I only board my dogs when absolutely necessary, some were never boarded. We also enjoyed the many texts and photos we received during Bear’s stay. I will definitely be taking Bear to Heidi again.”

I have a large, unfenced yard and live close to walking trails as well. Your dog must be kid and cat friendly- no exceptions. Special needs dogs welcome!! I am able to administer medications and have experience with paralyzed dogs. Please note: between the months of September and June, if you book a stay that includes a weekday, I will likely be away at work during the day from 7am-3pm My day begins and ends with pet care! I am a long time pet owner, currently my household includes a senior dog, a senior cat and two younger cats. They’re part of the family just like my children! In my home, it is important that both my resident animals and your pet feel comfortable and have a space, away from everyone else, that feels safe. In a clients home, I’m looking to make sure that your pet is doing well in your absence, is comfortable and well cared for.

My dog can't bear to be left alone and is a sweet but insistent snuggler. He also gets the zoomies when he is nervous. She welcomed him with open arms and settled him quickly. She was sorry to see him leave, but he will definitely be back!”
