They were incredible... My dog is going through a shy phase and they couldn't have been kinder with him. They sent pics throughout the day and updates and the home and the yard were perfect for a dog to have a super fun day. These are seriously good people and we'll be using them again whenever we're in the area. The perfect family to leave your furry loved one with.

About: I’ve been a loving parent to both cats and dogs for 25 years. I love animals and am happy to accommodate walk schedules, medications, injections, and of course, lots of playtime and scritches! My pup and I do pretty much whatever we want, whenever we want. I have a flexible work schedule and am often at home, so can accommodate desired potty break and walk times, medications, preferred activities (beach, dog park, hanging out at the house.) My pup is always ready for company and activity, but knows when it’s time to relax. I live in a private house set far back from the street, with a large, well kept (but unfenced) 1.5 acre yard. My dog, Pepper, is an extremely social, playful, but chill and well-behaved 5yr old neutered Jack Russell mix. He loves playtime with other dogs, but is respectful of the quieter styles of older dogs or dogs just needing rest. I have a comfy crate suitable for small to medium dogs (if you crate), lots of toys, and lots of time to engage with your sweetie. The area surrounding my home is safe and quiet, with many options for woodland walks. I live near dog-friendly beaches and the Saco river, so splashing is an option, too! If your dog has good recall, I can provide off-leash time in the 1.5 acre yard. I have a front porch with a protective gate to keep the sunbathers from getting out, and lots of space for indoor play time and resting as well.

Bri watched my pup on relatively short notice on a holiday weekend. She was very responsive, provided lots of updates and pictures, and overall took great care of my energetic girl, and we even went home with some homemade dog treats! I definitely recommend her!

Peter T knows his dogs. He is the most caring, knowledgeable, compassionate guy. My Rosie loved him from the get go. Look no further for the person who takes as much care and love as Peter T. I would drive from Massachusetts to Wells ME for this guy!!!! My husbands stress level dropped when we left her with him. On a scale of 1-5, i’d give him a 5 being the best st what he does.

About: With between three and four years of hands-on experience training dogs under the guidance of various professional trainers, I've developed a well-rounded approach that blends multiple techniques into my own daily structure and curriculum. This foundation in training allows me to offer more than just exercise—I provide mentally enriching experiences for the dogs in my care. In addition to training services, I offer both solo and small group hikes (up to four dogs), ensuring each dog gets personalized attention, socialization, and the physical activity they need to thrive Your dog’s well-being is my number one priority, and that extends to every part of their experience—from training and transport to time on the trail. I understand that every dog (and owner) has unique needs, so I strive to be as flexible as possible with scheduling. Whether you need regular weekly hikes or occasional help, I’m happy to work with your availability to make sure your dog gets the care, structure, and attention they deserve. My vehicle is equipped with three crash-tested crates, each securely strapped down to ensure stability and protection on the road. For dogs who prefer to ride as passengers, I also provide a dog seat belt option for a safe and comfortable journey. I keep spare leashes and muzzles in the car at all times to be prepared for any situation, ensuring every dog is transported with the highest level of care and responsibility.

About: **FOR THE SAFETY OF MY PET AND YOURS: Please do not book with me unless you know your pet will be okay with a kitten! I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 8 years old. I currently have a 13 year old female cat and a 7 year old yellow lab as well as a 5 year old golden retriever all raised since being puppies/a kitten. With that being said they do not live with me as they stayed with my parents after I moved away from home so I currently only have a young kitten in my house! I also worked in a Doggie Daycare/ Boarding facility so I am good with all dog/cat breeds as well as administering any medications needed. I’m currently a stay at home fiancé with plenty of time to walk your fur baby as well as give them lots of cuddles and play time. I love walking outdoors and playing outside. I have a nice sized grass yard with lots of space for your fur baby’s to play and be able to use the bathroom. I also have spare rooms where your fur baby’s can go if feeling too overwhelmed and need space to themselves. They’re welcome on any furniture and will get lots of toys and pets! I am also open to getting any crates if you have a crate trained pup and will make any accommodations to help make sure what you’re training at home will stay the same with me!

Rebecca is fantastic! Stormy had a great day with her and felt right at home. After daycare, Rebecca dropped her off at my house (before I was home) and got her all settled for me. I came home to a happy and tired dog. I loved getting all the pictures and videos and updates!

Jeanne was so good with my dogs. I have one older one that needs some quiet time and another that loves to run his little heart out. Jeanne accomodated them both. She is so close to downtown Ogunquit that if you want to enjoy the shops & restaurants - drop your dogs off and they'll be on vacation too!

About: I’ve loved animals and grew up with them my entire life. I’m most comfortable with dogs and cats, but I can accommodate additional pets with direction and can deal with all different pet personalities quite well! I’m currently working from home, so my availability is quite open for most situations. I’m also open and would love something regular where I can stop in and do house calls or walks for those pet parents that had to return to the office! I can be flexible! I understand that your pet is your family, and I take that very very seriously. I promise to always treat them well and have their safety as a top priority.

About: *Please note my profile had been deactivated from 2019 to October 2025 while I built my family and had children, so you will not see any reviews during that time. I have taken care of a few dogs and cats in that time when it worked around my kids schedule and am happy to provide those references if you wish. I work from home with a very flexible work schedule so I am available to care for your pets at all times for boarding or stop in for visits at most any time during the day I have a large fenced yard and a very friendly yellow lab who loves to play with others. All animals in our house are considered part of the family and I will take care of your pets as if they were mine.
