you can expect with my doggy services! Your dog will be treated as a guest in my home, and I will do everything I can to make sure they enjoy their stay. One last thing, if your dog is scratching a lot, I need to be sure it's not due to Fleas. I want all dogs to arrive happy & healthy and leave the same way. I am able to provide overnight boarding for dogs from Friday Evening to Sunday Evening and most holidays. Because I work from home I can also care for your dog through the week just let me know what you need. My home is a single level 3 bedroom house with secure back yard. When walking I never let a dog off their lease. The only exception would be in a fenced-in dog park if the owner approves of going to dog parks, and their dog obeys basic verbal commands. During Overnight stays I enjoy quiet evenings on the couch with lots of doggy cuddle time.
