About: As a trusted home-body I’m always the one to watch family and friends’ pets when they go out of town. And I love it! I’m a freelancer who works from home so my schedule is incredibly flexible. I have more than enough time to play, cuddle, train, take walks, and give your dog all of the attention and care they deserve! I have a large fenced-in backyard and two dogs of my own to keep yours company during their stay. I have one 6 year old chihuahua and one 10-month old rat terrier puppy with plenty of friendly, playful energy. We have tons of toys and treats as well. If they’re kennel-trained, I have a kennel they can feel safe and secure in.

I'm not a certified trainer, but I have a lot of experience training horses and dogs (you'd be surprised how much they have in common). Brandon works from home and is nearly always available. Pets are allowed on furniture, though not our bed. Snuggles are mandatory. Enrichment is available however your dog prefer: walks, runs, ball in the yard, socialization at the park, mental stimulation treat toys, you name it. Brandon works from home and can let dogs out as frequently as needed during the day. When we're both off work, we tend to do enriching activities with our dog. On weekends, we tend to stay close to home, or take our dog on enriching activities (farmers market, park play, walk) and are happy to bring your dog along if it makes sense to. We have a small fenced in yard, good for bathroom breaks and small play. No children in this house, and we keep the space generally clear for dogs to be able to run/move around. The couch is a fan-favorite for snugglers. We're nice and close to Masterson Station dog park, if your dog needs more space and/or likes to be social.
“I can’t explain how much of a relief it was to find Allison before a long trip out of state! I was nervous about sending our 2 dogs to someone new, but Allison went above and beyond for everything. We did a meet and greet at her house and she took detailed notes of any info I gave her. She sent daily pictures & sometimes video updates of our boys playing and snuggling with her, her husband and their dog, and taking them to the dog park. When we got home later than expected they were super kind and understanding. Our dogs clearly had a BLAST and came home very happy and healthy! I have a small fenced yard, but most importantly, my apartment is set up with pet safety in mind. I have gates and latches to prevent accidental runners, my cat has her own space to keep away from other animals, I have the space and ability to separate dogs if needed. Nancy was absolutely wonderful and helped us out on very short notice with our 10-month-old deaf pit bull mix puppy, Pearl. Her property and setup for dogs is honestly the best I’ve ever seen — it felt like summer camp for dogs. Pearl had the absolute best time running, playing, and being part of the pack. Pearl has some special needs and can be anxious in certain environments, but she did incredibly well with Nancy. You can tell Nancy really understands dogs and creates a calm, safe, enriching environment for them. Being around other dogs is Pearl’s favorite thing in the world, and she came home happy, relaxed, and exhausted in the best way. Nancy was kind, communicative, flexible, and clearly cares deeply about the dogs she watches.
