We did a meet and greet at her house and she took detailed notes of any info I gave her. We lost her brother, Charlie, a couple years ago to cancer. He was a black lab pit mix and the best light to your day! About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I also offer a military discount for those that have or are serving our beautiful country. I do not work outside of the home, which provides me with a lot of flexibility to provide dedicated care to your pets all day. I think it's important dogs that stay at my house receive the same amount of attention as they would at home and as my dogs do. About: I was born into an animal-loving family and I have continued to instill this love for animals in my own children. I have had a menagerie of animals all of my life. At the young age of 12, I started walking the neighbors' dogs and going to their houses when they were out of town to feed, water, and walk their pets. Some days I am in the office and some days I work from home. This allows some flexibility when caring for fur babies. My family also helps care for our "animal guests". It is a group effort! I have a 1/2 acre that is fenced. I have 3 dogs- a Newfoundland, Black Lab, and a Beagle. All of my dogs are rescues. I know that I rescued them but as cheesy as it sounds, most days I feel like they rescued me. Each of them has their own personality, which I love. My dogs are usually always by my side when I am home. My dogs love to jump on the bed or couch and get snuggles. I also have 3 cats. All of them found us. They were all dumped on us and of course, I couldn't turn them away. :) I would treat your animals the same way I treat mine- with love and snuggles.

About: I have a very anxious senior dog who I love caring for. I am able to handle all needs of your fur babies from medical needs to just your typical potty break. I am an elementary special education teacher. This causes for my schedule to be limited to evenings and weekends. I will have some day availability some weeks and in the summer. About: I was born into an animal-loving family and I have continued to instill this love for animals in my own children. I have had a menagerie of animals all of my life. At the young age of 12, I started walking the neighbors' dogs and going to their houses when they were out of town to feed, water, and walk their pets. In college, I worked part-time in several different veterinary clinics. I am still very well connected to the veterinary world so if I am unsure of something involving my pets, I am able to reach out to get an answer pretty quickly. Over my lifetime of 40 yrs. I have had at least 20 dogs, 10 cats, several rabbits, horses, chinchillas, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a few reptiles (but no snakes). In my full-time job, I have a hybrid work schedule. Some days I am in the office and some days I work from home. This allows some flexibility when caring for fur babies. My family also helps care for our "animal guests". It is a group effort! I have a 1/2 acre that is fenced. I have 3 dogs- a Newfoundland, Black Lab, and a Beagle. All of my dogs are rescues. I know that I rescued them but as cheesy as it sounds, most days I feel like they rescued me. Each of them has their own personality, which I love. My dogs are usually always by my side when I am home. My dogs love to jump on the bed or couch and get snuggles. I also have 3 cats. All of them found us. They were all dumped on us and of course, I couldn't turn them away. :) I would treat your animals the same way I treat mine- with love and snuggles.

My experience administering medication Yes, I am. I work full time 8-5 Monday through Friday, but my routine outside of work is very much built around taking care of my pets and participating in dog training and dog sports (IGP/Schutzhund). I have a 6 ft chain link fence with a privacy screen which is padlocked. I also crate dogs when not being actively supervised. I make sure to match play groups based on temperament of the dogs and can let dogs out one at a time if needed to stay safe and reduce stress.

I spent some time working for a luxury dog hotel and daycare and have pet sat for many families over the years. Now, in addition to caring for people's furry friends, I also work as a holder for a mobile company that does dog, cat, and other pet nails. Pet care is my full-time job! When I'm not pet sitting or walking dogs, I'm helping with pet pedicures. My household is on a second shift schedule, so I can provide check ins later at night and I usually get around to my first morning check ins by 10 a.m. (unless you request earlier). I do not provide care in my home because I currently rent. In your home I am able to provide feeding, watering, potty breaks, play time and attention, (non-injected) medications, and more upon request. When walking your dog(s), I am very attentive and aware, and love providing your companions with positive reinforcement when exhibiting desirable behaviors. I go with your dog's pace, and even offer trips to the dog park if you believe your furry friend needs to get out more than a walks worth of energy!

We did a meet and greet at her house and she took detailed notes of any info I gave her. About: Neighbors, friends, & family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, & occasionally keep their pets while on vacation over the past few years.
