About: I've been around animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was the neighborhood go-to for pet care — friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me with their pets for years, from playful puppies to older animals who need a little extra patience and care. That kind of experience teaches you to read an animal's body language, adjust to their individual routines, and know when something's off. Whether it's a high-energy dog who needs a good long walk or a senior pet who just wants company and a familiar routine, I treat every animal like they're my own. I work part time, which gives me a flexible schedule during the week. That means I can easily build pet care into my routine — whether it's a midday visit, a walk between work hours, or being available for longer stretches on my days off. Your pet won't be an afterthought squeezed into a busy day; caring for them fits naturally into how I already structure my time. When I visit your home, your pet's safety and comfort are my top priority. I follow your instructions closely — feeding schedules, medications, playtime routines, and any specific rules you have for your home. I make sure doors and gates are secure, food and water are fresh, and your pet gets the attention and exercise they need during our visit. I treat your home with the same respect and care I'd want for my own, and I always make sure everything is locked up and in order before I leave.

About: I've owned and taken care of dogs my entire life. I'm proud to be one of the first people friends and family call when a petsitter is needed. I love walking, and I love dogs. This seems like the perfect opportunity to exercise and get my animal fix! I'm currently working full-time Monday through Friday. I can do evening walks after 5:00 PM (as weather allows) and I can do weekends between 9:00 AM - 6 PM. My current apartment doesn't allow pets, but I can housesit on weekends or in the evenings if the location is somewhat close to my work in Waterbury. I'm a long-time vegetarian, and have always had an extra sensitive heart when it comes to animals. I think that earning an animal's trust is such a privilege and gift, and I honor that. I cannot house pets in my current apartment, but I will follow the guidance and knowledge of the owners in their homes and while on walks.

About: My pet sitting experience began 15 years ago when I was the neighborhood go-to for walking and feeding pets. That transitioned to in-home care experience in my neighborhood and beyond. My most valuable experiences comes from my own family dog. She had many quirks from being rescued, and from her I have ample of first hand experience on how to handle dogs that do not get along with other people or dogs. I am currently available 7 days a week, and am available from early morning to late night. I am currently between jobs and am flexible on care time and needs. I find joy in meeting your dog's needs- whether they have energy to burn or need cuddles on the couch, I aim to provide a caring and respectful presence for your dog. If staying in a client's home, I treat their space with respect and cleanliness.

I typically work Monday - Friday 9-5 so I prefer to house your pet over the weekends but am happy to care for your pet during the week if it fits into my schedule! About: I have experience working with dogs of all ages, l’m comfortable administering medications—I definitely have a soft spot for dogs with special needs! I have three dogs of my own and always travel with my smallest one, Meera, a 9lb chi mix who is very quiet and well behaved. I work at a doggie daycare four days a week so Friday through Sunday I’d be out of the house for about 8 hours a day. I am the lucky mama of three sweet rescue dogs named Jelly Bean, Frankie, and Meera. They are highly socialized due to the nature of my work and they join me for house sitting and pet care. A typical day includes frequent potty breaks/play sessions outside followed by low-energy training and relaxation, inside or out (weather dependent).
