“Ashley is great!! Storm came back worn out but in the best way! I don’t have a fenced In yard, so makes my heart happy for her to have friends to play with and be able to run freely! She was able to get my last minute, and worked with me on times! Highly recommend, absolutely my go to now!”

“She took amazing care of my dog while I was away. She kept me updated with photos. My dog was happy and well cared , he looks so healthy . Highly recommend. --- You can adjust it as needed!”

“Amber and her family were great with my Mika. She sent me updates on how Mika was doing and was flexible as my schedule is a bit all over the place right now. I will book with her again as this was a fantastic experience!”

“We couldn't be happier with the care provided during our overnight stay! From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such good hands. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and photos that gave us peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was happy, well-cared for, and clearly received lots of attention and affection. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable sitter!”

“When we needed a sitter last minute on vacation Emily came to the rescue and was one of the best dog sitters we have ever had. Emily sent pictures through the day, followed all our care instructions and loved our baby like we do.”

“Kristen & her Husband gave Oliver a great, safe, social, & loving environment while I traveled for work. Thank you for your help & support! Even grabbed an extra collar on my behalf ??”

“Tracie sent updates, with pictures, every day, and Millie (my dog) really seemed to love it there! I was afraid she'd be depressed to be back in our boring home, but she still likes us, I guess. Tracie's daughter even drew a picture of Millie to give to me!”

“Andy did a great job helping Nate feel at home. Nate got snacks he likes and outside breaks that were on his schedule. Andy sent a lot of updates with pictures. Besides the cute pictures, Andy sent me a picture that showed Nate feeling relaxed. Frankly, I was glad Nate still wanted to come home! Andy understands dogs, has an appreciation for the variety of normal dog behavior, and really does love dogs. His daughter also really loves dogs. Although I found Andy through Rover, a mutual friend confirmed that he’s a dog lover and would trust him with her dogs. Knowing that we had mutual friends was literally an answer to prayer. I would definitely trust this family with Nate again.”

“Extremely happy with the care and attention JoJo received from Lynn. He had so much fun playing with her friendly dogs. And she kept me updated on Jojos daily antics with photos, videos and reports 😄. Lynn is an experienced dog person. I had absolutely no hesitation she could confidently handle anything that could possibly arise whilst I was out of town. It’s nice to know that someone is not only taking good care of your dog, but is actually enjoying them being there. 10/10 recommend, and will be back for sure!”

“As always, Ashley took amazing care of my puppy with special needs. She and her dogs made Pearl feel so at home. Pearl does amazing there and is learning to socialize and how to act in a house and listen, despite being deaf. I couldn’t recommend them more!!”

“Valerie was excellent! She took great of our dog, sent regular updates, and managed his eye condition well. An added bonus is her sweet dog Ollie who was great company for our dog and kept him at ease.”

“Great experience! They took wonderful care of Thor and sent updates, which I really appreciated. He’s an easy cat, but they still kept him in his own room so he felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely book again!”

“I am so thankful to have found Melody. My dog, Opal, took to her right away, and she LOVES being over there for daycare and overnight stays. The times are super flexible, and I’m thankful to have someone that loves my dog as much as I do! I get pictures and videos on how Opal is doing throughout the day. Definitely the best dog sitter in Lex!”

“Our puppy had a wonderful time staying with Ana and her dog, Mia. Ana was an excellent sitter very accommodating, communicative, and easy to work with. We felt completely at ease and would happily book with her again.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats for many years and have experience pet sitting for multiple families, including drop-in visits and overnight care. I’ve cared for cats regularly over several years, watched dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals of all kinds. I also volunteer through Doggy Day Out at the shelter, where I help walk and socialize dogs, and I grew up with a family dog, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy walks, playtime, cuddles, and making sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. I have experience incorporating caregiving and pet care into my daily routine and enjoy creating consistent schedules for feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship. I am organized, dependable, and make it a priority to ensure pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. My schedule allows me to provide regular walks, check-ins, enrichment, and quality time, and I always work to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel at home. I spend a lot of time at home and have a flexible schedule, allowing me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and consistency throughout the week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routines as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and reduce stress. I make sure pets have fresh water, are fed on schedule, and receive plenty of attention, enrichment, playtime, and companionship. I prioritize safety by keeping doors and outdoor areas secure, being attentive during walks and potty breaks, and cleaning litter boxes as needed. I also provide updates and photos so owners feel informed, reassured, and connected while away.
“Haley was great she came out and picked up the dogs which saved us a lot of time since we were getting ready for a trip. It’s obvious she loves animals by the way our dogs responded to her immediately with tails wagging . She kept us updated daily and sent pictures and kept us at ease the whole trip. Our dogs are not what we would call easy dogs to handle but Haley made it look easy and we would recommend her to anyone with any kind of situation, thank you Haley..”

