“Above and Beyond! Thank you Chiaki for taking such good care of our fur babies! So glad we found Chiaki! We are new to the area and have never boarded our dogs as we used to have a sitter that stayed in our home while we traveled in past. It was a bit nerve wrecking finding a new sitter as our dogs are both rescues and have their quirks. One is a senior and our other one is skittish as she probably had a rough start in life. Well, not to worry, Chiaki is a dog whisperer! She sent us several photos and videos showing our dogs had settled in fairly quickly in her home. We had a great vacation knowing our "babies" were in good hands. Chiaki is also super responsive, our flight ended up being canceled for our return, Chiaki replied to all my texts in a timely manner. Her home is like Disneyland for dogs, she does everything for the dogs to be comfortable. We are so grateful that we have found her and will book her for our future travels when we can't bring our pups! (almost didn't want to write a review, as we want to keep her for ourselves, lol!) I cook for our dogs and had all their food and all supplements and instructions for am and pm feeding, Chiaki followed everything to a T! Our dogs where happy and relaxed with her! Thanks again Chiaki, I would not hesitate to leave our dogs with you again, you are amazing!”

They have such a thoughtful setup for the dogs they watch. They took the time to understand Korra’s personality and her needs to figure out how her stay would look like. We received multiple updates every day and could tell that they were treating Korra with the utmost care and affection. Between the long walks and cuddles from the girls, we were sure Korra wouldn’t want to come back. We would 100% book with Nathan & Paula again for the peace of mind of knowing that our pup is well loved and being treated like family.”

“Lydia was amazing! This was my first time leaving my dogs with a babysitter, so I was really nervous to use this type of service but Lydia made me feel so comfortable!! The minute I left Tica, my little chihuahua, left me to hang out with Lydia's 3 dogs. I think she forgot about me the minute I brought her over for her and Diesels stay. Lydia has such a warm presents and her home was just so perfect for any dogs stay. Every day Lydia sent me many photos of Tica and Diesel-in the photos, you cAn see how much fun they both were having! I'm very protective and so in love with both of my fur babies. For our pickup we encountered some scheduling difficulties, but Michelle was prompt with responses and was extremely flexible in accommodating our complex schedule. She even went a step further in the drop off to make sure our baby was comfortable until we got home later in the day!! Your babies are in great hands with her!”
