“My fiancé and I are so happy we found Bennie and Jennie to watch our 2 cats. We were impressed by their professionalism and their excellent communication. They gave us priceless peace of mind while we were on an overseas trip. When we returned, our home was spotless and our kitties happy. We would love for them to sit again anytime.”

“If I could give Irene more than 5 stars, I would! She is hands down the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. From the moment she met our pup, we knew she was something special. She’s kind, attentive, responsible, and truly treats our dog like her own. We got regular updates, adorable photos, and could tell our Gigi was happy, relaxed, and so well cared for. It’s not easy to leave your pet with someone, but with her, we had complete peace of mind.”

“Robert was awesome with knoxie, her tail is wagging whenever he sits, and i always come home to a large smile on her face. she gets car rides, park visits, and he even allow her to sleep with him under the covers. Not everyone is that caring, especially with a 100lbs pitbull. I highly recommend robert as a trusting and loving sitter.”

“We’ve used Katie a few times now to watch our pup and we can’t say enough good things. She’s attentive, kind, a great communicator, and responsible. We are so happy we found Katie and can go on trips knowing our sweet girl is in good hands. Katie helps administer meds to our pup and is very intuitive with knowing what our dog needs. Thank you Katie for taking the best care of our girl!”

About: I had a dog since I was 9 who sadly passed away after 13 years. Love dogs but can’t get my own until I move out. I watch dogs for family friends on the side. I love all dogs especially high energy dogs who needs long walks. I’m currently in a masters program Monday-Friday 8-5. I nanny kids with special needs through the week on a loose schedule. I’m able to leave school during lunch. I’m great at long runs/walks cuddles my sister has been working on rover for 2 years and we have a dog at our house every day of the year!

“Alice was amazing with Bodie! She took him on tons of walks, cuddled with him and made sure to take lots of pictures so we knew he was happy and doing all the things he loves. She also left the house perfectly clean and washed all her bed sheets and towels and folded them on the bed. I will definitely be rebooking Alice for our next family trip.”

About: I have experience with many types of dogs, and cats. I have owned dogs that are reactive, anxiety riddled, and high energy! Looking for someone to care for your pet can be incredibly stressful, and I am here to help. After my full time job working with students I would enjoy time with animals! Caring for others is my specialty and source of happiness during the week! I care for pets as if they are my own. I understand how stressful finding a pet sitter can be and want to make you and your pet feel comfortable and confident with my care. Please let me know your pet's personality and I will care for them accordingly.

“Michelle was able to help us watch our 2 cats on short notice. She followed our directions and updated us with photos and messages. She seemed comfortable with caring for our temperamental grumpy cat and our other cat loved her.”

“Julia did a wonderful job watching our little Finn. He is only 4 months old and requires quite a bit of attention and she was great with keeping us updating on how he was doing while we were away. She communicated with us and was willing to come to a meet and greet prior to her stay with our puppy to learn a bit about his routine and tendencies, etc. We will certainly be contacting Julia in the future to watch Finn!”

About: I have extensive experience caring for pets of all ages, including those with health conditions. Growing up in a family that loves animals, I’ve cared for both dogs and cats, as well as fostered animals in need. I’ve assisted with the care of my family’s cats, who are currently 20 and 21 years old, ensuring their comfort and quality of life in their senior years. From 2013 to 2018, I was responsible for the care of our American Bully dog (aged 7-13). Between 2020 and 2022, I took care of my roommate’s and my shared cat (aged 7-9. In 2023-2024, I fostered a special-needs cat with asthma and FIV (age 12), managing her medical care and providing a safe home. I also currently assist with the care of my boyfriend’s Havanese dog, Suki (age 7). Through these experiences, I’ve developed a strong understanding of animal care, especially for senior pets and those with medical needs. I’m dedicated, compassionate, and committed to ensuring all pets feel safe, loved, and well-cared-for. I work a hybrid schedule, which allows me to offer consistent, around-the-clock care for your pets. I work from home on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, so I'm available to care for your pets throughout the day. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I work in the office but am available to provide care after 5 PM. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, my priority is always their comfort, safety, and well-being. I’m always open to discussing any boundaries or rules, whether it’s about pet routines, house rules, or anything else to make sure both your pets and home are treated with the utmost care. Additionally, I follow the principle of leaving a place better than I found it; whether that means tidying up, making sure everything is in order, or taking extra care to ensure pets are as happy and settled as possible. I believe in keeping clear, open communication with you, so you always feel confident about the care your pets are receiving. Whether it’s sending regular updates, discussing your pets’ needs, or being available for any questions or concerns, I make sure to keep my line of communication open.

