About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I also offer a military discount for those that have or are serving our beautiful country. I do not work outside of the home, which provides me with a lot of flexibility to provide dedicated care to your pets all day. I think it's important dogs that stay at my house receive the same amount of attention as they would at home and as my dogs do. I also believe it's important not to disrupt their daily routine, so I work closely with owners to understand each Dog needs.

About: I've taken care of animals my whole life, from dogs and cats to reptiles and amphibians, I've care for most! Being aware and responsive to your pets needs is key! I do contract work so my schedule is flexible most of the time. Generally up late so don't mind odd hours. Also available for early mornings as well, schedule can usually made to accommodate. I have reliable transportation and can travel whenever needed. I'm comfortable and experienced in giving pets medicine or injection if need be, and I'm willing to adapt to whatever needs your pets may have.

About: With years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for animal care, I’ve worked in a veterinary practice as an assistant and on a Thoroughbred farm handling foals, mares, colts, and geldings worth more than most houses! I’m currently pursuing a Pre-Veterinary major at Midway University, while also enrolled in online courses to become a certified Veterinary Technician. I currently work part-time at a sport horse farm while attending college for my pre-vet track, usually only 8 - 9 hours. I get a break at 12am, which I use to get the pets out to use the bathroom, feed, and stretch those legs at the local dog park up the street! I have an eye for illness, injury, or sadness, so my goal will always be your animals' health and happiness! My passion is to create a safe, worry-free environment.

About: I'm a remote worker with a furry companion husky mix by my side. Offering pet sitting in your home or doggy walks, I’m your go-to pet pal! From anxious pooches to strolling with senior dogs and even looking after cats, I’m here to help. Whether your pet craves an energizing walk or wants to hang out, I can be their companion. Ensure your furry friend is happy and well-cared for, whether you’re out and about or off on a long excursion. Note: I won’t host boarding in my home, nor will I spend the night in your home. At this time, we will not take on aggressive dogs. I currently work a full-time m-f job remotely. With enough notice, I can step away from my current role to check in on your pet or give your pet a walk. I will follow your care instructions, daily walks, and belly scratches if the dog requests them. I would treat your furry friends as if they were my own.

About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs my entire life. They’re my constant companions. My wife and I currently have four dogs of varying age. We’ve been raising a Black Lab puppy this year since moving back to Frankfort and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’m currently job searching after moving back to town so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets, anytime, days or evenings. I’ve taken many dogs into my home to be taken care of for extended stays from friends and family. It is always a delight. They have a sprawling indoor/outdoor environment so I don’t think they mind too much either. It has never been trouble to me to care for their pets in their own home either.

About: I have been animal/house/farm sitting for friends and family ever since high school. I am experienced with training puppies and taking care of senior dogs. I am currently in a graduate program so some weeks I will have no free time at all and others I’ll have an entire week free. Every day for me is different but I am very good with working around my schedule. I have house sat for multiple people and I am very respectful of others’ belongings and always clean up after myself and/or the animals that I am watching after.

About: I’m a veterinarian that graduated from Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. I love to be around fur babies on my free time! I’ve helped friends with their dogs/cats/rabbits/guinea pigs while they are away on vacation. I'm keen on walking dogs twice a day and taking them hiking, to the pond, or for mini adventures around the park! My previous jobs have been in two veterinary hospitals (one of which included Banfield) as a veterinary assistant. I can give your pet the best possible care! I’m currently a proud owner of a a cute Ragdoll cat and a labrador retriever. I also like to be active and go on walks regularly so it would only add to the fun to have a special fluffy companion join me! My schedule is flexible can work around yours as well. “It is honestly hard to put into words how great an experience I had with Lois without sounding hyperbolic. She was a perfect guardian of my home, my kitties, and my anxious heart. I'd never left my kitties for even a night, and I'd never used a sitting service but was offered the chance to visit my son in the Netherlands for 3 weeks and I couldn't pass it up. I just needed to feel at peace with how I left things at home. Lois was wonderful. She came over early for a meet and greet, and it was immediately obvious she is a kind, intelligent, and gentle person. I have two cats from a horrible hoarding situation who have taken years to feel safe, and they both took to her immediately! My stray, who came to me barely weaned, took a while but even he came around (he is scared of the cars going by the house). She took notes! (Something I always wished people I trained at work would do) Lois and I chatted a bit fairly frequently via a chat app, and she always sent what she called "proof of life" pictures, all of which were so dear. (One was of the kitties waking her up one morning. Such a typical thing in my home, and its normalcy was what made it great. That, and someone just waking up having the presence of mind to grab their phone and record this little domestic scene!) In our chats, just by the way she talked about my kitties it was VERY clear she'd quickly picked up on their personalities, quirks, and needs. The very language she used talking about how they were doing made it obvious she was talking about my kitties, and not just generic kitty language. And she left my home cleaner than I left it for her. While this is not the highest bar (lol) it was so nice to come home after 3 weeks, and an entire day of travel, to a clean, sweet smelling home with clean sheets on the bed! And a bowl of grapes on the counter to snack on (yes, I mentioned grapes and string cheese in our meet and greet. She listened!) I enjoyed Lois. I enjoyed our chats over and above talking about the kitties. She was clearly comfortable and cared about guardianship of my odd, quirky little house. Coming home I would not have known someone stayed here except that my cats were just as happy, fat, and sassy as they were when I left. I would recommend Lois without reservation. I feel like I have added a person in my life that I know I can count on if I need her, and if I ever need someone to care for my kitties it is really nice to know she is there. The comfort and peace she offered while I was on my magical adventure with my son was priceless. Thank you Lois!”
