“Leigh and Richard gave absolute impeccable care to my special needs dog for 8 days! I have never been away from Annie (my dog) for that long and I was very concerned. After having 2 meet and greets with them, I realized that Annie was going to be in great hands. They followed all of the guidelines of feeding her 3 specialized meals a day, administrating her daily medicine and taking her on extra walks every day. She even got her daily belly rubs and lap time. They stayed in touch with me daily with phone calls, texts and photos. I don't think my surgical recovery would have gone as well as it did, if I was worried about Annie. I can't give enough praise to this wonderful dog care couple! We had a wonderful experience with Balaji. We needed a sitter for our two week international trip and were nervous because this was our one-year-old toy poodle's first time being away from us. From the very beginning, Balaji reassured us that our dog would be well cared for. He even offered a short trial stay at his home so our dog could become familiar with the environment before the boarding stay. During that two hour trial stay, Balaji sent us photos and videos, which gave us confidence that our dog was comfortable and in good hands. Throughout the two week boarding period, Balaji sent multiple photos and videos every day, allowing us to see that our dog was comfortable and receiving good care. He was also very responsive and replied to our messages very quickly. Knowing that our dog was in such caring hands made it much easier for us to enjoy our trip. We highly recommend Balaji to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!
