About: Animals choose me. I've fostered fur babies from the local Dallas shelter as well as raised 2 babies from 3 to 9 months of age (recently placed in a new home). I provide the attention and love that I would want for my own family. I'm a Healthcare professional with a predictable schedule. In addition, one of my daughters is around to support your family member (s). As a former pet owner, I understand that animals do well with a routine so I follow the owner's desires. I have a fenced yard for supervised play (pets are never alone) a crate, pet bed, and human connection is available during any booked stay.

About: I was born into a family and house full of spaniels, and since then, I have lived my entire life surrounded by dogs. I'm a huge spaniel lover; I've had cockers, clumbers, and springers and I'm now a happy owner of a rescued springer spaniel that was brought with me from Colombia. I've also rescued all sorts of dogs (puppies, elder, sick, pregnant) and volunteered in spaying/neutering campaigns. This allows me to feel very comfortable with almost any dog and be able to handle them properly. By having hired trainers for my own dogs, I have learned bits and pieces about training dogs (e.g., having the owner always go out first, not pulling while walking, etc.), and I'm happy to put it to use if the owner feels ok with it. I work 100% from home so I have plenty of time to be with your dog. I usually walk my dog for about 30 - 45 minutes in the morning, a brief 10-minute walk at noon, and another 15-minute walk at night. I can take your dog out with us, or I can easily adapt to your schedule needs. I always always walk a dog on a leash, make sure the doors to dog parks are securely closed, my home has only one street entrance controlled and closed at all times. Also if taking care of puppies or high-energy dogs I'll make sure to take care of anything they can chew and get hurt, not to leave food on the counters, and put a leash before opening doors. I'm a security freak.

Since I was 14, I have always been my relatives go-to for taking care of their pups, big or small. I’m used to high maintenance pups and if they require special medication, to be let out, walked, and even fed special food. I also have a pup of my own, my one year old maltipoo is super high maintenance, so I understand taking care of your fur baby’s coats and skin care. I love my pup as if he’s my own kid and I would love to care for your pup as if they are my own. I’m currently working part time but my shifts are only 4-5 hours a day, with minimal hours so taking care of your pups will definitely be accommodated into my schedule.
