He also loved the attention from Aldrin and Teresa. They are a sweet friendly couple. Someone was always home to watch them and they took him on plenty of walks. That really helps when our dog is in a new place with new faces. We also appreciate their organization and communication skills. They confirmed the appointment the day before, asked good questions about our dog and provided just the right amount of pics/updates. The attention to detail is very much appreciated. She is not only knowledgable about taking proper care of animals, she is also responsible in making sure they are safe and loved. Vanessa took care of our four dogs extremely well, and I would use her again if ever needed. Vanessa also communicates really well and makes sure everyone is on the same page. She helped us out when we were not going to be back on time to collect our pups, and this showed me how much she cares about sitting and it is not just a job to her.
