I have handled deaf dogs- using sign language for commands, bells on door handles for dogs to signal outside time and understanding quiet, calm environments for senior dogs. I currently have no dogs in the house and I miss it so much! I’m excited to help your family any way I can. I’m a stay at home mom with one 9 year old boy who shares in my love for dogs. My child will be at school during the school year. My days are flexible to accommodate your needs. I’m happy to send photos/videos of your fur baby as often as you’d like! I have a small outdoor patio that is partly shaded for those dogs who love a good sun- bathing. Out front there is some grass and I have a leash attached to large tree if they prefer grass time. (I will be outside with them the entire time) I can accommodate crate training at night or snuggle with them in my king size bed! We are an A/C controlled home!!

I have time in the very early morning and on weekday evenings, and on weekends anytime for regular dog walks or runs, check ins or weekend visits. I am very responsible and respectful of individual preferences and styles. I follow instructions and remember the details on how your pet is special. I take notes! My apartment is super animal friendly with access to a fenced yard with grass. Decorating in my apartment is minimalist so pets can be comfy and spread out. “Sofia was an excellent pet sitter. I was traveling for 3 weeks out of the country and Sofia dropped by every other day and took car of my multiple cats. The cats are a handful and one required medication and Sofia did a great job. She fed and watered them as well as cleaned their litter boxes. Three of the cats hide in my sofa and she aways looked in it to make sure the three shy cats were there and ok. She also proved updates and pictures of the various cats which I enjoyed looking at from across the world during my vacation. I would highly recommend Sofia for any of your pet sitting needs.”

About: Growing up we took in an abandoned cat who wanted nothing to do with us. We spent years putting out food and water, slowly building his trust to bring him into our home. About: I have been caring for my own pets and the pets of family and friends for over a decade. Currently I have a dog (25lbs) and 2 cats (raised fron kittens) of my own at home. I would love a chance to come by to help your pets socialize, go on walks, or make sure meals happen on time. I’ve walked, cleaned up after, bathed, and played with dogs from chihuahuas to huskies. I helped a housemate care for an elder chihuahua (14+ years old), and I have the patience to reinforce important behaviors in puppies. I am between projects and have ample time available for getting some social time in with your pets! I am available Monday-Friday after noon and weekends any time for drop ins. I have a small yard and I am accustomed to clearing messes immediately. Pets are always on leash when outside unless fenced in. I can segregate animals in multi-pet households for meals.

About: Hi there! I have 6+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and ages, providing walking, feeding, bathing, and more. My home is extremely pet-friendly as I have a 6 year mini doodle (Benzi!) that loves to socialize with other pets (if yours permits). He has a slight favoritism for dogs bigger than him but he welcomes all friends. I've had Benzi since 2020 and trained him myself as we were locked in quarantine together. Make a circle with your arms and say "Circus!" to Benzi, and he'll jump through your hoop hands (it's his party trick). I've cared for my friends and family's dogs (and one cat) as they were on long periods of break or holidays. He is up-to-date on all vaccines including Canine Covid and Canine Influenza. I walk Benzi twice a day, in the morning from 8-9:30am to the evening 7pm - 8:30pm. I take him out to pee/poo additional around 2-3:30p. I feed Benzi after each walk. Since I WFH, during my own breaks, Benzi and I play around and I ensure he gets stimulated and tired from play. If he doesn’t want to play and wants to sleep, I respect that. Benzi meets other dogs in the neighborhood and plays with them, as well as greeting neighbors. I ensure that the home I own is pet-friendly. Everything is non-toxic for animals — plants, cleaners, etc. I do not have a yard or a fence, but I live on the third floor of a gated community that is extremely animal friendly and has other dogs living here.

I send regular updates and pictures, and will keep you up to date on everything, so you don't feel out of the loop. Your pet's well-being is my priority - they also deserve to be happy!
About: I have been caring for my own pets and the pets of family and friends for over a decade. Currently I have a dog (25lbs) and 2 cats (raised fron kittens) of my own at home. I would love a chance to come by to help your pets socialize, go on walks, or make sure meals happen on time. I’ve walked, cleaned up after, bathed, and played with dogs from chihuahuas to huskies. I helped a housemate care for an elder chihuahua (14+ years old), and I have the patience to reinforce important behaviors in puppies. I am between projects and have ample time available for getting some social time in with your pets! I am available Monday-Friday after noon and weekends any time for drop ins. I have a small yard and I am accustomed to clearing messes immediately. Pets are always on leash when outside unless fenced in. I can segregate animals in multi-pet households for meals.

About: I am a detail oriented and passionate pet person, I grew up in a home that always had at least one dog. I understand the importance and level of care needed to care for puppies that are still training. As well as, experience caring for senior dogs which usually included administering medication orally and helping with movement like walking up stairs, getting into bed, etc. I am currently going to school online so I have plenty of time to walk and care for your pets! About: I have been a “Dog Mom” for over 20 years. Often having multiple dogs of different sizes and breeds. I have handled deaf dogs- using sign language for commands, bells on door handles for dogs to signal outside time and understanding quiet, calm environments for senior dogs. I currently have no dogs in the house and I miss it so much! I’m excited to help your family any way I can. I’m a stay at home mom with one 9 year old boy who shares in my love for dogs. My child will be at school during the school year. My days are flexible to accommodate your needs. I’m happy to send photos/videos of your fur baby as often as you’d like! I have a small outdoor patio that is partly shaded for those dogs who love a good sun- bathing. Out front there is some grass and I have a leash attached to large tree if they prefer grass time.
