She was welcoming to my dogs, took it slow with them, and allowed them to sniff around during our first introduction. My dogs were calm with her while showing us around, and she understood the needs of my senior girl Roo. My dogs boarded overnight with Dee for the first time (first time with her and first time ever boarding!) and then the same week Dee took them for daycare. My dogs knew where we were going when I dropped them off a second time - neither were bothered, they walked in and seamed to know where they were going. When I picked up my dogs they were happy (not traumatized even in the slightest bit for me having left them), both times they were tired when they got home. We also have cameras in the house and can monitor the pups while not home. Your dog will be part of our family, they will sleep, play, lay down to watch TV with us, will be free roaming in the house (however. I can implement any crate routines as requested per owner) and will be taken out for walks on a leash 4 times a day. I will follow all your feeding and care instructions, including medications. I will be sending you videos and photos daily. Our dog, Bingo, is dog and cat friendly. He loves everyone, actually. We can do a dog meet if needed. As always, Franklin takes wonderful care of our Joey and treats him as a member of his family while we are away. He sends frequent photos and videos so that we know Joey is having fun and is not stressed. Joey is taken on walks including off-lease dog park time and also sleeps on Franklin's bed, allowing time for lots of snuggles. Joey definitely has a home away from home when he stays with Franklin and we appreciate it so very much!
Highly recommend Renee! I was nervous about leaving my pup for a few days, but she was incredibly attentive and kept me updated with constant videos and pictures. She even took him out for exercise and watched a movie with him. I went on a trip, and honestly, I think my dog had a better time than I did 😂. I'll definitely be booking with her again!

Carolina took exceptional care of my two dogs! My fur babies are very different, with one being a puppy and the other of advanced years. She stayed in contact with exploring what the dogs like and sent pictures a couple of times per day! She addressed the issue of one not eating and even cooked her meals she liked!