“Megan is the best. So personable. And literally got to pet one of my cats that doesn’t let anyone but us pet her. She’s on time and dependable and goes above and beyond, cleaning litter area and bringing in our packages etc. I’m so thankful for her and she will become our extended family. Thanks Megan! Hugs!”

“Shaine is awesome! Super friendly, always on time, and will love your fur babies! It’s such a relief she checks on and lets our 17 year old dog on our non-work from home days!!!!! We are very thankful for her!”

“I cannot say in words how incredible Cadrian is both as a sitter and person! She has a sweet disposition and my dogs who inherently have fear aggression LOVED her on-the-spot! She went above and beyond in caring for them and communicated very well! We are blessed to have her in our pack 🐶❤️ Would highly recommend her to anyone for anything!”

About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs my entire life. They’re my constant companions. My wife and I currently have four dogs of varying age. We’ve been raising a Black Lab puppy this year since moving back to Frankfort and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’m currently job searching after moving back to town so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets, anytime, days or evenings. I’ve taken many dogs into my home to be taken care of for extended stays from friends and family. It is always a delight. They have a sprawling indoor/outdoor environment so I don’t think they mind too much either. It has never been trouble to me to care for their pets in their own home either.
About: I'm not just a dog sitter/walker, I'm your dog's best friend! What makes me stand out? Well, for starters, I have a genuine passion for dogs, and I've made it my mission to provide top-notch care. I was grown up with Tibetan mastiff in the Himalayas. Very familiar with big dogs like mastiff, German Shephard, Husky, and small dogs like beagles. By paying me for dog walking, you are directly contributing to the education of childrens in Nepal. I am using all income from Roover to pay tuition and boarding of a boy and a girl from rural and remote Nepal. I work on daytime but can take a lunch break for pawfriends. Evening and morning time will be for your pups. Your pup is my guest. I have a yard that is not fenced but I live in a good neighbour where your pup can have a nice walk. I dont have any pet.

“Crystal was great! She took good care of our little pups while we were gone. We are so thankful to have had somebody there that actually cared about animals. We will rebook with her again next time.”

About: I have been animal/house/farm sitting for friends and family ever since high school. I am experienced with training puppies and taking care of senior dogs. I am currently in a graduate program so some weeks I will have no free time at all and others I’ll have an entire week free. Every day for me is different but I am very good with working around my schedule. I have house sat for multiple people and I am very respectful of others’ belongings and always clean up after myself and/or the animals that I am watching after.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I also offer a military discount for those that have or are serving our beautiful country. I do not work outside of the home, which provides me with a lot of flexibility to provide dedicated care to your pets all day. I think it's important dogs that stay at my house receive the same amount of attention as they would at home and as my dogs do. I also believe it's important not to disrupt their daily routine, so I work closely with owners to understand each Dog needs.

About: I am a veterinarian who is qualified to work with small animals. I have a cat of my own and have fostered cats in the past. I am skilled with providing oral medication and providing the right kind of entertainment to keep your pet entertained and happy.

About: I’ve loved and had cats since I can remember, both of my own and through volunteering. At the start of this year I lost my soul cat which was extremely difficult, but after moving a stray kitten found me and reignited my passion for cats so I’d love to meet yours too.

About: What sets me apart is my combination of hands-on medical experience and lifelong animal care. I have 4 years of experience as a vet tech and over 10 years caring for pets and large-breed animals, which means I’m comfortable handling a wide range of needs—from basic routines to more specialized care. I’m able to administer medications, monitor for health changes, and provide calm, confident support for pets who may be anxious or have medical needs. I’m also detail-oriented and take pride in keeping pets’ spaces clean and comfortable, whether that’s refreshing litter boxes, tidying feeding areas, or ensuring their environment stays safe. Above all, I truly love what I do. I’m patient, reliable, and committed to making every pet feel secure, happy, and cared for—just like family.

