Pet care experience

Dog Training Student! 🎓🦮

What sets me apart? I’m certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, so I’m not just here for the belly rubs (though I give those in abundance). I do this on my free time because I love animals and helping pet parents .Whether it’s a last minute booking or a scheduled outing. I volunteer as tribute to chase tails, scoop poop, and spread joy because your pets deserve to be safe, happy, and thriving, living their best life full of treats, chaos, and endless cuddles. Whether they’re senior snoozers or zoomie machines, I tailor care to your pet’s needs such as feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, meds, or just someone to listen to them rant about squirrels. Basically, I treat your pets like royalty with a dash of ridiculous affection.

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s happiness and safety are my top priority and I come fully prepared for anything that might come our way! Whether I’m dropping in for a quick potty break, going on a tail wagging walk, or staying for a full pet sitting adventure, your pet (and your home!) will be treated with love, respect, and care. I stick to your pet’s routine like a dog on a peanut butter treat: feeding schedules, walks, playtime, belly rubs, treat breaks, you name it! Keeping your pet happy and relaxed in their own familiar space is what I do best. Safety first, always! I bring my own pet first aid kit, leashes, disinfectant wipes, and more, so I’m ready for anything from muddy paws to minor booboos. Think of me as your pet’s own personal pet sitter superhero (cape not included… yet 🦸‍♀️🐾). Your home and belongings are always safe with me. I always recommend setting up a camera if you’d like to peek in while you’re away, as it’s a great way to see your pet’s happy zoomies in action! But even without one, you can rest easy knowing your fur baby (and your space) are in pawsitively trustworthy hands. You’ll get regular updates, adorable pics, and all the peace of mind that comes from knowing your pet is being cared for with heart, experience, and lots of tail wags. I currently provide pet care services throughout Nevada and California and have a flexible full time availability dedicated to caring for pets. I’m also actively pursuing education in dog training, which helps me continue expanding my knowledge and skills to better serve pets of all ages, breeds, and personalities. While I do my best to accommodate your pet’s routine and needs, occasional delays due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances can happen. If anything affects my schedule, I will always communicate with you as soon as possible. Accidents can occasionally happen with pets, even when routines are followed and potty breaks are provided on schedule. Because every pet is different, refunds will only be considered in situations involving clear negligence or failure to provide agreed upon services. I take great pride in the care I provide and strive to create a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Respectful communication is important, and I reserve the right to discontinue services if interactions become inappropriate or abusive. My rates reflect my experience, dedication, ongoing dog training education, and the quality of care I provide. My goal is to give your pet a safe, fun, and loving experience while giving you complete peace of mind.

Serena was amazing – super communicative and sent a ton of photos. My dog Millie had the best time with her and will certainly rebook for future house sitting needs.

Serena did a great job with our first two-night boarding! Koa is a Belgian Malinois and has Addison’s disease, so she can definitely be a handful and requires some extra attention. Serena handled everything very well and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a clean house, full water bowls, and happy dogs. We really appreciate the care she gave them and will definitely be using her again!

Dog Walking • Apr 09, 2026

Serena takes good care of my pup! My dog always seems happy when I return home. It’s hard to come across a good pet sitter but Serena has been honest, on time and respectful of my home. I would highly recommend having Serena as your go to pet sitter.

