We did a meet and greet at her house and she took detailed notes of any info I gave her. She sent daily pictures & sometimes video updates of our boys playing and snuggling with her, her husband and their dog, and taking them to the dog park. When we got home later than expected they were super kind and understanding. Our dogs clearly had a BLAST and came home very happy and healthy!
