“Heidi watched my two cats when I had to be out of town on short notice for a funeral. She was amazing. One of cats needs a daily medication, and she jumped right in and made me feel super comfortable about it. I think what I also really appreciated was that she gave me honest updates. For example, the first night Binx was kind of a goob about letting her get into his ear, but then he got better after she was around a bit. I think I prefer that as opposed to "everything is great!" I was also mortified when I didn't get my hungryroot box canceled, and she graciously put everything in the fridge for me. I felt so comfortable with them under her care, I could even relax on the day of the funeral and not be constantly checking my phone for a rover card! When I got home, my cats were chill and well cared for. I will definitely use her again.”

“I'm happy I found Jamie. She was consistent and kept in touch throughout my vacation. This provided me a lot of relief and peace of mind. I highly recommend her services!”

“I have a shy kitty who really warmed up to Taylor. I get pictures regularly and could tell that with each visit, Luna was feeling more and more comfortable with her. Taylor will definitely be my first choice for my kitty on future vacations.”

“As always, I am so happy knowing my two cats are in Heather’s care. She is always responsive to my correspondence and it is fun to see my cats engaging with her on the photos she sends me through Rover!”

“Alicia did an excellent job taking care of my cat, Cloudy. She provided thorough and detailed updates every time she visited, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. When I returned, Cloudy was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and attentive sitter!”

About: With a background in biology, you must know that I am a lover of ALL animals and life! There hasn't been a moment in my life when a pet wasn't in the house. I've lived with dogs, cats, tropical fish, hedgehogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and birds! When it comes to my friends and family, I'm often the first choice for caring for their pets, as they know I'll provide the same level of love and care that they do for their companions. I have the most experience with cats and dogs, including all ages, from kittens and puppies to elderly cats and dogs. Given that I'm a teacher and it's summer time, I can be available at any time that's most convenient or necessary for you! Need me to walk the dog during a long workday? Or perhaps you need someone to check in on the cat while you're out of town for the weekend? I'm here for you! I am quick to pick up on what your pet needs. If your pet is more on the timid side, I understand to be gentle and patient with them, but if they're higher energy, I'm more than willing to play with them or take them on a long walk until they're worn out!

About: I have been dog and cat sitting for over 10yrs. I usually stay at the owners house. Experienced with dogs with medical issues, and high anxiety. I have given medications and have done some training. I have done just overnight stays, but have also done 3month long stays. I am also a Hairstylist and Skin care specialist. I rent a chair at a salon and make my own schedule, so my hours are flexable. I enjoy spending time with pets, but just don't live in a place were I can have one. I am not married and have no children, so I am completely available and focused on your pet. I usually like to meet you and your pet/pets about 1week before the scheduled appointment, so I can get to know you, your pet and your pets routine, feeding times, walking, medications if needed, etc. This also helps the dog recognize me when I show up, when you aren't there.

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, birds, and fish. I especially enjoy birds. I had a dove that lived 8 years past the normal lifespan. I work as a school bus driver so I am completely free during the summer. During the school year I am just available on weekends and holidays. I would not mind working for you over winter break. I will take very good care of your home and leave it just as I found it (or maybe better). I take care of pets by prioritizing their needs.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my entire adult life. I grew up with dogs and raised three of my own. I was a foster parent for Secondhand Hounds before adopting two of my own rescues. I’ve also raised animal lovers and my daughter is currently attending Cornell to become a veterinarian. I’m an awesome photographer and you’ll likely come away from the experience with some great photos of your furry family member. I currently work full-time, until June, when I am retiring from owning a daycare. Until then, I’m available evenings and weekend. Starting in the summer, I will be wide open for extensive pet sitting. I have a fenced in yard for my dogs, but am familiar with invisible fence dog security and love long dog walks around the neighborhood.

About: I loved dogs since I was a boy. Working with animals brings me joy. Call me if you want to talk. About making a deal to take your dog for a walk, Or filling the dish or throwing the ball. No job’s too big, no job’s too small. My name is Ben and I live here in town. So hit me up because I’m always around. I work odd hours at a medical facility so I am home during the day most of the time so I am available to make stops to help with pet care. I have a large fence in yard. I also have an enclosed dog run at my house along with a large and small kennel if needed to safely house your dogs.

About: Hi, I’m Annie! I’ve been an animal lover my whole life, growing up with dogs, rescuing a cat, and even having a guinea pig. My passion for pets started early—I even created my own dog treat business in middle school called "Annie’s Barkery!" Over the years, I’ve gained plenty of experience, from volunteering at animal shelters to fostering three puppies. I recently moved from Colorado, where I enjoyed providing dog sitting and outings to many furry friends. I’m active and love going for walks, making me the perfect companion for your pup's daily exercise. Whether it’s a walk around the block, playtime, or just giving your furry friend some love and attention, I’m here to help. I absolutely adore animals and can’t wait to meet yours! I typically work from home on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s, and may have some flexibility during the day (usually during lunch). I’m usually available after 5pm on weekdays. Weekends may vary but reach out to inquire! Safety and your pet’s well being is my #1 priority. I’ll always treat them as if they’re my own and ensure I’m following specific guidance set by the owner and paying close attention to their needs.

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and ever since I became of age I have been a dog sitter for neighbors and family friends because I am a true animal lover. When I go over to let dogs outside, I like to stay with them a little while to make sure they are getting enough attention and care. I walk my dogs as often as I can because dogs deserve to have some fresh air and get outside to stretch. When I walk dogs I take them on a nice brisk walk if they are older, or I’ll go for a light jog if they are puppies. I am really good at caring for dogs based on their needs. I am comfortable with any and all dogs that need pet care.

“Brenna is an incredible pet caregiver!! My husband and I hired her to watch our two cats and dog for three days and I’ve never seen our pets happier upon coming home from an extended work trip. Brenna is attentive, caring, loving, and sent frequent updates of all our furry animals - they thrived in her care. (She even clipped our cat’s nails when she noticed our cat mocha kept getting stuck on the carpet!) If you’re thinking about hiring Brenna, DO IT! She’s good with all kinds of animals - dogs, cats, senior animals, baby animals, and even animals that require special treatment and medication. We will be using her Rover services again in the future, and we know our pets will love having her back, too!”

Deborah P.
“Deb is our go-to for our anxious pup! We have a dog who is reactive and anxious with new people, but has always been really comfortable with Deb. Deb has dog-sat for us many, many times, staying at our place and we always come home knowing our pup was well cared for - walked, cuddled, and loved. You’re getting a reliable and caring sitter with Deb - wholeheartedly recommend her!”

Deborah H.
“Deborah is a fantastic sitter! She is very meticulous in her note taking and asks great questions prior to the engagement. I got daily updates regarding both my dog/cat and photos which gave me peace of mind when I was away. She was extremely attentive to my fears (dog easy, cat gets into things) and she didn't miss a beat. I returned to a very clean home, everything in its place, which I really appreciate in making my transition easier post trip. I would definitely use Deborah again - she's dedicated, responsible, enjoys animals and an all 'round great pet sitter!”

Carrie R.
