“Hannah and her family were really great at taking care of my pup! I really appreciate her communicativeness and her flexibility. I had no concerns while she was taking care of my dog and would absolutely use her again for future boarding needs!”

“Cannot come up enough good words to describe Jaclyn and the service she provides for all dogs! Our dog’s first stay with her was for a week and we never once felt concerned about the stay. We are so happy to have met Jaclyn!”

“Austin, Francis and their kids met us in the drive way. The oldest took Maybel’s leash and they were off to explore. Updates I got over the weekend was that Maybel was outside exploring, which is one of her favorite things to do. She also enjoyed some cuddle time reading books with the kids. I could tel Maybel enjoyed her time by the naps she took after we got home. Thank you Austin and family for taking such good care of Maybel for the weekend.”

“Khaila took great care of our pup, Chuck! She sent us a little picture or video everyday which gave us a lot of peace of mind. 100% recommend and we will be working with her again!”

“Really satisfied. Cody and Cassidy are very warm, loving and friendly as well as their daughter. Good communication and photos were also sent. Would certainly recommend them and do it again. Thank you.”

“Amanda took great care of Nugget during our vacation week. Her entire family, including their dog Rosie, welcomed him and made him feel at home. We appreciated the photos and messages Amanda sent us throughout the week. Her frequent communication gave us peace of mind knowing Nugget was well cared for. We look forward to his stay next summer. Thank you Amanda!”

“Heidi took great care of my two Huskies and was very helpful with not only the original requested boarding, but also allowed them to stay longer then originally planned. She also gave one a nice brush down which is more than I could had asked for :)”

“Roxy loved her time with you and her new buddies! She’s looking forward to her next visit. Thanks for keeping us updated during her visit. And, thanks for taking great care of her!”

“Elisabeth makes Louise feel so welcome and at home. Louise is so excited to get out of the car there and I am so at ease knowing she is so well cared for. Highly highly recommend Elisabeth!”

“Connor was great with our dog Bolt! This was our first time going through the app, she made it very easy. We were bringing Bolt to a boarding place nearby but would always feel very on edge and worrying while on vacation. He would come home from the boarding place and his elbows were very rough and red and he would be so thirsty. I picked him up from Connor and he was fine, like he never left home. He was a little tired but that’s to be expected going to a new place. Connor’s house was clean and she has a very nice yard and large covered porch she sat under with him. She was easy to communicate with and flexible. As soon as I met her and she met my dog, I knew we were going to be good! I plan to bring him to her again soon and will continue to for as long as I can!”

“My first Rover experience with my just turned one puppy. Nicholas was very friendly, sent me daily pictures, and most importantly my dog was well cared for and came home happy and I think a little improved by the experience :). I would recommend Nicholas unreservedly, and so would my dog Sadie. Thank You!!!”

“Carmen was incredibly attentive and good with goose! I came home to a happy cat and received many pictures throughout the stay - she also went above and beyond and cleaned her litter box completely, as well as her food dishes! Id absolutely book with Carmen again.”

“Diana was absolutely amazing with Nash! I can’t wait to use her services again! Nash went on plenty of walks her property is a dogs heaven. She sent so many pictures and updates! Truly the best possible experience!”

“Kelly was a great sitter for my dog, was very caring and patient and made him feel at home. He likes a lot of attention and she was great with him and sent daily updates. I highly recommend Kelly!”

“Sadie's stay with Trisha and her family was fantastic. They accommodated a last minute change of schedule.Because sadie had eaten chocolate on the drive and we needed to deal with it before dropping her off. Tricia's dog and kids were all friendly and enjoyed having sadie. Sadie loved being there - Plenty of outdoor time and plenty of people time! Trisha was the best fit for Sadie with a dog sitter that we've ever found!”

“Kseniia and her husband were excellent. They sent photos and videos throughout the stay. It was obvious our little guy was very comfortable with them and they took great care of him. They were also in a very convenient location and answered our texts immediately. We will definitely be booking again.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
