It was just our luck that the weekend Amanda stayed with our animals we had a storm come through and you know how animals are with heavy rains, thunder, lighting & high winds. Not only that, the storm created an issue that left us without phone, internet and TV service for the day, through the night. Amanda stuck it out and reassured us (with limited communication) that she was there for our Ohana. New to the Island she had never experienced our tropical storms and didn't know what to expect. But the next morning she contacted our communication provider and worked with them to restore the service. Upon our return our Home was clean, our Fur Ohana was calm and relaxed, and the Skies were Sunny :) There is no question, we would use Amanda again and again!! Highly recommend”

About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember! I have experience with everything from horses and livestock, to birds, reptiles and fish. I am currently working very part time (3 hours a day) at a Kennel. I am usually always home by 11 am and am only away from home for a very short time. I have a large fenced yard, but will crate or kennel pets while unsupervised for a very short amount of time. I spend a majority of my time at home with my own pets and hanging out in the yard.

About: Hi there! My partner and I are available for pet sitting and house sitting. Between the two of us we will keep your pet company and be able to take them out for regular exercise. I go trail running & we go biking regularly so high energy dogs will have plenty of opportunity for exercise. We are also very used to caring for senior animals and going at their pace. Administering medications are no issue for us. Matt works from home and I am studying nutrition so your pets will not be left home alone for long durations if time. My schedule is currently flexible so please reach out for availability. I work part time in Waimea but will be able to sit in other areas of the island depending on the day. We prefer to follow your pets routine to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I’m a regular trail runner and we enjoy biking so energized animals will have the opportunity for plenty of exercise. We’re also very happy for long and slow walks for the elderly. About: I grew up with 2 Australian shepherds and I have shadowed a professional dog trainer. Although I have the most experience with Ausie’s, I am comfortable around all dogs that are friendly to humans :) I have also recently spent time getting to know cats and have fallen in love with them too!
