“Jean is indeed the Mary Poppins for pets! She's house sat my pup for me many times over the past 2 years, providing the same warm care and affection each time. She's extremely trustworthy and conscientious; I always return home to a happy & healthy dog and a clean, tended home. Jean's as professional & reliable as she is sweet & compassionate: a 5 star nanny all the way! I highly recommend her without any reservation, she's earned it. :)”

“Cory is absolutely amazing. He stayed at my house for 8 days with my two King Charles Cavaliers, one is blind. He took such good care of them and sent me a lot of photos and messages. They were so happy when I got home and I don’t think they even missed me! I definitely recommend Cory you will be glad you did.”

“Katie was an amazing pet sitter. She made me feel so comfortable leaving my animals with her. She sent me pics and videos that was so cool. She kept my house very clean. She even crochet us a taco. Love that. The best thing she texted us to make sure we came home safe. Would definitely recommend her to everyone.”

“I almost hate to write this, because Karen may get so busy that I won’t be able to book her! I can’t say enough good about her. Probably the best part was that she had my really anxious/antisocial pup relaxed in no time—and it was July 4. Fireworks going off all the time. Karen sent me updates and pics of both dogs on a regular basis. I do believe my house was cleaner than when I left it. Karen even contacted me for pooper scooper info. Wonderful energy. She is “the dog whisperer.””

“Sarah was awesome as a dog, cat and house sitter! She walked the dogs and stimulated the heck out of them. She actually may be better dog parents than us, honestly. :) She sent oodles of pictures. I’m hoping to book her again soon!”

“Caroline is a wonderful sitter and makes it so I never have to worry when I'm away. She is incredibly communicative and ensures to give my pup a lot of exercise and cuddles. She also takes care of my home and leaves it cleaner than how I left it. Quickly becoming a repeat sitter, I highly recommend Caroline for all of your pet sitter needs.”

Anastasia I am currently a grad student and a counseling intern with my own dog. Learning your house rules so I can take care of them when I’m there as well as providing a safe environment when they’re at my home.
“Lindsey was so helpful in making sure our dogs felt comfortable with us out of town! One of our dogs needs some supplements and medication and she made sure that he was well taken care of everyday. She made sure to pay attention and spend quality time with them and give them potty breaks when needed! We also really appreciated all the pictures (: Highly recommend!”

“Amy took excellent care of our two dogs and our home for 10 days. Amy was reliable, responsive, kind, and respectful. She followed our instructions and had outstanding communication. We would absolutely love to work with Amy again.”
“Kilah was AMAZING!! Our two Australian Shepherds absolutely loved her :) She provided very detailed updates each day along with the cutest photos! She also took excellent care of our home, and we would love to have her watch our fur babies again in the future!”

“I have a reactive dog who struggles to meet new people, especially men. And wow! I was totally blown away by how Robert used such confidence and gentleness with my dog. He was able to snag Winston to the dog park for the first time in years successfully. I am honestly so grateful and surprised to have found such a solid dog sitter. I cannot recommend booking him enough!!”

“Bryan was amazing, both with Suki and with us! We have never had a house sitter/dog sitter in our home, so it was understandably a little nerve wracking to let a stranger over. But Bryan was a class act, gave us so many funny updates, and left the house cleaner than we left it. Suki was so happy to see us, and clearly very at ease and well taken care of. We will absolutely have Bryan over again to take care of Suki and our home!”

“Jen took great care of our fur kiddos! She was the perfect sitter - communicative, friendly, and trustworthy. She sent the amount of updates we appreciate - not too many but not too few. We felt completely confident that our animals were in great care.”

“Ethan did an outstanding job with my dog. She requires daily medication and has a routine feeding schedule. Ethan handled her medications and special needs without a problem. My dog was acting out at first, but Ethan was able to gain her trust and she settled in for some snuggles with him. He also took great care of my home. I highly recommend Ethan and look forward to hiring him in the future.”