Schedule

🐾 My Current Availability 🐾 These days, my schedule revolves around pet sitting, dog walking, and continuing my education in dog training! Because pet care is my full time focus, I have a lot of flexibility for house sitting, drop ins, walks, puppy care, senior pets, and everything in between. Whether your dog needs an adventure buddy, your cat needs a professional treat dispenser, or your pet just wants someone to tell them they’re the cutest thing ever (I take this responsibility very seriously 😂), I’m your girl! For overnight house sitting, I stay overnight in your home and spend lots of quality time with your pets throughout the day. Since this is my full time job now, I may have a few scheduled drop in visits or dog walks for other clients during the day, along with normal errands like grabbing groceries or going to an appointment. Your pets will never be left any longer than we’ve talked about beforehand, and I’ll always make sure their routine comes first. If you’re looking for someone to stay with your pets full time or provide constant care with little to no time away from the home, I’m happy to do that too! Since that means blocking off my entire day and turning away other bookings, the rate will be adjusted accordingly. Just let me know what you’re looking for, and we can figure out what works best! I’m currently accepting new clients and would love to build more long term relationships with regular weekly clients. If you’re looking for a reliable pet sitter or dog walker to become part of your pet’s routine, I’d love to chat! Need care that doesn’t quite fit my listed availability? Send me a message anyway! I’m always happy to see if we can make something work. After all, we all know the pets are really the ones making the schedules around here. 🐾 ⸻ ⏳ My Personal Booking Request Policies If You Send a Booking Request When a booking request comes in, Rover automatically removes me from the list of available sitters for those dates, even if the booking isn’t paid yet. To avoid being stuck in booking limbo and unavailable for other families who need care, if I reply and don’t hear back within an hour, I’ll archive the request. No worries if this happens! You’ll still be able to message me and complete the booking. Archiving simply puts me back on Rover’s available sitter list. I just ask that you keep me updated so I know where things stand. ⸻ 🐾 After a Meet & Greet Once we’ve had our meet and greet and your pet has officially decided if I’m worthy 😄, the booking should be paid by the end of the day to secure your dates. That said, I totally understand life happens, and I’m always happy to work with people when there’s communication. If your booking is weeks or months away, I can usually hold your dates for up to 1 to 2 weeks. If your booking is within the next couple of weeks, I can usually hold your dates for 3 to 4 days before payment is needed. During that time I may archive the request so Rover puts me back on the available sitter list, but as long as we’re communicating, you’ll still have first priority for those dates. If someone else reaches out for the same dates, I’ll always message you first for an update. If I don’t hear back within about 20 to 30 minutes, I’ll move on to my first come, first served policy, meaning whoever officially books and pays first gets the spot. No hard feelings. It just keeps things fair for everyone! ⸻ 🚨 Same-Day Bookings Requests made 8 hours or less before the start time will need to be booked and paid once I confirm I’m available. Most of the time I can’t accommodate a same-day in-person meet and greet, but I’m always happy to do a quick video call if you’ll already be away when care starts and would like to meet me first. Communication goes a long way, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever my schedule allows. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! 🐶🐱💜

Before we get started, I’ll have you fill out a care form on google docs so I can be prepared for everything and anything! Most of my questions will be covered on the care form, but here’s what I’d love to know about your pet: Do they have any special needs such as, medications, food sensitivities, allergies, or particular quirks (maybe they hate squirrels or believe the vacuum is out to get them)? Anything that helps me give them the best care possible is super helpful! Also, let’s talk keys! If you’ve got an electronic keypad, awesome! But if there are any physical keys I’ll need (like for a gate or a sneaky bottom lock), please leave them for me. I’ve learned the hard way that locking yourself out with only a keypad code for the main door and no key for the outside gate feels a lot less cool when you’re standing outside with a confused dog and no way back in. So, extra keys and a backup contact = peace of mind for everyone! First time booking on Rover? Use this code at checkout for $20 off! Yes, even if you don’t book with me… but like, why wouldn’t you? Promo code: SERENZ73082 Returning Rover user but new to my pack? Ask me about the new client discount! I’ll give you $10 off your first booking with me! Got questions? Send me a message! I don’t bite! *side eye* If you’ve sniffed your way to the end of my profile… congrats and a big wag of the tail for reading it! I really appreciate it, as not everyone takes the time to fetch through it. If you’d like to book with me, I’d love to throw you a $25 bone off the total for taking the time to read my profile. When sending the booking request, just bark “Who let the dogs out?” or if your fur babies are cats, purr “Who let the cats out?” Just for a little fun, and who doesn’t love an extra $25 off? 🐾🥰
