Families continually ask us back because their dogs feel at home with us. Home care opportunities are welcomed, and we keep your place super tidy as how you left it! We are currently just a one-dog owner as we lose our Rachel in January and are trying to keep our Sunny active/involved with another dog even if only for walks. We walk our dog 4x/day some shorter and some longer, but based on your dogs needs, we'll adjust accordingly. We live in a condo building so we have to take your dog out to relieve themselves. Depending on their needs, we'll go out at least 4x day or less if desired. We'll work with you to understand your dog's needs and we'll meet them. They will always be leashed and guided along your neighborhood or ours.

About: Hi, my name is Michelle. Over the years I’ve raised and trained many of my own pets and regularly dog sit for all of my family. I currently have one dog, a Rat Terrier named Memo. He is high energy but he's a happy boy and has the best temperament. For housesitting, please be advised that I will be bringing Memo to stay with me at your home. I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds, from playful puppies who need extra attention and playtime to older dogs who just need a slower pace and a little extra patience. I’m comfortable managing multiple dogs of all sizes. That includes 'pullers' and/or dog reactive from my experience walking dogs at shelters. Here are a few things I’m happy to help with: • Walks, playtime, and activities that keep your dog active and engaged • Puppy guidance and reinforcement of training routines if requested • Patient care for senior dogs or pets with special needs (including administering medications) • Flexible scheduling when possible • Pick up/Drop off within 5 miles of my house. (Main & Civic Center in Santa Ana) • Grooming (only the basics: bathing, drying, brushing.) Price depends on size and length of fur. Sorry, no nail trims. • Dependable care with the same love and attention I give my own dog. (Snuggling always included!) I'd love to schedule a meet-and-greet to meet you and your pet! I do project based work from home so I'm present and not tied down to a rigid schedule which means I have the time and flexibility to give your pet attention when needed. I have a Rat Terrier who gets a long with all dogs, he loves to play but is pretty respectful of dogs who are not into it. Dogs have free rein of my house. I spend a good amount of time with them outside in the yard, they are never let out without supervision.
About: I’m an absolute pet person. Family and friends always ask me to sit for their pets and they don’t think twice or worry about it. My days need to be filled with enjoyment and fun. About: I have done rover in a different state for a few years and loved it! It’s such a fun gig, and best of all I get to make a lot of new fur friends. About: I have extended experience with the care and training of dogs and pets, starting at the age of seven when I trained my first dog. I continued throughout the years, with breeds from labs, to German Shepards, golden retrievers and bull terriers and rescue dogs. I was able to watch my mother train her own dog to be a service animal, which extended my appreciation and knowledge of dog psychology. I specialize in large breeds (but equally love small breeds) and am familiar with the amount of energy and care that they require. I also offer dog running, in addition to dog walking. This is great for large, high energy dogs in good health. For many of the working and larger breeds, this is an excellent way to really give them the most out of their exercise. I am dependable, flexible, have reliable and safe transportation and excellent references available. I look forward to meeting you and your furbabies! I’m currently available anytime Sunday- Wednesday, Thursday through Saturday I am available anytime before 8:45 am or after 5:30pm. Daily, weekly or bi-weekly, I truly have a passion for animals and exercise. I offer dog walking/running in your area, or at a location or park nearby.