About: * I am certified in Dog CPR + First Aid (through Udemy) Hi there! I’m Elly, and I’ve been a proud Rover sitter since 2022, with several repeat clients who trust me to care for their furry family members. I even did pet sitting full-time for a few months and loved every minute of it! I have open availability Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm. Whether your pet needs a potty break, a play session, or just some company and cuddles, I’m happy to help. I’ve been caring for animals for years, both personally and professionally. I share my home with two playful dogs, a curious cat, and have had a free-roam sassy bunny before—so I’m well-versed in different personalities! Many of my friends and family have relied on me for pet care in the past as well! I’ve also worked in a veterinary setting, which means I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, and I’m familiar with basic medication routines and basic health. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are always my top priorities. I’d love to get to know your furry friend and provide them with the same love and care I give my own crew. Let’s connect! I have two dogs and a cat of my own at home, Rin, Itachi, and Lenny! Along with a bunny back in Wisconsin, Bohdi. Itachi is a corgi that has been a part of my life for almost five wonderful years. Rin is going on almost three years, but the time we have had them together has been a learning process. They need constant attention and it has really shaped how I respond to other dogs and having dogs and cats together. They have taught me patience, but also how to train and treat accordingly, since each dog is different. I have experience with other animals as stated, and am able to adapt. My current services include drop-in visits and walks. I will certainly treat your pets as my own and will respect any wishes you may have for your requested service! With my services being drop-ins, walks, I am typically in the pet owners homes. I will usually ask for instructions for new service requests in writing or through the messenger to ensure everything goes smoothly! Usually when I am going into the homes, I go in slowly to make sure the animals aren't freaked out. Each visit, no matter how many times I may have been there, I let the animal smell me and give a few pets before I do anything else. I follow all instructions for the specific service, photos are sent each visit, and I always clean up after myself. I do not overstay my welcome and I usually just finish the tasks at hand and leave after the allotted time! I also include a very detailed note per visit so pet owners know exactly what I did. I am willing to provide anything needed like bags, toys, treats, etc. if you let me know in advance!
“Jessica was great with my dog Sebastian! She asked great questions during our initial meet and greet and provided many updates throughout her stay with pictures. Sebastian is a bit reactive to other dogs and Jessica was able to navigate around his personality and needs. Would definitely recommend Jessica as a pet sitter”

About: I grew up training bird hunting Labradors with my father. From that experience I learned how to train dogs with verbal and also visible hand signals. I have years of animal shelter volunteering, and I also used to work in an animal hospital providing overnight care for the emergency patients that needed around the clock support. I have an amazing dog named Winter, that loves having company over and can't wait to meet new furry friends! I am currently a stay at home father, and I can accept pets anytime from 7am-7pm. I have 1 friendly dogs that will keep your dogs company. I have a fenced back yard for play time and potty breaks, as well as a powerline trail for close by outdoor walks. I do not have a crate, so if your dogs prefer to spend time sleeping or napping in their crate I ask that you provide that.
“Jennifer did a great job caring for our dogs at home, even though they need some time to adapt with strangers since they’re rescues. She was patient, kind, and made them feel safe. She also applied eye medication for one of them, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!”

“Hailey is such a kind, gentle dog sitter. My pups were excited to see her every time. She would walk them and play in the backyard with them. She cuddled them too and sent me a lot of pics. One of my senior dogs needs meds and she ensured he recorded his meds on time. I would highly recommend.”

East Wellington pet parents share their Rover experiences
Hailey was a fantastic sitter for our two dogs with very different needs. She was attentive, caring, and followed all our instructions perfectly. We really appreciated the regular updates she shared throughout her stay. Both dogs got plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation, and it was clear they were happy and well cared for. She also left the house neat and tidy. It was a pleasure working with her, and we’ll definitely be booking her again. Highly recommend!

Would not consider leaving our Scout in the care of anyone else but Jessica! She is amazing. Gives Scout her total attention, keeps us abreast daily while away with photos and Scout’s status. Administers all of Scout’s medications and monitors her well-being. It’s obvious Jessica really cares about Scout and Scout really cares about Jessica.

As always, Amy took great care of our fur kids! Suki (our dog) was having tummy troubles so we needed someone to watch her & get her out for frequent potty trips while we were away at work for the day and Amy made sure she was well tended to. Thanks, Amy!

There are no words to fully express our family’s gratitude to Mallory. She was amazing with our dogs and when something went wrong she jumped into action and got our pretty girl to the vet to get the care she needed and kept us in the loop the entire time. We are so very fortunate to have had her watch our dogs. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