What stood out most was her willingness to make accommodations and work with our schedule and specific needs, which made the entire process stress-free. About: We would love to take care of your furry family member while you're away! We will make sure he has a marvelous time with all of us. My husband and I grew up on farms in Kentucky and have loved dogs all our lives. Reagan is sweet and smart, but mostly keeps to herself unless your dog wants to engage with her. We have a small fenced yard, and there are lots of walking areas nearby. We would take your dog to the dog park with us around the corner if you like, or we can head over to the nearby park! We do have a cat named George and a young daughter, so it is important that your furry friend be comfortable around both. George mostly keeps to himself, so as long as your dog doesn't chase or bark at him, things should go fine! Why I love dog sitting We've loved dogs our entire lives. We both grew up with dogs and firmly believe that they are a blessing to us! About my yard We do have a small yard! My experience administering medication Yes, we are comfortable administering medication. I work from home so am happy to have a furry friend keep me company and get some exercise together. Your pet won’t be lonely! I have a fully fenced yard with lots of space to play and explore. The fenced area is almost 1/2 an acre so plenty of room.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I foster and volunteer and love it. I have the sweetest pup named Sadie who loves all people and animals. I have a large walking trail that I walk my dog Sadie on everyday after working and she enjoys playing in the yard and fetching
“We had an amazing experience with Ashley and couldn’t recommend her more! We were in town for just one day and wanted to visit the Ark Encounter, so we needed to find someone on short notice to watch our Golden Retriever, Ocean. Ashley was available with only a day’s notice and was incredibly responsive from the start. I’ll admit, I was a little apprehensive since I had never used Rover before, and I knew from her profile that she had four large dogs of her own. But Ashley quickly put my mind at ease. She was so kind, welcoming, and clearly experienced with dogs. She took excellent care of Ocean and went above and beyond by sending photos throughout the day, which meant so much to us and really helped us relax and enjoy our time. It was obvious Ocean was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We are so grateful we found Ashley and would absolutely use her services again. Highly recommend!”

“Delaney was amazing again! With a last minute request, Rupp had the best time and her pictures were amazing. I love the doggy daycare report card at the end of the day! So fun. She spoils our baby boy!”

I enjoy your pets personality, playing with them, especially with energetic pets. I am super detailed oriented to follow the instructions of pet owners. About: I was born into an animal-loving family and I have continued to instill this love for animals in my own children. I have had a menagerie of animals all of my life. At the young age of 12, I started walking the neighbors' dogs and going to their houses when they were out of town to feed, water, and walk their pets. In college, I worked part-time in several different veterinary clinics. I am still very well connected to the veterinary world so if I am unsure of something involving my pets, I am able to reach out to get an answer pretty quickly. Over my lifetime of 40 yrs. I have had at least 20 dogs, 10 cats, several rabbits, horses, chinchillas, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a few reptiles (but no snakes). In my full-time job, I have a hybrid work schedule. Some days I am in the office and some days I work from home. This allows some flexibility when caring for fur babies. My family also helps care for our "animal guests". It is a group effort! I have a 1/2 acre that is fenced. I have 3 dogs- a Newfoundland, Black Lab, and a Beagle. All of my dogs are rescues. I know that I rescued them but as cheesy as it sounds, most days I feel like they rescued me. Each of them has their own personality, which I love. My dogs are usually always by my side when I am home. My dogs love to jump on the bed or couch and get snuggles. I also have 3 cats. All of them found us. They were all dumped on us and of course, I couldn't turn them away. :) I would treat your animals the same way I treat mine- with love and snuggles.
“Andrew has been absolutely wonderful with my little Charlie . Andrew is great at keeping open communication with pictures and updates on how the Charlie's daycare is going ..10 out of 10 would recommend.”

