By the end of the week, Gizmo was playing with other dogs and taking long walks twice a day, which he never does! About: I’ve had a dog since before I can even remember. My first dog was a lab. He was the best dog ever. I took him on walks and did all the chores for him when I was younger. I now have three dogs. One is a pitbull, one is a Shih Tzu, and one is a Yorkie. I love playing with them outside taking them on walks, especially love when my pitbull comes on camping trips with my family overall I am super good with dogs and I also extremely love cats too. About: Hi! I’m Eva, and I’m a student at UWM studying biology on the pre-veterinary track. I volunteer at the humane society weekly and am just the biggest animal lover- cats AND dogs :) I currently work part time and my hours fluctuate a lot - sometimes I open from 5am until the afternoon and sometimes I close until 6pm- so flexibility is key! I try to keep my dog active and take her on a 1-2 mile walk every day. We go to parks, hiking trails, or just areas around my neighborhood so she gets different scenery and smells. She has a set “dinner” and “breakfast” time every day and I am always sure to keep her full and happy.

About: I have worked at a dog kennel (Hickory Hills), for two years! I take dogs out to play, feed them, walk them, and other basic needs!! I don’t currently have any dogs in my home, as I am living on college campus :) I am currently working part time, but have plenty of time to fit more into my schedule! I could work most days of the week! I always act as if a dog is my own, making sure it has the best care!! I wouldn’t want my dog in bad care, so I wouldn’t put anyone else’s in that position.

“Yolanda and her family did a wonderful job with Gizmo. It was our first time leaving him for a week and with someone through Rover. Yolanda's patience, kindness, and experience brought me relief knowing that my dog was in great hands. She did everything possible to calm my anxiety-ridden fur baby and made him comfortable; kept me updated and was responsive; sent me photos; and was very easy/flexible to work with. By the end of the week, Gizmo was playing with other dogs and taking long walks twice a day, which he never does! He's been home for almost 24 hours and I can tell he misses Yolanda, but mostly, he's been sleeping like a baby. LOL. I couldn't thank Yolanda and her family enough. I finally found someone who was willing to take in my dog and refused to give up on him even when times were hard. I highly recommend her services! About: I’m a dog/cat mom who is a little obsessed with animals and can’t wait to meet yours! Open for boarding in my home, walks, check ins, feeding, etc. I currently have a standard poodle and a mini poodle who are the center of my life (let’s face it, the run my life!). They love guests and would be thrilled to meet your dog and cat while you’re away. I have 20+ years of experience with dogs and cats, able to give medications, provide senior care, and daily walks, play time. I’d love to help give your pet their very best life! I work a very flexible schedule and can usually accommodate your needs. I’m available weekends and most holidays as well. I’ll do my best to work together to find the best schedule for your pet. My dogs have a lovely home and they kindly let me live there too. 😆. The dogs are allowed free run of the house at all times, though I do have crates for when they want some unbothered time, at their choice. I live in a great neighborhood filled with dogs so we meet a lot of friends on our walks, too.
