About: I have experience working with a wide range of different breed and sizes of dogs. I worked at a doggie daycare and it was an absolute joy. I have taken care of dogs since I was young. Been surrounded by pets my whole life! From dogs, cats, snakes, fish, hamsters, rabbits ect. People trusted me from a young age with their pets because they naturally floated towards me. From small dogs to big ones. I have taken care of family dogs and friends of family pets. I always volunteered to do anything that involved animals. Not only do I currently handle dogs as my job but I also do baths! I took care of horses and other farm animals down in SC when I would visit family. My family are know to have ranches so animals have been a keen part of my life I'm taking a break from my part-time at a doggy daycare so I got plenty of hours for you dogs needs! I'm available all week for majority of day. I'm able to follow regular routines if informed by my clients in order to minimize confusion and be more comforting for the pets. When it comes to my client's medications for their dogs, I am punctual with how it's administered to their dog. If given permission, I'd bring treats and have them do fun little tricks to build trust between the pets so I'm not just a stranger

About: For the last five years, I have worked at zoos, shelters, and sanctuaries with a variety of animals! In the past I have owned reptiles, and I currently own one dog and three cats. Additionally, I usually have at least one foster animal in my care at all times. I understand that each animal is an individual and will adjust my behavior accordingly. I am happy to be active if your dog is a runner, or a couch potato if they're more of a snuggler! I have experience providing medication and special diets. I am currently working with my dog to decrease his reactivity and my cats on harness training! I am more than happy to do any enrichment or training you request with your furry friend! I am currently between jobs and have few set commitments. This allows me to be extremely flexible in my schedule for all your pet care needs! I ensure that in addition to basic necessities, my animals are given physical and mental enrichment each day, whether it's a training session with my dog or a puzzle feeder for the cats. I will be glad to drop in, walk, or do daycare in your home though! 😃 - I have a secured, fenced in yard. I am not willing to take any dog to the dog park. Both the front and back doors have additional doors down the stairs, so the chance of an escape is very close to zero! - I crate all dogs when I’m leaving the home, including Honey B even though she typically is not crated. in special situations, I’m okay leaving your dog to roam a designated area, but that is rare and will be discussed prior to the booking. - I do not have any guests while your dog is in my care. Drop Ins/Walks/House Sitting: - I ask that no other humans are in your home when I come over for drop ins, walks, or housesitting unless previously discussed. - Please book a drop in if care outside of walking is needed. - Please assure all animals that need care are listed individually on your profile. I love surprises, but not when it comes to this! - When coming into your home, I will always leave it just as I found it. I will only enter authorized areas as necessary to care for your pet(s). Please assure that all supplies are provided. 🐾 - We will discuss specific schedules for each housit. Some people prefer longer day time care with no overnight, or moderate daytime care + nights. We will workout the perfect schedule for you, your pup, and me 😊. I am NOT available for constant care (24 hours) as I will need to check in with my own dog & maintain my personal life with errands + self care.

“Prior to using Rover, I was very apprehensive to have a stranger care for my dogs. Mostly because my dogs are very anxious, and apprehensive with new people. They are a handful. Jamie does so well with the both of them, they don't bark when she comes to get them, which is significant. She walks them for me regularly, and has house sat for me as well. She is very flexible with her schedule and does what she can to work with you, and help you out. I also have a fenced in yard for addition play and outside time. Because my schedule is so flexible, your pet will receive all my time and attention!! I have a fenced in back yard. I also have a 5 year old goldendoodle in the house who will quickly become your pets BEST friend. She is sweet, trained, well behaved, and so loving with other animals. Your pet will be in the house with me, allowed to roam, go on furniture, and enter the yard via a dog door at their leisure. If your dog is crate trained, please bring a crate with you for the visit. I am experienced with crate training so can easily manage it.

About: Hello, my name is Elena! I’m a student at UWM currently living in the Downer Woods neighborhood. I always had dogs and cats growing up and have given love and care not only to my pets, but my friend’s pets, including several pet sitting occasions. Being a young adult, I can easily provide as long of a walk as your dog requires and desires, and can also provides lots of snuggles and pets. I currently work as a barista, but am looking to supplement that doing something I love; spending my time with dogs and cats! About: I had dogs growing up and own two myself now. I just love our furry friends! Familiar with lap dogs, work dogs and hunting dogs. I have a great deal of experience with oral, eye and ear medications for dogs as well as being a nurse at a local hospital by trade. I have a flexible schedule that changes week to week, so I can arrange dog services to fit my work schedule before the week begins. I have a tendency to talk to my dogs, and others dogs, like a crazy person... but I promise I am not crazy. I find the level of attention they feel coming from you is amplified when you speak to them, even if they don't understand what you are saying, lol! I have an athletic dogs as well as a lap dog myself and I am therefore used to medium and high energy levels from them. My condo unit is filled with sun and nice and warm in the colder months. Dogs are allowed to roam when I am home and also my furniture is pet-friendly. I play catch and tug of war with one of my dogs and take them on walks daily. I am happy to do all the same things with someone's pet, or more if the particular dog requires.

About: I grew up on my family's therapeutic horsemanship farm, helping care for and raise all sorts of critters. I've got experience with cats and dogs, as well as many other types of critters. Animal care has been a part of my daily routine since I was a very young kid. I've cared for all ages of animals- from the joys of brand new life, all the way to helping senior animals in their final chapters. Growing up on the farm we took care of a majority of the vet care ourselves, meaning I have knowledge on a deeper level than the average pet owner. I am most available in the evenings and weekends, but it really depends on the day or week. About: Hello! My name is Madelyne Rose. I grew up having an English Pointer pup which meant frequent walks, play time, clean up, feeding, and grooming. I had a large yard growing up and was able to play catch with Riley for hours. I now have my own little guy who just turned one! His name is Kenzo. He’s a high energy mixed breed rescue who’s 15 pounds. He’s very engaging, super social, and a complete ball of energy! He loves every dog he encounters, and just about every person. I take him on two walks per day, while providing him fun brain games and get together with other pups! I own my own store and have very flexible hours. I am able to provide pop ins, stay over night, keep dogs overnight, or simply walk your pup at the convenience of your schedule. With enough days notice, I can plan my work schedule around your dogs needs. I will never take a dog off leash or allow for roaming or non-enclosed spaces. I do not let my dog roam or go off leash myself, and will not risk that for anyone else’s precious pup either! I prioritize one on one play that’s safe and controlled in a fenced back yard or in someone’s spacious home (yours or mine). I prefer walking my dog vs taking them to the dog park due to safety concerns and variable with other dogs I do not know.
