House Sitting in Lincoln

About: In the last decade+ I've taken care of half a dozen dogs and nearly a dozen cats for friends and through word-of-mouth, including a very senior chihuahua who was blind and deaf and needed diapers changed. I always had cats and dogs around growing up, including two difficult dogs from shelters who had issues. I live with an energetic pit-lab mix, and my parents' three rescue cats are still my sweeties. In the past I volunteered at an animal shelter, helping to socialize cats and walk dogs. I hike every day if I can, so if your dog enjoys vigorous exercise on trails, I can provide that too! I'm an adjunct college professor and freelance writer, so my work is part-time or sporadic, with much of it being done at home. If I'm available, I'll have plenty of time to linger and give attention to your pets! I'll follow your lead on what situations you're comfortable with for your pet, in terms of where I bring your dog for a walk, how they interact with other animals and people, etc.

About: I am incredibly attentive, responsible, reliable and have had dogs my whole life. I have administered medications to animals before as well as cared for dogs of various breeds and sizes. I am available to board your pet (s), (who have to be hypoallergenic or very low shedding due to minor allergies). I absolutely LOVE dogs - cuddling, playing, walking, brushing etc. I have extra doggie towels for when those feet get dirty, hypoallergenic shampoo for bath time if you'd like, organic soft treats, and extra poo bags! I have 10 years of experience in Healthcare. I am a loving, compassionate, and very responsible worker and person. You won't ever have to worry about last minute cancellations. I take pride in my work ethic in general and in how I conduct myself in the professional world. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pet(s)! I have a bearded dragon who lives in his own bedroom. I live in an extremely safe and friendly neighborhood. I have a large size apartment and lots of sunlight for those naps in the sun :)

About: I grew up around animals of all kinds on a farm and had the privilege of owning and loving our dog, Betty Lou for 14 years. I work from home and am looking for ways to make extra money while staying active and fitting in with my kids' school schedule (9 am-3 PM). We have a fenced in yard and I will follow whatever guidelines are needed in the client's home. I understand each situation is different and each pet needs specific care.

About: As a former medical coordinator in mental health, busy coffee shop manager, mother to two adult boys and companion of a 14 year old dog, I can promise you your pet and home will be in loving hands. I have taken care of multiple friends pets over the years including one dog that was blind and another who had diabetes. You can be assured your pet will be taken care of with love and patience. My pup will stay home with his older brother while I pet sit. I do work 40 hours a week at a coffee shop in Waterbury, VT. If local, I can adjust my schedule as needed but will need a couple days where I will be gone about 8 hours or so. Love going for long walks in the morning and afternoon. In addition to loving going for walks, I've been able to follow specific requests that are more personalized for the pet and the homeowner. Whether that be specific times for walks, medications or unusual feeding routines I've got you covered.

About: I have been working with animals for the last ten years. Started working in dog daycares and moved my way up to vet medicine where i now am a vet technician. I am patient and understanding to all pets personalities and ages. I am currently working 3 days a week on a specialty service at a veterinary hospital. My weekends are typically free and I would love to fill the time with your furry loved ones. Will be very respectful of your home and make giving your sweet boy or girl my devoted attention. Back yard fence in play is great but leash walks are also great!

About: Relationship with animals has always been a passion of mine. I started grooming dogs with my grandmother at the age of 10, but was her assistant long before I earned the title. It brings me joy and fulfillment to care for pups and cats alike, while creating an environment where they (and you) can feel safe and earn my trust in the process. As a part time bartender at Pascolo Restaurant in Downtown Burlington, it would fit into my schedule to walk dogs in the morning, afternoon and early evening as well as weekends. There is a lot of freedom to work around your schedule :) In my home, I live off of Main Street in Vergennes and can provide safe walking around town as well as some of the trails near by. In your home, I am quick to adapt to whatever will make you most comfortable!

I’ve loved and cared for many dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I genuinely enjoy making animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have a flexible schedule as I am in between jobs right now and have plenty of availability for pet care, walks, check-ins, and overnight stays. I try to keep pets as comfortable and relaxed as possible by sticking closely to their normal routines. About: We are Isa and Billy - newly weds living in Hershey who love adventures! We had dogs and cats in our lives since about 5 years old! We both grew up with multiple dogs (mostly labs) we now have a rescue of our own named Calla! She is a love bug who just wants to play and cuddle! We love training dogs and teaching them new tricks, we have experience with puppies and dogs in heat. If you want a loving couple who works from home to be with your pet while you are away, we are happy to help and take them on adventures! We go on dog walks 2-3 times per day, we also go for hikes or kayak rides on the weekends. We love taking our pup to the dog park too (only during off hours when there are max 2-3 dogs in the park) We have loads of beds and toys for pups to play with and be cozy in! We can feed and provide treats as often as you’d like since we work from home. We can provide baths, take dogs on runs, go swimming, etc! We have backgrounds in healthcare and can help with medicine administration and other medical pet needs.
