With our pup constantly on the move we can keep up with yours too! We are up early and can accommodate morning feeding/medication routines. My husband is home during the day and can accommodate evening/medication admin as well. We have play time, quiet time, physical and mental exertion! We have a large fenced in back yard. We allow our pet on furniture and don’t mind if yours joins in on the cuddles! We always prefer to do a meet and greet before hosting your pets, as we know you love them like family! My husband works from home and I am a stay at home mom! We like to keep to schedules with our own dog and will happily follow the schedule your pup is used to! About: I am currently a small animal veterinarian licensed in both Kentucky and Georgia, but have been in the veterinary medical field since 2009, starting out as a vet assistant. While I have enjoyed helping animals throughout my veterinary career, I have decided to step away from the long, demanding hours of clinical medicine in order to have a better work-life balance so that I can spend more time with my family. About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I also offer a military discount for those that have or are serving our beautiful country. I do not work outside of the home, which provides me with a lot of flexibility to provide dedicated care to your pets all day. I think it's important dogs that stay at my house receive the same amount of attention as they would at home and as my dogs do. I also believe it's important not to disrupt their daily routine, so I work closely with owners to understand each Dog needs.

My house has a large back yard that’s perfect for dogs to play and run around in! It’s not fenced in but I’m very active and am happy to run around with your dog on a leash! We have one dog at our house who is smaller, but gets along and plays with other dogs very well. My dog gets excited and barks when he sees other dogs, but will calm down after a couple of minutes. My family and I are all pet lovers and they have had a lot of experience with pets as well. I also go on run and walks daily and would be happy to take your dog or pet along with me!

About: I was born into an animal-loving family and I have continued to instill this love for animals in my own children. I have had a menagerie of animals all of my life. At the young age of 12, I started walking the neighbors' dogs and going to their houses when they were out of town to feed, water, and walk their pets. In college, I worked part-time in several different veterinary clinics. I am still very well connected to the veterinary world so if I am unsure of something involving my pets, I am able to reach out to get an answer pretty quickly. Over my lifetime of 40 yrs. I have had at least 20 dogs, 10 cats, several rabbits, horses, chinchillas, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a few reptiles (but no snakes). In my full-time job, I have a hybrid work schedule. Some days I am in the office and some days I work from home. This allows some flexibility when caring for fur babies. My family also helps care for our "animal guests". It is a group effort! I have a 1/2 acre that is fenced. I have 3 dogs- a Newfoundland, Black Lab, and a Beagle. All of my dogs are rescues. I know that I rescued them but as cheesy as it sounds, most days I feel like they rescued me. Each of them has their own personality, which I love. My dogs are usually always by my side when I am home. My dogs love to jump on the bed or couch and get snuggles. I also have 3 cats. All of them found us. They were all dumped on us and of course, I couldn't turn them away. :) I would treat your animals the same way I treat mine- with love and snuggles.

We were in town for just one day and wanted to visit the Ark Encounter, so we needed to find someone on short notice to watch our Golden Retriever, Ocean. Ashley was available with only a day’s notice and was incredibly responsive from the start. I’ll admit, I was a little apprehensive since I had never used Rover before, and I knew from her profile that she had four large dogs of her own. But Ashley quickly put my mind at ease. She was so kind, welcoming, and clearly experienced with dogs. She took excellent care of Ocean and went above and beyond by sending photos throughout the day, which meant so much to us and really helped us relax and enjoy our time. About: I have experience with many different breeds and temperaments, ranging from puppies to senior dogs, friendly dogs and aggressive dogs. I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I owned, cared for, and trained a German Shepherd. I currently own 2 Australian Shepherds, one whom I trained myself. I am very flexible this summer so I can take last minute bookings. I can do any time of day. My weekends are available also for walking, check-ins, or boarding! 30 Minute Dog Walks include a fun stroll around your neighborhood or a nearby trail to give your pup the exercise, fresh air, and mental stimulation they need during the day. • 30 Minute Drop-Ins include potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and of course plenty of snuggles to keep your pet happy and comfortable while you're away. • My Basic House-Sitting service includes staying overnight with your pup so they have company and comfort in their own home, along with daytime care every 4-6 hours for potty breaks, meals, playtime, and cuddles. I am able to take your dog on walks/runs or play with them inside the house. I can take them outside to the bathroom, feed them, whatever your dog needs!
