“Abbey is amazing!! She checked in on our kitty every day during a 9 trip, and we felt so at ease knowing she was taking such good care of our home and cat. She had incredible communication while we were away and went above and beyond for our cat. She came ahead of time to meet us, often stayed longer with our kitty than we had booked, sent tons of pics, and even went out to buy litter when it ran out while we were away. I cannot reccomend her highly enough- thank you!”

About: I’ve lived with and taken care of dogs and cats of all ages for my entire life. I have cleaned litter boxes and administered medications to senior dogs. December through March I work 6 hour shifts most days so I’m pretty flexible then. The rest of the year I work 8+ hour days landscaping. I do not have any pets of my own right now so I enjoy having a dog or cat’s company. I treat your pet like my own and will follow your care instructions to a tee.
About: Ive taken care of dogs for my whole life. I love spending time with dogs that includes taking them for walks, running around with them, scratching their belly, giving them treats :) I just love the companionship they offer and the happiness they give people. I work full time Monday through Friday but am available on the weekends or evenings for either overnight stays, day stays or just walking the pups. We live in a rather rural area- we are not close to any roads or dangerous traffic. We have cross country trails behind our house that are great to take dogs out on. We have a little female cairne terrier named Libby who is a sweetheart and loves playing with other dogs.

About: I have been house/dog-sitting for about 10 years now. My experience ranges from big- small, old-puppy and active-immobile. I am able to provide references if needed. I am currently a masters student at UVM. Lots of time spent at home studying. Gone for few hours a day at most which makes me a great fit for pet care. I feel comfortable with following any training routine your animal is going through. I am capable of taking care of a home with other responsibilities besides pet care that need to get done while you are away.
About: I'm very experienced with high energy dogs as my previous dog was a Siberian Husky mix and my current dog, Korra, is pure Siberian Husky. Because of that I am very used to getting out and exploring as much as possible with either my dog or clients. Since my dog is not much of a toy dog I go on long walks or run with my her for her exercise and that is something I can offer to you as a client if you have a high energy dog or your dog is in need of a little weight loss. I also visit dog parks often to let my dog socialize and run around off leash as much as I can and is something I can provide for you as a client, given that your pet does well with car rides. My dog is on the older side now at 10 years and with that and my past experience in watching friends and family members pets, both puppy and elder dogs are welcome as well! Currently waiting to start my winter job at Stowe Ski Resort so I have complete open availability until that starts. Once that starts, I'll still have 3+ days a week for bookings on rover. I have a partially fenced in yard that my older husky does well to stay within the bounds but even when she doesn't she is well behaved and comes back or stops when called. While my dog can be off leash at times, I will never have a clients pet off leash while outside unless they are contained within a fenced in perimeter. I make sure to feed my dog well and don't over expose her with treats so as a client I will make sure your dog will be fed how you like it and won't overdo them with treats unless working on some form of training or playing.
