About: I have years of professional experience caring for animals as a veterinary technician, dog trainer, and shelter worker. I’m comfortable with puppies, seniors, anxious pets, and pets needing extra attention or medication. I treat every pet with patience and care and always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I’m currently in nursing school, so my schedule can vary depending on the semester. However, I’m usually available after 2 PM, with even more flexibility after 5 PM. I do my best to work around each pet’s routine and can coordinate with owners ahead of time to make sure their pets receive consistent, reliable care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my priority. With my veterinary and animal care experience, I’m comfortable monitoring behavior, administering medications, and recognizing when something may be wrong. I follow each owner’s instructions closely and respect their pet’s individual routine, personality, and boundaries.

Seana was so attentive to our shepherd while we were away on vacation. She made sure she was well taken care of and kept us at ease by sending many pictures of our girl looking happy and playing. We will certainly book Seana again in the future! She even cleaned our floors when it got dirty from our dog going in and out after it rained! She’s the best!

About: I’ve been privileged to grow up with dogs since I was a little girl. We rescued Katie, our beloved 11-year-old dog, when she was a puppy. She’s such an important part of our family and brings so much joy. Following years of being a preschool teacher, I’ve been a dog walker for a decade, which has allowed me to share my love for dogs with other families. As part of my dog walking career, I also gained experience taking care of a diabetic dog. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to meet your adoring pet! I’m an empty nester and available every day during the week to walk and take care of your pet. I can also help out on most weekends. If I have never cared for your pet before, I’d come to your house to meet you and your pet and discuss your expectations and learn about your furry family member. Whether you’re looking for someone to provide food, exercise, playtime, medication or just caring company, I’m happy to help.

Ailiya was absolutely wonderful with my two kitties. She was communicative, fast at responding, caring, and gave great attention to detail. I found her to be very trustworthy and my two cats were happy and well cared for in my absence. They probably want her back for all the love and extra treats they got!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 8 years old, and I grew up around larger breeds, such as pitbulls. I also have experience with dogs who are aggressive towards other dogs. Taking care of pets is a daily routine and it should always be on a consistent schedule. I always make sure to feed and walk my pets before and after going to work. I also make sure to give them adequate attention and play time. I always make sure to keep pets from getting into things that may harm them or make them sick, and I like to give dogs at least 15-20 of walking time to get their energy out.

About: I’ve taken care of my sister’s dogs and helped with feeding them, giving them water, letting them outside, and just keeping them company. I’m really comfortable around dogs and enjoy spending time with them. I’m patient with them and always make sure they’re safe and comfortable. My schedule is pretty flexible during the week. I’m available Monday through Friday and can work around different times depending on what you need. I’m happy to plan ahead too. I’m used to being around dogs and know how important it is to make sure they’re comfortable. I’ll treat your pet with the same care I would my own and always keep an eye on them. I’m also bilingual and speak English and Spanish!

About: Throughout my years of pet sitting, I've taken care of my sister's dog, Lili, whom I've taken care of for 11 years when my sister needs it. Besides Lili, I've taken care of my friend's kitties, Wolfgang and Ludwig, for around 2 years now, and my ex-coworkers' 4 cats. Other animals I have taken care of are birds such as Soup the pigeon and Ren the budgie. I also own a kitty cat named CB since May 2026. I'm currently a college student with a part-time job as an RBT. The times I am available the most are Saturday and Sunday, very early mornings and overnight, but message me about my schedule during the week, as a lot of my week varies depending on whether I have a client and I keep my rover availability for full due to my schedule. When I'm out, I'm no longer out for more than 4 hours at a time, so constant check-ups are not a problem for me. :-) *currently onboarding is on pause due to my rover room being used for a rescue cat* I have a fenced backyard for my sister's dog, as well as a collar with her information on it and an AirTag to make sure Lili is safe and sound. I only take Lili out under my supervision and do not let her out alone, especially in the summertime when it's super hot. (LILI IS NOT HERE WHEN ROVER CLIENTS COME!!) For my friend's cats, I do not let them outside, as she lives right next to a forest, and I fear they could get into trouble. They both got collars and tags. For all animals, they are under my supervision no matter what. Only cat inside is C.B. and she is very shy around animals so she stays away from both cats and dogs.

About: Since the age of 8 years old based on my personal experience of having 3 dogs in my family & always one call away from my friends to take care of their fur babies — I have always found it and honor and pleasure to do so! I understand that these babies are a priority and will never be treated less than. They deserve the world and I couldn’t imagine a life without them. When taking care of your fur baby I am committed to providing the utmost exceptional care and will communicate with the owner as much as they request to — so that they can feel secure that their baby is safe while they’re away. I a full time grad student currently looking for more job opportunities that align with my school schedule. On Tuesdays & Thursdays I am on campus starting at 4pm. One of my rules of thumb in life is respect. I do not take it lightly to be considered and hired to look after your fur baby. Whichever way the owner asks that I care for their pet is exactly what I will do. I pride myself in being very responsible and genuine.

About: I have been a pet owner, foster mom, rescue volunteer, and assistance dog trainer for more than two decades. I am a teacher, mom of four grown children, with too much time on my hands and I need some furry friends! I also love to exercise and to walk every day. I am a quiet, introverted person, an avid walker and reader, holder of two masters degrees, and a person of high integrity. I can be trusted in your home. I have experience with very old and very young dogs and cats, with bottle-feeding, administering meds, eye-drops, and even administering subcutaneous fluids. I have puppy trained 7 golden retrievers/standard poodles to be assistance dogs for autistic children which means I took a six-week puppy training course with each pup. I am referred to by my friends and family as the Dog Whisperer. I believe in pet in-loco parentis - pet parent in your absence! I am a preschool teacher (leave my house at 8 and return home by 4.) I like to spend as much of my free time with furry friends. I have been fostering dogs and cats for decades and have a lot of experience sharing my home with other people’s pets. Again, I believe in pet in-loco parentis - pet parent in your absence! I have yet to find an animal I couldn't love. I care for my own pets as if they were my sons and daughters, much to my real children's annoyance!

About: Our journey as a professional pet sitter began 3 years ago, and since then we loved it! We are experienced in providing care and love to a variety breeds, sizes and ages of the fur babies. Our furry guests will have the privileges of enjoying the gentle care along with the routine walks, bonding activities and musical entertainment in a clean and affectionate home. I am a stay-at-home mom so my schedule is pretty flexible for watching your fur babies. If I need to go out and run errands, I take the furry guests with me. We have 2 caged-in bunnies, and it's quite a surprise that they are not afraid of dogs! The bunnies can be relocated to upstairs if needed. Your fur babies will have supervised play in the backyard, and we always make sure to keep our house organized for safety reason. Please let us know your instructions from the vet for any special needs.

Dee took care of our little Rosita for a week while we were out of the country. She is very professional, communicates well and was sensitive to both our individual needs and those of our cat. She sent frequent updates with photos and although our baby is very low maintenance I am confident that Dee is well equipped to take care of cats with greater needs. We recommend Dee and will be using her again.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Washington Crossing choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
