“Thank you so much to Kim! Kim was a fantastic dog sitter for our dog Mushi today. She's very friendly and made us feel very comfortable about leaving our lab mix rescue with her while we enjoyed the Milwaukee Zoo. She walked Mushi and also gave us updates as well as pictures. I highly recommend her to watch your dog.”

“George was so happy when I picked him up! He fell asleep as soon as he got home and now is dreaming about his super long walk with Megan. I can tell that George had a wonderful day and Megan went the extra mile to make him eat his food even though he’s been fuzzy because of medication. I will definitely bring George back next time he needs a sitter.”

“Mickey loved his afternoon with Jessica! She took him for walks and made him feel at home. He was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Jessica is such a kind soul, we feel extemely fortunate to have found her!”

“Monica is awesome! And so is her dog, Capone! My puppy, Milo, has been through so much in his short life and Monica always makes him feel at home! He loves coming to daycare with her a few times a week. I swear Monica’s dog is Milo’s long lost brother because from her updates she sends, they’re always together! I’m so appreciative that I have Monica and her services because she’s very flexible and so kind. I can tell Milo is treated well when he goes to daycare. ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“Dane is fantastic; couldn’t recommend him more. Our pup loves getting to hang out with him and his goldens. We’re pretty sure our dog would prefer to live with Dane and his dogs if he could! We know that our dog has a great time because whenever we turn down the street that Dane lives on, our dog loses it with excitement regardless if we’re dropping him off or on our way somewhere else. Great backyard, the sweetest goldens and super nice humans. Definitely a winning trio.”

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I've spent years caring for dogs for friends, family and neighbors. I know that every dog is unique, and I take the time to learn their individual routines, preferences, and personalities so they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. I offer dependable, compassionate care tailored to your dog’s needs, whether that’s walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, boarding, or simply extra companionship and attention. I believe communication is important, so I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos throughout your dog’s stay or my visit. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to provide a safe, loving, and fun environment where they can feel happy and secure. My goal is to give both you and your dog a positive experience and complete peace of mind! Pet care fits into my routine outside of my full-time job. I work Monday through Friday, 9–5, so I’m available for morning and evening drop-in visits during the week, which works well for cat care, feeding, litter box cleaning, and check-ins. For dog walks, boarding, and extended care, I’m fully available on weekends, giving me plenty of time to provide attentive exercise, playtime, and supervision. I’m organized and reliable with scheduling, and I make sure each pet receives consistent, unhurried care during the times I’m available. My goal is to provide dependable service while fitting seamlessly into both my routine and the pet’s needs. In my home and in my clients’ homes, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and clean environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walk times, playtime, and any special instructions. I make sure doors, leashes, and any secure areas are properly managed at all times to prevent escapes or accidents. I also keep a close eye on behavior, appetite, and overall wellbeing so I can quickly notice if anything seems off. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect the space and treat it with care, keeping things tidy and following all instructions closely. For boarding or daycare in my home, I provide a cozy, pet-friendly space with supervision, attention and regular breaks for exercise, play, and rest. I provide regular updates with messages and photos so pet parents can feel confident and at ease while they’re away.
About: I had a 12 year old puggle who was my best friend! He was walked every day of his life. Now that he has passed, I am looking to spend time with other furry companions! I am recently retired, so I have lots of time and a very flexible schedule! I love all dogs and am very gentle with all pets. I love downtown and know all kinds of routes for your pets. I am an active person so long or short walks are easy for me to do!

