About: Relationship with animals has always been a passion of mine. I started grooming dogs with my grandmother at the age of 10, but was her assistant long before I earned the title. About: I grew up with many animals, both my own pets, and animals on my grandfather's dairy farm (he was also a vet). I live in the country in Richmond, and have cats, young kids and animals Rover won't let me name in the description...but they provide eggs. We have dogs in our "extended family" and we are well accustomed to dogs but we do not have one ourselves at this time. If your dog is 100% safe with those people and pets and well-behaved, let's talk! Independently insured. We enjoy hosting dogs, and are home most days of the week for most of the day. We enjoy walking with dogs and playing fetch (if dogs like to do that) on our hill in our yard. We would need to do a meet & greet to make sure it is a good match. Our yard is not fenced, and we are on a dirt road in the country with woods on the property and surrounding it, so dogs should not be prone to bolting etc. They must be 100% safe with young kids, cats and free range egg producers. About: Hello! My name is Steph and I have been living in Vermont for about 10 years now. I am a young professional who loves animals end enjoy helping others in caring for their pups! I own a mini Australian Shepherd named Oakley who is 6 years old. He joins me on most of my adventures that include running, biking hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and overall just be outside. Spending time in the area I know great spots for pet adventures. I have been dog walking for 8+ years with dogs of all ages & sizes. I am capable of continuing training plans, giving medications, and any other pet needs. Please don't hesitate if you have any questions. I have a very flexible schedule over this summer and can provide daily pet care walks and services. I am also home most of the day. I currently live in a town house that has multiple floors & an open floor plan. I do not currently have a fenced in back yard however I live in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for walks and have nearby access to multiple trail networks.

As an active outdoor-loving dog who needs a good run in the woods every day before snoring on her dog bed at night, she wouldn’t do well in a typical kennel situation. Luckily I found Laura! She makes sure my dog gets in a good run, eats her dinner, and plays well with others. That Luverne has bonded so closely with the house dog and Laura’s family makes her visits even more fun. I wouldn’t put her in anyone else’s hands.”

We did a meet-and -greet the night before, and she stayed in touch the whole weekend with thoughtful updates and photos. Meg came back calm, content, and clearly well cared for, no adjustment period needed. Danielle is caring, grounded, and highly attentive. You can tell she really sees the animals she’s working with.
