Right from the start, their professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals shone through. They took note of her routines, preferences, and her diet which showed me that they provided care that felt personalized and attentive. They also kept me updated daily with pictures/videos of Nori's activities. Each update was sent with a short note, highlighting her mood, changes in appetite, and the ways she was interacting. Moreover, they won over her trust and it was clear that Nori formed a bond with them and their adorable kitten, Kevin! For any cat owner looking for peace of mind, I can't recommend Bennie and Jennie enough!”
