I was also mortified when I didn't get my hungryroot box canceled, and she graciously put everything in the fridge for me. I felt so comfortable with them under her care, I could even relax on the day of the funeral and not be constantly checking my phone for a rover card! When I got home, my cats were chill and well cared for. I will definitely use her again.”
