About: I am a married mother with a 14 year old daughter and a 17 year old son. I also have 2 cats and a sweet 8 year old pit mix. Animals and animal rescue are my passion and I have been watching friends' and neighbors' dogs in my home for years. I have a fenced in backyard and my cats and dog are good with dogs. There is a long flat grassy area and a big hilly area for them to run. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering oral medications. I provide calm, confident, loving care—treating your pet like they’re my own. I currently work part-time, during the day, often from home, which makes me an ideal sitter for those mid-day potty breaks. Creating a routine and schedule around an animals needs is second nature to me At my home, I have a fenced in yard with multiple shaded areas where my dogs can run, play and rest as needed. We make our own dog food and try to get our dogs out for leisurely walks around our neighborhood weekly. I tailor walks depending on a dogs mobility and love to play and toss around a ball with them, rewarding with snuggles and owner approved treats.

About: Growing up, I always had pets around my home. From a docile miniature Dachshund to an excitable (perhaps… crazy?) German Shepherd, I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and personalities! I love both over-excitable pups and older dogs who need extra support and care. In the past, I have spent time volunteering with Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue to transport rescue dogs from their foster homes to their forever homes, so I have experience handling very large dogs! I currently have two gray tabbies (a bonded pair of sisters) and grew up with other feline friends. I understand the kind of care they need when their favorite humans are away, whether they are skittish or brave adventurers! I'm currently a music teacher in Washington County, so I am tend to only take clients over holidays and throughout the summer months. I am also available on most weekends with at least 2 days notice. I live in a small home with my own cats, so I am not available for pet-sitting in my own home. However, I have experience pet-sitting and house-sitting and take extra care when in someone’s home. Robin took wonderful care of my two cats, Mabel and Louise, while I was out of town. Daniel kicked ass. Super communicative about everything and quick to respond. We got great photos of our three cats while we were away and he even brought packages in and cleaned up a hairball, he really went above and beyond and was super easy to get along with, we would absolutely enlist him in the future!
Kennedy was great! She checked in on our kitty while we were away for a weekend, and provided cute photos. Our cat, Leia, seemed to really like her and she doesn’t always warm up to strangers right away. It gave me peace of mine throughout our trip knowing that Leia was being taken care of well.
