“Jean obviously is a dog lover ....and it was so comforting to know my dog and cat were in very good hands. Maggie got her walks and I got updates and pictures .....knowing all was well back home...thanks Jean”

“We’re so thankful to have Katie in our lives! Our Indy is very shy, can be reactive, and has never done a housesitting before, but he LOVES Katie! We’ve never seen Indy so happy. Katie is always communicative, thorough, incredibly thoughtful, and an absolute dream to work with. Amazing things that stuck out to us: - Provided lots of photo updates - Asked awesome questions about it our training - Left our home cleaner and cozier than we left it - Makes the cutest crochet ornaments! We’re so soooo lucky to have them as our sitter! Thank you so much Katie!”

“Kilah was absolutely amazing with our dogs Cassie and Coco! She went above and beyond to keep them happy and engaged while we were away, she even catered to their individual personalities.”

“Cory is absolutely amazing. He stayed at my house for 8 days with my two King Charles Cavaliers, one is blind. He took such good care of them and sent me a lot of photos and messages. They were so happy when I got home and I don’t think they even missed me! I definitely recommend Cory you will be glad you did.”

“Ethan did an outstanding job with my dog. She requires daily medication and has a routine feeding schedule. Ethan handled her medications and special needs without a problem. My dog was acting out at first, but Ethan was able to gain her trust and she settled in for some snuggles with him. He also took great care of my home. I highly recommend Ethan and look forward to hiring him in the future.”

About: Hello! I'm a lover of dogs and cats! I have taken care of and trained my dog growing up (an American Bulldog) and had two cats I looked after since a young age. My family and friends rely on me to watch their dogs or sit them while they are out of town and I simply love pets of all kinds. I also love to run with a companion to get all the energy out! I'm currently looking for part-time work and am available mostly on the weekends from Friday - Sunday but can assist with walks and check-ins during the week. I'm available on weekends with no time caps and weekdays before 7am or after 4pm. I have a cozy 1200-sqf home situated within a dog-friendly condominium in Bothell with plenty of walking (or running) trails and fun for your pup!

“Lindsey has been, by far, the best dog sitter I have found on this site. My dogs are both on the larger side and seniors, both require multiple meds and are high & low maintenance at the same time. Outside, sleep, outside, diaper, outside, sleep, outside, diaper, you get the gist. Lindsey handled it beautifully. She was communicative throughout, shared many pictures, provided updates and asked questions, without hesitation, that you never really are able to address during a meet & greet. It was an amazing and comforting benefit that my neighbor, who liked walking the dogs with me, told me that she was 'chopped liver' compared to the way the dogs interacted with Lindsey. My neighbor has known and walked with us for over 11 years, always has treats & she took a second class rating to Lindsey!! She is more than worthy of this review. I hope that this helps when other pup parents are looking for someone that they can trust and leave their loved ones in good hands without worry when needed.”

“Caroline is the best! She took care of my pup Zuko like he was her own and left my home better than how I left it. She is incredibly communicative, sending in-depth notes and photos nearly each day. I would absolutely have her pet-sit again! Thank you Caroline!”

“Brittany was fantastic! She sent daily updates and pictures and our dog took to her right away. Our dog is a rescue and has some special needs and Brittany met them with understanding and compassion and wasn’t scared away. We will definitely be using Brittany again.”

“We loved Lori watching over us! - yes that's what my dogs whispered on my ear when I returned. She was very attentive with them, gentle as it can be and honestly I didn't even know I had a house guest. We will be reaching out to her in the future, that's for sure!”

“Carlynn was an absolute gem and was kind enough to book on short notice after an abrupt and unforeseen cancelation from another Rover sitter. Carlynn did a perfect job of caring for my 17-year-old Coton du Tulear, Cassie. My Cassie is blind and deaf, frail, has kidney disease and also has no teeth anymore after they were removed. But she is still very sweet and Carlynn brought out the best in her, hand-feeding her, keeping her hydrated and treating her like a cherished pet of her own. I'm happy to recommend Carlynn to anyone who wants a kind, gentle, top-notch person. Thanks again Carlynn.”

“Brittany cared for my dog Poppy for 5 days and 4 nights. Nothing exciting happened while she was at my place, which is exactly how I wanted it. She spent a good amount of time with the dog (Poppy needs a high level of person interaction) and took great care of my place. Overall, highly recommended as a trustworthy person to watch your most prized possession(s).”

“Jessica did an excellent job with Zinc. She is super detail oriented, asked lots of good questions and followed the instructions to a tee. He was very happy and relaxed when we returned which is my ultimate sign that he’s been well cared for. She asked if visitors were okay (which they were) during the week we were gone and didn’t just take liberties. And when we returned the house was just as we left it. Highly recommended and will book again.”

“Angie is prompt, communicates well, and has a calm energy, which is exactly what we needed for our 16-year-old cat. We would definitely recommend her.”

“Ta'Leah was amazing! Very communicative and friendly. My typically shy pup warmed right up to her and cuddled. Ta'Leah left my home very clean and my dog is happy! I can't recommend her enough and we will definitely be using her again.”

“Ruby was a wonderful dog/house sitter for our pup Sunny. She took great care of our dog for 5 days. This was our first time leaving Sunny with anyone other than family so I was a little nervous. Ruby sent me a lot of photos and updates which helped put my mind at ease. We will for sure be calling on Ruby again when we need a sitter for Sunny. Thanks Ruby!!”

“Kendra watched our one year old dog, Ivy, and are super happy with how it went! We got daily updates from Kendra, and she followed Ivy’s routine very well. When we got home, Ivy looked very comfortable and relaxed. Definitely going to be having Kendra help us more in the future!”

“Shelley was amazing when house sitting for our new 10 week old puppy! She is communicative and even came early to get acquainted with the space and our dogs. We came home to 2 sleepy pups and a house free of puppy accidents. Highly recommend!”

About: My wife Sara and I are dog and cat lovers, who have taken care of, trained, and entertained both throughout our life. We love their silly faces, and taking long (or short!) walks in all weather. We lost our best dog, a little Havanese - Sydney, who loved everyone. We miss having a pooch and would love to meet yours! We have two cats who are super chill and unimpressed by dogs or other cats. We live in a house with a small yard and a play area for dogs, as well as being close to lots of parks and lovely walking areas, and the Sammamish River Trail. If your dog likes long walks we love going along the river. Life of a dog in our care: Wake, walk, eat, sleep, play, repeat... And photos, so many photos. Life of a cat in our care: Playtime, cuddle time, grooming time, and all the treats (if allowed). We are both able to administer medicine. Sara and I both work remotely from home. We share pet duties depending on our availability.our jobs are very flexible. It’s a chance for us to get out of the house and away from the computer. All the love and safety is in our home. We will look to you for best advice and follow to the letter. They will never feel alone.

“Jessica was such a good sitter for my somewhat unruly German Shepherd. She stayed in touch while I was gone and gave me peace of mind that Rajah was in good hands. I chose rover.com because my dog Rajah has separation anxiety. He received one on one care. Jessica provided this for him. I would choose her again.”

19. Jen K.
“Jen has such an amazing love for animals! She is patient, kind, and generous in her care for them. She quickly became friends with Maximus Julius Caesar, cat overlord. He is a particularly finicky feline and doesn't take to strangers easily. Jen was able to make sure he was fed on schedule and got plenty of exercise. Her care for 4 legged companions was also clear with her attentiveness to Sydney, her diva dog. Sydney got ample play time, long walks, and lots of affection. I highly recommend using Jen as your next pet sitter!”
