Our initial meet and greet was so welcoming, they let her right out side to do her business and check out the environment. Ning was amazing with Luna! It was my first time leaving my 6 month old puppy for a weekend and she sent lots of picture & video updates so I could feel connected to Luna and see how she was adjusting in a new environment. Ning paid attention to Luna’s body language and made her feel comfortable at her own pace, and I could tell Luna had a great time. I will definitely be booking again!
Mai was amazing with Atlas, we had a trial sleepover, and she was so patient, asked so many detailed questions, was so well prepared, and mostly importantly went above and beyond to make atlas feel comfortable! Mai is going to be my new go-to for boarding. I am so careful about Atlas’ care and sometimes he can be a picky eater, but it’s clear Mai knows a lot about dogs and just loves them because she was so good with him, tried all the tricks to help him eat, and she was patient as he got used to the new environment. She kept me posted with so many photos and videos, and was not shy to keep communication and ask me questions. I was really happy with the quality of care Atlas got with Mai!
I am truly in awe with the dedication, efforts, and attentiveness Beth and Sean exhibit. This was my first time leaving my puppy and I can confidently say that I did NOT worry about Delilah (my pup) a single moment that I was away. Sean and Beth are just phenomenal all the way around! Their consistent communication included pics and updates that really helped bring me peace of mind. They are super friendly and welcoming. They followed her routine to a T and ensured Delilah felt both comfy and safe was I was away. Saying goodbye to Sean and Beth at pick up was probably the hardest part about my trip for Delilah! She bonded so well with them so well and I can tell Delilah holds a special place in her heart for them. I will 1000% be a returning client!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Sean and Beth!! It was a privilege to have you guys look over Delilah while I was away!
Mollie was fantastic! My dog has a lot of energy and can be a bit of a handful but Mollie took her for long walks and runs to burn that energy off. We got daily updates and Mollie even helped with drop off and pick up! I felt confident leaving Hazel with her and will definitely book her again in the future. Thanks, Mollie! Hazel misses you already!
Another great experience with Presley, this time we had her watch Mocha and our friend’s dog overnight and she came and picked them up and dropped them off. She took them on plenty of walks and gave them lots of attention and love! We were grateful they were in her care! We got many updates throughout their stay.
