She was early to both our scheduled meet-and-greet & to house sitting our pup, even despite the snow & ice in Charleston. She sent photos with an update each day & was always quick to respond to any messages we sent. We came back to find our home cleaner than we left it and our pup (who can become quite stressed by change) has seemed perfectly normal. It definitely gave us peace of mind while we were away after a bad boarding experience. We already reached out to have Tonya stay with him again & would highly recommend her.”

In my client’s home, I focus on keeping pets comfortable by maintaining their normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, playtime, litter box care, and any specific instructions provided. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention, affection, and companionship while their owners are away, along with regular updates for peace of mind. In my own home, pets are cared for in a calm and safe environment. I ensure they are supervised, given a consistent routine, and treated like part of the family. I currently have three cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to create a clean, low-stress space where animals feel secure and cared for.