About: Hi my name is Ashley and I have worked with animals since I was 15. I worked at VCA Woodford Animal Hospital and Keshlyn kennel also advanced animal care an emergency vet. I know what it takes to care for your babies. I have a 6ft privacy fenced in backyard with cameras so I can keep an eye on your loved ones while they are having some outdoor time. I do have 2 dog pens outside that MY OWN dogs will stay in while your dogs are outside just for safety reasons. My dogs are good with other dogs but just to keep everyone safe until they get to know each other better I will keep them separated but they will be able to still sniff and see each other till they get comfortable. I do work 2-3 days a week and every other weekend and I try to keep my schedule up to date. If you are with me on a weekend I work I usually have my parents come over and help with potty breaks if I am unable to get away from work during the day. While I am at work though I have a camera in the house that I can check in on them and also talk to them. They will stay inside the house and have access to the backyard when they want to run around. I do have a 10 yr old daughter but she is extremely intuitive about animals and does know how to care and knows the signs when they are nervous or scared. She tries her best to make them feel as comfortable as possible. We do enjoy evening walks around the neighborhood and would be taking your loved ones on the walks with us so they can explore the new area. I have no issues with puppies or senior dogs or dogs on medications I am able to care for them all with my experience I have seen it all and nothing really surprises me anymore. I am fine with helping crate or house training puppies I know consistency is key in training them and I am up to the task. I’m currently working 2-3 days a week and every other weekend. I inform you during the booking process if it’s a weekend I work. If you do stay with me I have cameras inside the house so I can watch them while at work and talk to them. Also if I can’t get away from work my parents come to my house and check in and do potty breaks till I get home. They will not be by themselves the full day. Fenced in back yard with a camera so I can keep an eye on them constantly. My dogs would be locked up in the dog pens that I feed them in everyday so they are used to going in them so it’s not an issue to keep them contained while yours is outside playing and romping around

“Bekah was great! She took great care of my dog and cat while I worked a 12-hour shift with an additional 2-hour commute. She sent pictures of the time she was here, and even brought in a package I had delivered so it wouldn’t sit outside all day! I will definitely rebook with Bekah!”

About: I've been a dog lover my whole life. Friends and family have always trusted me with their pets. I'm experienced with dogs of all ages and personalities. I will be patient with your furry friend and we will have a blast. Walks, fetch, treats and belly rubs.... You'll get pictures of it all, too! NOTE: I start the "Rover Card" from the moment I pick your dog up, however, that will not interfere with the amount of time your dog gets to walk. I'll make sure your pup gets the full amount of time you paid for. I work full-time. However, I work remotely on Wednesdays and my weekends are free. I would be honored to take your dog on a walk while you are away at work, with friends, or just enjoying a day away from home! I will walk your dog until they are tired and ready for a biiig snooze. I can take your dog to a local park or take a stroll around your neighborhood, whichever you prefer. Before the walk, please be sure to leave your dogs leash in a visible place so we can get in & out of your home as easily as possible :)
About: I’ve had dogs since I was a child, and I got two of my current pups around three years ago. Both are rescues and required a lot of training at first. Our youngest is still a puppy and we are still working on training. I have experience with puppy training, adult dog training, and medical recovery. As a pet owner myself, I know how hard it is to leave your babies with someone else, especially if you don’t know them. Because of this, I try to send several photo and video updates throughout the day just so you can check in and know that they’re safe and happy. When others come to my house, they’re part of the family and are treated as my own pets. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about me, our house, routines, etc. I understand! I am currently working at home, so I can provide full time care during week days and my husband is home on most weekends. We do occasionally need to crate or leave them for a bit if we are boarding them but that will be communicated prior to booking and cleared with the owner beforehand! I have a fenced yard and dogs who LOVE to play. I also have two cats who are pretty uninterested in dogs, but generally do their own thing. My care is flexible depending on the needs of each dog.

