I have been a cat and small pet sitter for 5 years, but have been caring for cats for 15+ years. I have experience volunteering at a cat shelter taking care of the cats there, and I am a cat mom myself, so I'm well accustomed to following schedules for kitties, getting them some good solid play time, and making sure they feel happy and entertained! I do have some experience administering oral, ear, and topical medication. I request that your pets have not have a recent flea infestation before booking with me, because I have my own pets and do not want to bring that home. If it comes up between booking and the date of visits, please just be honest with me so I can treat my own cat accordingly. I have some experience with a variety of small pets as well so if you have small pets in addition to cats I'm happy to care for them for an additional fee. I also can water and care for your plants during your time away for a small additional fee.

A typical cat visit consists of feeding them per your guidelines, cleaning litter box(es), refreshing water, brushing if asked, and the remainder of my time is spent with the cat - petting, playing, just hanging out, whatever attention the cat seems to want.

Johanna was amazing. My cat was having panic attacks running around the house screaming, and I needed someone to come in last minute and play with her. She responded within 24 hours and was within my house the next day. She is excllent with cats and is responsive. Would highly recommend

We had to leave our sweet kitty for 10 days. The only way I could was if JoHanna could do checks on him. She took such loving good care of him, as usual. She always goes the extra mile and gives him any attention he needs. She is very responsible and respectful. She pays attention to things that might indicate a problem, and communicates so well with me. She’s a gem.

Schedule
I work from home, so I can check in on your cat(s) during the day. I typically cannot do multiple check-ins in one day, but feel free to ask and depending on where you live, it may be doable for an additional rate. I'm not able to stay overnight with your pets, but I'm very flexible otherwise and just want your pets to be happy and you to feel comfortable leaving them, so please let me know if there's something special I can do to accommodate them!
