After several strike outs, Amber agreed to take on the job. She was super responsive, came over the night before the job to meet the pet parents, dogs, and get instructions. She was organized and efficient, making everyone feel comfortable and confident that their pups would be properly cared for. One dog was newly rescued and was quite shy, but she worked with the dog and owner to make him as comfortable as possible. She sent pictures and info, and left a nice note on the last day. She was truly one of the best Rover pet caretakers I’ve ever had, and all the pet parents raved about her. Thank you, Amber!”

About: I have taken care of new born puppies and helped give medications/ shots. I have personally train 3 of my own dogs in the 4-H program. I have also had a few cats over the years. I’ve owned and been around all kinds of dogs and cats! I stay at home most of the time so I will be able to spend plenty of time making sure your dog is getting the exercise it needs! We have a large fenced in backyard where your dogs can run free any time they want. My husband loves dogs as well! I know he would be happy to give your pets some extra love and attention.

About: I've taken care of animals my whole life, from dogs and cats to reptiles and amphibians, I've care for most! Being aware and responsive to your pets needs is key! I do contract work so my schedule is flexible most of the time. Generally up late so don't mind odd hours. Also available for early mornings as well, schedule can usually made to accommodate. I have reliable transportation and can travel whenever needed. I'm comfortable and experienced in giving pets medicine or injection if need be, and I'm willing to adapt to whatever needs your pets may have.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I also offer a military discount for those that have or are serving our beautiful country. I do not work outside of the home, which provides me with a lot of flexibility to provide dedicated care to your pets all day. I think it's important dogs that stay at my house receive the same amount of attention as they would at home and as my dogs do. I also believe it's important not to disrupt their daily routine, so I work closely with owners to understand each Dog needs.

About: I’ve lived and worked with animals my whole life, from growing up on my grandparents farm and volunteering at various animal shelters to working at a family owned doggy daycare the last two years. I feel comfortable and confident caring for all pets old-young, I also have experience with special needs pets. I am currently finishing recovering from some unexpected health issues I suddenly had last year, trying to get active again and ready to get back to Rover and my passion for caring for pets! My daily schedule is pretty open and I’m always open to moving things around. My experience from the doggy daycare and my shelter experience has made me confident dealing with all breeds and temperaments. Wether it’s outside playing or chilling on the couch, I’d love to meet your pets!

About: I have a little experience training as I have trained both my family dogs. I love working with any breed or size animal. I am currently work full time in Frankfort but can come let your pet out before and after work as well as on my lunch break. I have a car that I can use to travel from place to place and have some a leash and treats available to use. I am willing to drive myself or your pet to some fun places to walk and run around

About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs my entire life. They’re my constant companions. My wife and I currently have four dogs of varying age. We’ve been raising a Black Lab puppy this year since moving back to Frankfort and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’m currently job searching after moving back to town so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets, anytime, days or evenings. I’ve taken many dogs into my home to be taken care of for extended stays from friends and family. It is always a delight. They have a sprawling indoor/outdoor environment so I don’t think they mind too much either. It has never been trouble to me to care for their pets in their own home either.

About: I'm not just a dog sitter/walker, I'm your dog's best friend! What makes me stand out? Well, for starters, I have a genuine passion for dogs, and I've made it my mission to provide top-notch care. I was grown up with Tibetan mastiff in the Himalayas. Very familiar with big dogs like mastiff, German Shephard, Husky, and small dogs like beagles. By paying me for dog walking, you are directly contributing to the education of childrens in Nepal. I am using all income from Roover to pay tuition and boarding of a boy and a girl from rural and remote Nepal. I work on daytime but can take a lunch break for pawfriends. Evening and morning time will be for your pups. Your pup is my guest. I have a yard that is not fenced but I live in a good neighbour where your pup can have a nice walk. I dont have any pet.

About: I have been animal/house/farm sitting for friends and family ever since high school. I am experienced with training puppies and taking care of senior dogs. I am currently in a graduate program so some weeks I will have no free time at all and others I’ll have an entire week free. Every day for me is different but I am very good with working around my schedule. I have house sat for multiple people and I am very respectful of others’ belongings and always clean up after myself and/or the animals that I am watching after.

About: I've been a dog lover my whole life. Friends and family have always trusted me with their pets. I'm experienced with dogs of all ages and personalities. I will be patient with your furry friend and we will have a blast. Walks, fetch, treats and belly rubs.... You'll get pictures of it all, too! NOTE: I start the "Rover Card" from the moment I pick your dog up, however, that will not interfere with the amount of time your dog gets to walk. I'll make sure your pup gets the full amount of time you paid for. I work full-time. However, I work remotely on Wednesdays and my weekends are free. I would be honored to take your dog on a walk while you are away at work, with friends, or just enjoying a day away from home! I will walk your dog until they are tired and ready for a biiig snooze. I can take your dog to a local park or take a stroll around your neighborhood, whichever you prefer. Before the walk, please be sure to leave your dogs leash in a visible place so we can get in & out of your home as easily as possible :)
