“Michelle is incredible! She has a natural way with our shy, anxious dog, quickly earning his trust and affection. He absolutely loves her! She’s reliable, communicative, and always takes great care of our home. We couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter—highly recommend!”

8. Monica G.
“Monica took care of my 2 year old Cane Corso while we were Gone for three days! No easy task, but Monica not only fed my Cane Corso “Sirius” but also bonded with him and was able to gain his trust and play/entertain him while we were gone. I don’t know how she did it, but Sirius took a liking to her and reciprocated the same level of trust. I would definitely have her watch him again. Sirius misses her.”

9. Ashley N.
“Ashley is a coworker of mine who has interacted with my dog many times. My dog Kiwi loves her to death and loses her mind anytime they meet! I felt very confident in recommending Ashley to my family as a dog sitter during the holidays last year. She is very caring and loving with all pets, and a very reliable trustworthy person. You would not regret hiring her!”

10. Don D.

“We had Don watch our 3 year old dog for 3 nights and 4 days. He was absolutely the perfect sitter. He arrived at 5:30AM so we could have our dog be with him while we headed to the airport to relieve any anxiety and stayed until 7:00PM so we could get back not too late with our dog being alone. Don was very kind, sweet, and attentive towards our dog. He asked for a detailed item list for his stay, he sent us a ton of photos and videos without us having to always ask, and reached out to help clean up sheets, vacuum, take the trash out before his stay ended. You can tell he has a passion for dogs and truly enjoys spending time with them. I would highly recommend Don if you are looking to enjoy your vacation or time away and want to feel like you can trust someone to make your dog happy. We look forward to hiring him again next time we are out of town. He will be our first choice in sitters moving forward.”

11. Cruz Q.
“Cruz is a great care provider, with real life experience as she has had an abundance of pets throughout her whole life. She is attentive and most importantly has a heart for every living being. She comes from a ranch where not only Cruz has had to take care of a numerous amount of dogs, but a variation of animals such as; roosters, goats, sheep, cattle, and horses. As someone who personally knows her, I have seen her passion when it comes to taking care of any animal.”

12. Tommy R.

“Grady was in great hands with Tommy. He was on time, ready to go and very sweet with Grady. Tommy and Grady checked in with some cute pics and an update while we were out which was much appreciated. Thanks for the fantastic care! 👍🏼👍🏼”

13. Juan L.

“Juan was great! He watched my MIL dog Hodor because he’s too big to come to our house. Juan kept the house clean and even made the bed. We would love having him again and plan to ask. Thank you Juan.”

14. Audrey w.

“My husband and I were very happy with our first experience using Rover, with Audrey. We have recently adopted a rescue mixed breed dog and could not leave him in a kennel setting for several reasons. Audrey went the extra mile to become acquainted with our boy, Crockett, and us before she house sat and dog sat. She made him feel very comfortable and cared for. Over our trip we had the peace of mind that he was being taken good care of with Audrey. In fact, we have re-booked her for another time soon.”

15. Alex S.
“Alex is the best dog caregiver I’ve ever had! I have seen him interact and care for dogs of so many breeds and sizes. I have a Cavalier King Charles and my son has a Golden Retriever and he is our top go-to caregiver. Alex will be a responsible, trustworthy, gentle and loving caregiver for your furry family members!! 🐶 🐕”

16. Yoshiko O.

“Yoshiko was one of THE BEST sitter we've ever had. She kept the place extremely clean, probably even cleaner than when we left it. Our dog looked healthy and happy in Yoshiko's care. She was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, and very respectful of our space. We've had many Rover sitters in the past, and we'd always be nervous leaving our dog in someone else's care, but Yoshiko made us feel extremely at ease while being away. We would definitely have Yoshiko care for our dog again any time we're away.”

17. Crystal G.

“If you want a caring, loving person it’s Crystal! I always feel a little hesitant when I book someone from Rover to care for my fur babies. But with Crystal's 58 reviews and me speaking with her on the phone really eased up my tensions. As soon as I met her with my fur baby she was so polite and professional and cared to see my dog more than she wanted to see me and I was so happy of her actions. She baby sat for me and as I was walking her to her car my fur baby followed her and didn’t want her to go. I thank you babe did everything.”

18. Elizabeth M.

“Elizabeth was the greatest! She took great care of my dogs and home while we were away. She is great with communication, sending updates, photos, and I didn’t even have to ask. We booked last minute after our plans with a friend who was going to watch our dogs fell through, and she was very flexible. I will definitely be hiring her again! It’s very comforting not having to worry about trusting a sitter when you are out of town!”

19. Krystle S.
About: I've taken care of dogs for 10 years. Neighbors of mine have reported on how responsible and trustworthy they find me to be with keeping appointments being punctual and my consistency with their pets walks. I'm also very good with puppies. I also have 13 years of riding and caring for horses. Neighbors and friends can and have relied on me to bathe, groom, feed, give medicine and play with their puppies and senior dogs. I'm currently working minimum hours so I have time for your pets everyday from 11 am until 5 p.m. I am also available on the weekends. I have a fenced yard and a crate for a small size dog. No other animals here, so your pet is free to wander, explore and feel comfortable. My old dog's toys are still here, so there is a cooling pad and some blankets if you forget yours.

20. Toni T.
“I can’t recommend Toni enough for dog walking and pet sitting! She cared for my senior dog, June Bug, with so much love and attention, treating her as if she were her own. June Bug had dementia and needed to wear diapers, which required extra patience and care, and Toni handled it all with incredible compassion and reliability. Whether it was daily walks or overnight stays, I always had complete peace of mind knowing June Bug was in the best hands. If you’re looking for someone who truly loves and understands animals, especially those with special needs, Toni is the perfect choice!”
