After several strike outs, Amber agreed to take on the job. She was super responsive, came over the night before the job to meet the pet parents, dogs, and get instructions. She was organized and efficient, making everyone feel comfortable and confident that their pups would be properly cared for. One dog was newly rescued and was quite shy, but she worked with the dog and owner to make him as comfortable as possible. She sent pictures and info, and left a nice note on the last day. About: I’m a veterinarian that graduated from Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. I love to be around fur babies on my free time! I’ve helped friends with their dogs/cats/rabbits/guinea pigs while they are away on vacation. I'm keen on walking dogs twice a day and taking them hiking, to the pond, or for mini adventures around the park! My previous jobs have been in two veterinary hospitals (one of which included Banfield) as a veterinary assistant. I can give your pet the best possible care! I’m currently a proud owner of a a cute Ragdoll cat and a labrador retriever. I also like to be active and go on walks regularly so it would only add to the fun to have a special fluffy companion join me! My schedule is flexible can work around yours as well. About: I'm not just a dog sitter/walker, I'm your dog's best friend! What makes me stand out? Well, for starters, I have a genuine passion for dogs, and I've made it my mission to provide top-notch care. I was grown up with Tibetan mastiff in the Himalayas. Very familiar with big dogs like mastiff, German Shephard, Husky, and small dogs like beagles. By paying me for dog walking, you are directly contributing to the education of childrens in Nepal. I am using all income from Roover to pay tuition and boarding of a boy and a girl from rural and remote Nepal. I work on daytime but can take a lunch break for pawfriends. Evening and morning time will be for your pups. Your pup is my guest. I have a yard that is not fenced but I live in a good neighbour where your pup can have a nice walk. I dont have any pet.

About: I've taken care of animals my whole life, from dogs and cats to reptiles and amphibians, I've care for most! Being aware and responsive to your pets needs is key! I do contract work so my schedule is flexible most of the time. Generally up late so don't mind odd hours. Also available for early mornings as well, schedule can usually made to accommodate. I have reliable transportation and can travel whenever needed. I'm comfortable and experienced in giving pets medicine or injection if need be, and I'm willing to adapt to whatever needs your pets may have.

About: I have a little experience training as I have trained both my family dogs. I love working with any breed or size animal. I am currently work full time in Frankfort but can come let your pet out before and after work as well as on my lunch break. I have a car that I can use to travel from place to place and have some a leash and treats available to use. I am willing to drive myself or your pet to some fun places to walk and run around

About: We would love to take care of your furry family member while you're away! We will make sure he has a marvelous time with all of us. My husband and I grew up on farms in Kentucky and have loved dogs all our lives. Reagan is sweet and smart, but mostly keeps to herself unless your dog wants to engage with her. We have a small fenced yard, and there are lots of walking areas nearby. We would take your dog to the dog park with us around the corner if you like, or we can head over to the nearby park! We do have a cat named George and a young daughter, so it is important that your furry friend be comfortable around both. George mostly keeps to himself, so as long as your dog doesn't chase or bark at him, things should go fine! Why I love dog sitting We've loved dogs our entire lives. We both grew up with dogs and firmly believe that they are a blessing to us! About my yard We do have a small yard! My experience administering medication Yes, we are comfortable administering medication. I work from home so am happy to have a furry friend keep me company and get some exercise together. Your pet won’t be lonely! I have a fully fenced yard with lots of space to play and explore. The fenced area is almost 1/2 an acre so plenty of room.

About: Hey there! I have grown up surrounded by dogs and have always shared special bonds with them. I currently have a 2-year-old cat, Sue, that my friend found while he was fishing. We lost her brother, Charlie, a couple years ago to cancer. He was a black lab pit mix and the best light to your day! I’m currently working part-time and am looking to supplement that with a few hobbies, and opportunities from here. I will try to make myself available as much as possible if you need me. Although I like it when animals are enjoying themselves, I value safety and can be firm when I need to be. I look forward to (hopefully) meeting you & your furry friends soon! I’m currently most flexible for over the night stays and drop by visits or walks. It would be nice to have something routine, but I’m also interested in sporadic opportunities! I'm not offering stays at my home because my cat isn't a big fan of meeting new animals, but I’m available to come to yours!

About: I have been animal/house/farm sitting for friends and family ever since high school. I am experienced with training puppies and taking care of senior dogs. I am currently in a graduate program so some weeks I will have no free time at all and others I’ll have an entire week free. Every day for me is different but I am very good with working around my schedule. I have house sat for multiple people and I am very respectful of others’ belongings and always clean up after myself and/or the animals that I am watching after.

About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs my entire life. They’re my constant companions. My wife and I currently have four dogs of varying age. We’ve been raising a Black Lab puppy this year since moving back to Frankfort and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’m currently job searching after moving back to town so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets, anytime, days or evenings. I’ve taken many dogs into my home to be taken care of for extended stays from friends and family. It is always a delight. They have a sprawling indoor/outdoor environment so I don’t think they mind too much either. It has never been trouble to me to care for their pets in their own home either.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I also offer a military discount for those that have or are serving our beautiful country. I do not work outside of the home, which provides me with a lot of flexibility to provide dedicated care to your pets all day. I think it's important dogs that stay at my house receive the same amount of attention as they would at home and as my dogs do. I also believe it's important not to disrupt their daily routine, so I work closely with owners to understand each Dog needs.
