About: Since 2019, I've worked as a Behavior Care provider at a local animal shelter, an experience that has deeply shaped how I approach animal care. Working closely with so many different animals taught me that each one is truly an individual—with their own personality, needs, and way of seeing the world. I approach every animal with curiosity and understanding, meeting them where they are rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. My training includes behavior care, medication administration, and exercise protocols, along with Karen Pryor clicker training certification in positive reinforcement. I lead with empathy and a genuine love for animals in everything I do. I've also been pet sitting for the past six years, primarily with dogs and cats, though I welcome the opportunity to care for all kinds of animals—I'm a lifelong learner with a deep love for anything animal-related. Outside of animal care, I bring a diverse professional background in clinical oncology research, patient care, advocacy, and navigation. That said, some of my most meaningful time is still spent with our four-legged friends. 🐾 I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be fully present and attentive to the animals in my care. I work remote and have a lot of flexibility throughout the week to accommodate any type of schedule. I am available early morning midday as well as evening and late night. Each animal and each environment is different so I lead with good communication on how each family desires their home and pets to be cared for.

Luke is a very kind, and professional. He took care of our 3 dogs while my husband was having his lumbar surgery and I stayed at a hotel. We kept in contact with each other. When I returned the house was in the same condition before we left and the dogs were in a calm state of mind when we returned. Royce kept looking out the sliding glass door for Luke to return. I'm so happy they got along for Royce don't take to just anyone but they both found a forever buddy and we hope to have Luke around again for his services. I had no worries. We hired Erin to care for our three-year-old tuxedo cat, Lilly, for six nights. As first-time clients, we appreciated how regularly she kept us informed. She often shared photos and videos, and her strong communication skills made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Although she works primarily as a dog sitter, it was clear that she and Lilly quickly bonded - the photos showed the feeling was mutual. Erin also helped with a few household tasks, including setting out the garbage and watering our plants while we were gone. We returned to a tidy, well-kept home and a happy, well cared for cat. Sarah was very caring over our senior dog and her special needs. It was comforting knowing our dog was in caring hands while we were overseas. We had flight delays that she assured us she would care for our sweet dog if needed and fortunately wasn’t needed. She was a great house sitter as well. Would definitely use her again. Lexie was amazing! We went out of state to attend a funeral, and while we were gone a severe winter storm came in.
