“We are always nervous leaving our two doggies with a new sitter, but Zakk's meet and greet went so well that we knew our pups would be in good hands. They took an instant liking to him and from the very first photos that Zakk sent, we knew that they would be well cared for while we were away. Hiring Zakk came with a couple of extra bonuses - one, he's an experienced dog trainer and not only did he walk our pups as requested, but in addition he provided individual care (extra walkies/runs) for them. In one week, he turned two barky puppies into well behaved, much less reactive critters. We are absolutely amazed at the difference one week with Zakk made for our fur babies. They are no longer barking their fool heads off at dinner time or when people/vehicles pass our windows. In addition to this amazing transformation, Zakk and his service dog provided socialization in our home which provided another learning experience for our dogs. Not only did they hang out together, they actually played with one another, which Zakk said was unusual and positive for all three dogs. In addition to the outstanding pet care, Zakk also did the laundry, watered the plants on the landing, and left the house in good shape. We highly recommend Zakk for dog sitting and hope he's available the next time we leave and need care for our pups.”

I currently work afternoon shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm, which means I’m fully available in the mornings for walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your dog. My days off are usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays, when I have full availability and flexibility. About: Hi there! My partner and I are available for pet sitting and house sitting. Between the two of us we will keep your pet company and be able to take them out for regular exercise. I go trail running & we go biking regularly so high energy dogs will have plenty of opportunity for exercise. We are also very used to caring for senior animals and going at their pace. Administering medications are no issue for us. Matt works from home and I am studying nutrition so your pets will not be left home alone for long durations if time. My schedule is currently flexible so please reach out for availability. I work part time in Waimea but will be able to sit in other areas of the island depending on the day. We prefer to follow your pets routine to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I’m a regular trail runner and we enjoy biking so energized animals will have the opportunity for plenty of exercise. We’re also very happy for long and slow walks for the elderly. I tend to be very snuggly with all animals and will send many photos during our stay.

“Cathy was amazing! I was very nervous about leaving my babies and my house for an extensive period over the holidays, but Cathy did everything that she could to reduce my anxiety and make sure that the babies were happy. We talked daily and she sent pictures - this as well as interacting with them through the Furbo made me feel connected even thousands of miles away. By day two, I was not nervous any more and was confident that the babies were having a great time with their “grandma”. On Christmas, Cathy worked with my schedule so that I could see the babies “open” their stockings. Cathy even used some home remedies to address a few minor issues that they had been having (skin irritation etc) and went above and beyond in every way - the house was even cleaner when I can home than when I left. The babies are missing Cathy and we all look forward to the next time that we can share our home with her. She is beyond amazing!”
