“Mckenzie was amazing with our puppy Bravo. We had to be away from our little guy for 10 days, and with it being the first time we were extra nervous. From the first conversation with Mckenzie I felt at ease, when we met her and her dog bonnet at the meet and great that ease was amplified. She sent us pictures and videos of our baby and we knew he was in great hands. We stopped by mid week and picked Bravo up for a bit between trips, I was glad she allowed us to do that and I was able to gauge his reaction to going back. He went right in! I think Bravo will consider this his home away from home, and we plan to use Mckenzie for all our travel needs. We will also use her on date nights so he can continue his friendship with bonett. You couldn't ask for a better sitter!”

About: I got my first dog when I was 10 years old and haven't been without an animal in my life since! From puppies, senior dogs, kittens, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters...we've had them all. I fostered puppies while in college which was a sweet experience as well. Currently we have a Husky/Australian Shepherd (Zodiac) and a Golden Retriever (Daisy) at home. My most recent pet-care experience was twice-daily visits and walks with a Goldendoodle from the time he was a baby to around 1 year old. I take training regimens and routines very seriously and can assist in enforcing this training during visits. I do have my Bachelors degree in Psychology which I think is part of the reason I enjoy this aspect. I am also able to administer any oral or topical medications necessary. I work from home as a real estate assistant. This is extremely flexible and I enjoy being able to take breaks from the computer to get out and enjoy the outdoors. I found the daily dog-walks and visits to be a great way to help a bored/lonely pet while also getting some exercise and a change of scenery! I prefer to care for your pets in their own homes and environments where they would be most comfortable. Should a dog need to come to my house though, they are more than welcome. We have a fenced-in yard (6 ft wood fence) with lots of space to run. My back door has a doggy flap on it so they can come in and out easily. My 2 dogs love making friends. They have lots of socialization experience from many many visits to the dog parks. I do have two kids at home who are major animal lovers as well.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was about 14 yrs old. My girlfriend has taken care of animals most of her life. I am a homebody and am constantly home with a lovely fenced in yard to provide care and open space for the animals that need it. I’m working very lightly part-time and focus all of my attention on my house and my dogs. When pet-sitting, I extend that attention onto your family/animals. If acceptable, can easily let dogs out numerous times a day into a secured open backyard. My two dogs love attention and other animals. In case this is not enough, I am available a majority of the day to care and provide attention. I love being outside in my yard, and staying home and caring with animals. Once my girlfriend is home she tends to do the same!