About: I’ve had many pets throughout my life, so I understand their needs and personalities. I’ve also spent a lot of time dog sitting and walking for friends and neighbors, making sure every pet gets plenty of love and attention. Your dog will be in caring and experienced hands with me! I’m a last year college student so between my classes can be there to play with your pets and love on them as needed. I do not provide care in my home but will follow clear instruction given to me by owners when providing care within their home! I will respect each owner.
About: I am pet boarding certified. Can show proof! I’ve been taking care of dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember! I currently have 4 dogs of my own! Experience with dog training, emergency situations and have vet experience! For boarding I am available every day! Just send me a message and we will work something out!! As other services go, please contact me and I will do my best to satisfy your needs! I have a huge fenced in yard, gazebo out back for easy shade and comfy lounging. About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. I have cared for friends and family members pets, and I have loved doing it! I know how much it means to me to know my boys are well taken care of and I’d like to do the same for others. I have a hybrid telework schedule and I am home most weekends and evenings. I would love to look after your furry loved ones! :) I do live in a complex and walk my dog often throughout the day. There’s also amenities available for pets in the complex. I often take my dog to the local dog parks as well.
About: I’ve been around and had animals all my life. Dogs, cats, horses, etc. I’ve volunteered at my local humane society, had experience with puppies, and love taking care of dogs! I have done house & dog sitting before. Currently Im living at home since I dropped out of college. Im looking to get another part time job but as of right now this is my main priority! While caring for your pet(s) in your home I’ll make sure it stays clean, they’re fed on time, have potty breaks, playtime, etc. Im here for you and your dogs needs!
About: I have been lucky to be surrounded by cats and dogs my entire life! From a young age, I learned how to properly care for pets and show them lots of love. Additionally, I have experience with all sizes, ages, and personalities. I look forward to caring for your pet! I am a college student home for the summer, so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to care for your pets every day of the week besides Sundays, and am available most times of the day. In client's homes, I will follow all instructions left for the pet care. I mindfully manage pet food and water, potty needs, pet cleanliness, play, and so on. I also make sure the pet is safe and the house is kept orderly.
About: I am a SAHM with two littles. We love dogs of all sizes and ages. We have a Shorkie named Bella. We also help out our family members with their dogs as well. I love meeting new dogs. I treat them as my own. I can take them for a walk, feed them, love on them and snuggle with them, play with them and also I can board them in my house! They will get the best care. I have a fenced In yard and a great neighborhood to walk in. Let me care for your pet. I can’t wait to meet more dogs! I am a SAHM to a 5 year old and 3 year old. We love dogs. I would love to fill our schedule by taking care of someone else’s dog. I am pretty flexible with my schedule. I have a fenced in yard and I also have a great neighborhood to walk your dogs as well. I have a Shorkie that gets along with all dogs. I have 4 total kids, along with my husband and we all love dogs and your dog will definitely be loved on while here.
About: Hey there! I have grown up surrounded by dogs and have always shared special bonds with them. I currently have a 2-year-old cat, Sue, that my friend found while he was fishing. We lost her brother, Charlie, a couple years ago to cancer. He was a black lab pit mix and the best light to your day! I’m currently working part-time and am looking to supplement that with a few hobbies, and opportunities from here. I will try to make myself available as much as possible if you need me. Although I like it when animals are enjoying themselves, I value safety and can be firm when I need to be. I look forward to (hopefully) meeting you & your furry friends soon! I’m currently most flexible for over the night stays and drop by visits or walks. It would be nice to have something routine, but I’m also interested in sporadic opportunities! I'm not offering stays at my home because my cat isn't a big fan of meeting new animals, but I’m available to come to yours!

“Alex and Martha are great! Communication is excellent. They spent a lot of time with our dog and she had a blast playing with their dog. We were worried about leaving her with a sitter for the first time but we had absolutely no issues at all. Will definitely use them again for our next trip!”

“Ann, was awesome. She was able to accommodate my last minute request. She also met me and picked up Charly. She sent some regular updates and even took some great pictures of Charly.”

“I can only really know how things went for my cat Teacup when she is boarded by how she behaves once she’s back home. After her 2 night stay with Natasha she seemed happy to be home, but otherwise very calm. Unlike other times when she meowed non-stop for 2 days as if she were trying to tell me all was not as it should have been. This time she hardly meowed at all. Natasha and her 2 daughters seem comfortable with both cats and dogs which of course reassures their guests that they are safe and loved. For Teacup that is everything. I think Teacup wouldn’t mind a return visit in the future. I can recommend Natasha for cat boarding.”

“The pups seem to have had a great time getting spoiled! We got plenty of updates on how they were doing during the stay, which helped immensely! They commonly get upset/stressed with traditional boarding, so this was a great alternative. Would recommend!”