About: I have lifelong experience with animals, having pets all my life and working various animal care jobs. I worked at a doggy daycare for two years in high school, where I gained hands-on experience managing dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. That role helped me become confident in reading dog behavior, maintaining safe play environments, and providing attentive care throughout the day. Growing up, my family fostered puppies frequently, so I’m comfortable with young dogs and understand the patience, structure, and consistency they need. I’ve also had dogs and cats my entire life and have pet-sat for neighbors and family friends for years, caring for both energetic pets and older animals who need a gentler, more attentive approach. I recently graduated from UW–Madison and moved away from home, and I truly miss being around animals. Pet sitting isn’t just a job for me—it's something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to. I’m very caring, responsible, and dedicated, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priority. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I currently work part-time and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan my days around the pets I’m caring for. I often work from home, so I’m able to provide consistent supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I’m typically not away from home for more than four to six hours at a time, and I’m intentional about making sure pets get regular care, playtime, and affection. Because of my flexible schedule, I can adapt to your pet’s specific needs—whether that’s extra exercise, medication timing, or just lots of cuddles and company.
About: Hi there! We are lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience and two sweet pit bulls of my own. Our home is shared with my playful and loving 3-year-old boy and my silly, affectionate 1-year-old girl, who both love making new friends. We've spent many years in responsible dog breeding, which has given me a deep understanding of canine behavior, health, socialization, and individual needs. Whether your pup is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, We are confident and comfortable caring for all personalities, ages, and breeds. With me, your pets will be treated like part of the family — plenty of love, attention, structure, and fun. I’m committed to creating a safe, positive environment where every dog feels at home. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member! --- If you want, I can also tailor it to a specific service (boarding, drop-ins, walks, etc.) or adjust the tone to be more professional, playful, or concise. I offer flexible scheduling for pet boarding thanks to my role with a property management company, which allows me to be home often and adjust my availability as needed. This flexibility helps me give your pet plenty of attention, supervision, and consistent care throughout their stay. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly require all pets to have their own crate during their stay. Crates provide a secure, familiar space for your dog to rest and relax, especially during downtime or when we briefly step out. Their safety and well-being are always our top priority. Also provide your pet with their favorite food/treats for their stay. We are also able to provide that for an additional fee.
About: Hi! My name is Sam, and I have a huge love for animals — especially dogs. I live on the first floor of a duplex in Riverwest and work from home full-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and lots of time to give pets the attention they deserve. I have two cats and a dog of my own, so I’m very used to different personalities, needs, and energy levels. I’m currently available for dog walking, dog day care, and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. Pets in my care get plenty of cuddles, playtime, exercise, love, and attention. I treat every animal like they’re one of my own. To make sure every pet gets calm, focused care, I take a limited number of bookings each day. I typically take up to two walks or drop-in visits per day, depending on timing and location. If I’m providing dog day care in my home, I usually don’t schedule additional walks or drop-ins that day so everyone gets the attention they deserve. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I work from home full time during the week. My schedule is overall very flexible and I provide frequent outdoor time and exercise. My yard is fenced in and secure. Pets I watch are treated like royalty and get lots of attention, exercise, and loving! I allow dogs on my furniture and provide a lot of positive reinforcement.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a teen. I have always had a deep love for animals, and have experience caring for friends, family, and neighbors pets! I am a therapist who works part-time remotely. I have a flexible schedule and I am home most of the day. I am eager to go on long and adventurous walks. I am a tentative dog watcher who enjoys animal company. I also enjoy long walks to the beach and local parks in the neighborhood. If you have a yard and need care at your home, I’m happy to keep an eye on everything from the comfort of your pets familiar surroundings.
About: What sets me apart is both my personal and professional experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and currently work at Dogtopia, where I care for and supervise dogs daily. This has helped me become patient, attentive, and comfortable working with different temperaments and energy levels. I also have experience with both senior dogs and puppies. My senior dog, Otis, had arthritis, so I learned how important patience, comfort, and attentive care are for older pets. I also helped raise and train our pug puppy with basic training, routines, and socialization. Because of these experiences, I understand that every pet has different needs depending on their age and personality, and I always try to make pets feel safe, active, and cared for like they’re my own.⭐️😊 Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I work at Dogtopia, where I help maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for dogs of all sizes and personalities. 🐾 My job has taught me the importance of paying close attention to dogs’ behavior, safety, and overall well-being throughout the day. When I’m home, I also spend a lot of time caring for my own dog. I enjoy taking him on long walks by the lake, staying active with him through runs and playtime, and making sure he gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care every day.🦮🏃♀️❤️ When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always prioritize safety, comfort, and keeping pets on their normal routine as much as possible. I make sure the environment is clean and secure by checking doors, gates, food, and anything that could be unsafe or easily gotten into by curious pets.🤗 I also pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, energy level, and individual needs to help them feel comfortable and stress-free while their owner is away. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, medication reminders, or simply giving them attention and companionship, I always try to make pets feel safe, cared for, and at home.
About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I grew up with 6 other siblings and we always had animals around. I lost our beloved family dog about two years ago and I do not want to commit to raising another one since I like to travel. But on my down time, I am willing to walk your dog, spend time with them, and love them up as much as possible. I just recently got an apartment in Milwaukee to be closer to my family so I am looking for something to do and to help out an owner who may need it. I recently retired so I have a lot of flexibility, and a lot more time to spend at home and to care for your dog. It’s just me and my wife that live in the home and she would be available to help if needed. We live in the country on a one acre lot so your dog would have a big area to roam! I can have a pet stay at my house during the day but unfortunately it’s not allowed in my apartment for overnights. If it’s easier to come to your home, I am willing to do that!
About: I’m a kind and goofy gal that loves dogs with my whole being. I own a beagle named Luna that I love spending time with. Her mom needs to hustle to get more funds for our journeys and all the Trader Joe’s treats. I am constantly the friend that takes care of my friend’s dog and enjoy every moment. I hope you give me the opportunity to spend time with your pet! I’d be happy to expand on my experience and passion. My entire schedule revolves around my dog. I’m thinking about how to move things around for her and always checking if I can bring her with. I enjoy our three walks a day on our remote work from home days. I’m open to taking care of pets at my home or their own as long as you’re okay with mine being with us. I’d be happy to introduce them beforehand. I’m a horrible liar and believe in karma, so I treat everyone and their homes like I would want others to treat mine. Hopefully this isn’t too cheesy lol
About: I have worked at a dog kennel (Hickory Hills), for two years! I take dogs out to play, feed them, walk them, and other basic needs!! I don’t currently have any dogs in my home, as I am living on college campus :) I am currently working part time, but have plenty of time to fit more into my schedule! I could work most days of the week! I always act as if a dog is my own, making sure it has the best care!! I wouldn’t want my dog in bad care, so I wouldn’t put anyone else’s in that position.
“Liz was wonderful! Maisie felt right at home with her, and we appreciated Liz's flexibility with our schedule as we got into town. We enjoyed our day while Maisie got to hang out and play with Liz!”

