About: Growing up, I always had pets around my home. From a docile miniature Dachshund to an excitable (perhaps… crazy?) German Shepherd, I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and personalities! I love both over-excitable pups and older dogs who need extra support and care. In the past, I have spent time volunteering with Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue to transport rescue dogs from their foster homes to their forever homes, so I have experience handling very large dogs! I currently have two gray tabbies (a bonded pair of sisters) and grew up with other feline friends. I understand the kind of care they need when their favorite humans are away, whether they are skittish or brave adventurers! I'm currently a music teacher in Washington County, so I am tend to only take clients over holidays and throughout the summer months. I am also available on most weekends with at least 2 days notice. I live in a small home with my own cats, so I am not available for pet-sitting in my own home. However, I have experience pet-sitting and house-sitting and take extra care when in someone’s home. Security and safety of your pet and home is my first priority. About: I grew up with dogs and have loved animals my entire life. I have been a pet sitter for many friends and neighbors over the years and had my own canine companion for 10 years. I’ve been a dedicated dog mom to my Mini Australian Shepherd for the past 5 years, and before him I grew up with dogs my entire childhood. About: I got my first dog at 10 years old and have loved them ever since. I love to help get them outside and keep them company. I work remotely and have flexibility to pop in for visits and walks during the days and evening. We also recently lost 1 of our 2 dogs and would love to find more dog friends in the area. Back home in Ohio I have a sweet Mini Schnauzer who is 11 years old. He is blind and diabetic, so I have lots of experience taking care of older pups with medical needs. I also have a 7 year old Australian Shepard who has LOTS of energy and is always bouncing off the walls. She loves to play and herd her brother. Two new additions to the fam are 2 year old bernadoodles-lots of dog in the house! I miss my sweet pups, which is why I love to use Wag and Rover :) I absolutely adore any dog I come across and would love to get to know you and your doggo! I have a bit of an odd schedule where over the winter I work M-F completely remote and in the spring-fall I work Th-M half remote and half in person at North Park with Tuesday and Wednesday as my “weekends.” There is some variability to this schedule, but for the most part it is as described. I live with my boyfriend in a three level townhouse that has a large yard and is on a safe, quiet street. When fury friends visit us they are allowed on the furniture and we make sure to take them out on walks at least 4 times a day. Typically this looks like right when we wake up, during lunch, after dinner, and right before bed. When I stay at a pup’s house, I make sure to leave it cleaner than I found it!