Upper East Side dog parents share their Rover experiences
Benjamin was fantastic for our Charlie girl! Generous and kind, he took time out of a busy Sunday so we could attend a Brewers game while visiting Milwaukee. Charlie instantly loved him which immediately put us at ease. A high-energy “Velcro” dog demanding even more cuddles than exercise, Charlie can be a handful but Benjamin was a perfect fit. Great communication too. We highly recommend him!!

Samantha was amazing my new dog Sharkboy! She took a pretty last minute booking with a meet and greet and all went well and she took him in for basically an entire Saturday. She sent pictures of them having fun and really took great care of him as he's coming out of his shell more and more. Her dog V and her cats are also super friendly and welcoming! Would highly recommend!

Kim is amazing! We always have her watch our dachshund Wendi whenever we go out of town or have an event to go to. She is so responsive and such a kind person! When she’s watching our dog, we know our dog is in great hands. Our dog always comes home happy and sleepy after hanging out with Kim and her dog! Thank you!!

Naomi is great. I took a chance given she is new on Rover as she just moved to Milw. she was accommodating to set up a meet and greet a couple days before I needed day care for my pup. what is attentive and listened about my dog. Communicated and sent pictures throughout his day with her. My pup was well cared for and really liked her! sometimes it’s hard when there’s not a lot of reviews, but I am glad I took a chance and I highly recommend Naomi! THANK YOU NAOMI!