“Bryce was so great with my two dogs when he dog sat for me for a few days. He followed all the instructions, gave consistent updates, and was overall truly excellent. I very highly recommend him!”

About: I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs! Outside of my own pets, I have had experience in both dog/cat sitting and house sitting for friends and family. From my past experiences, I have built close and trusting relationships with both animals and owners. I’m responsible, have great communication skills, and tend to be flexible with scheduling. I just graduated from college and I’m free these upcoming months (June-Aug.) for pet sitting and house sitting! My schedule is very flexible, so I’m open to daily and weekly check ups. University Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Jennie and Bennie recently did an amazing job house sitting for my trio, and will always be my go-to for anything cat related. Long story short: I recently had a few major life changes, and suddenly found myself (with my cats) in a completely different space, including the exit of someone who had been in their lives for a really long time I wanted to make sure that my cats were doing okay, so one of the first things I did was to arrange for Jennie to do weekly playdates with my cats - I knew they needed the consistency of a familiar face to move through this movement, and Jennie gamely accepted. My cats are weird and quirky like most cats, and don’t handle stress well. It was obvious immediately that having Jennie visit regularly was helping them make this transition. Fast forward to the recent house sit - I was leaving town for the first time since the life change, and it would be the first time the cats would have Jennie stay over. Out of EVERYTHING I needed for the trip, Jennie was the one thing I didn’t worry about. She did everything to perfection; she sent me amazing updates, and made sure I felt like my cats were cared for from 3000 miles away. I think the fact that when I got home, the cats acted like nothing was wrong, is truly a testament to Jennie’s skill. It’s like I hadn’t even been gone, and as cat owners know, that’s a sign all things are good in cat world.

If I could give Irene more than 5 stars, I would! It’s not easy to leave your pet with someone, but with her, we had complete peace of mind.

Angelica was absolutely amazing! She took care of my two dogs and two cats over the weekend and went above and beyond. She sent regular photo updates, which gave me peace of mind, and even handled an unexpected situation by following all emergency protocols perfectly. I felt completely confident leaving my pets in her care. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and caring sitter!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Ivana! From the start, she was warm, professional, and clearly had a special way with animals. My pups took to her instantly! Ivana kept me updated with the sweetest photos and little notes, and I could tell my pups were not just cared for, but genuinely loved. It’s such a relief to have someone I can fully trust while I’m away. Ivana went above and beyond in every way, and I honestly feel so lucky to have found her. If you’re looking for someone reliable, kind, and absolutely dog-obsessed (in the best way), Ivana is it. 10/10!

Kassie watched my pup King for three nights while I was away on a work trip, and I couldn't be more grateful for her care. She was communicative throughout, sending regular updates and sweet photos that put me at ease. King was dealing with some stomach issues at the time, which required a bit of extra TLC, and Kassie handled it all with diligence and care. She was receptive to all the notes and guidance I provided and was prompt in asking thoughtful questions whenever she wasn’t sure about something. King seemed to really like her energy and trust her, which says a lot. I’d be happy to book Kassie again for both short- and long-term care!

This was our first time using Rover.com and we were reluctant to reach out to a stranger to stay in our home with our dog. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We are so happy to have found Michelle. She is wonderful with our dog and he loves her, and we were very comfortable having her stay in our home. I highly recommend Michelle for pet and house sitting.

It was such a pleasure to have a joyful pet sitter! From the first house visit I could tell how much she cares for dogs. She listened carefully to instructions and followed through on my requests! Even when I booked the dates incorrectly she updated the gig and we were set. Daily photo updates put me at ease knowing she was caring for Penny and keeping her safe at home.

Van is an amazing cat sitter and I would definetly book her again in the future! She was super attentive to our cats needs and we were able to enjoy our long international trip without worrying about our kitties at home. She gave us very detailed updates and photos which we also appreciated!!

It’s always hard to find good dog Sitter especially if it’s your first time using a new one. Hazel was amazing! I could tell she cared about my doggies and kept me in the loop with updates and cute photos while I was gone. I could tell during the meet and greet as she is trustworthy. I would definitely use her again!
Michelle was fantastic!!! She stayed with our two cats for a week. We rescued one of our cats off of the freeway and she has had a ton of health issues and is very timid around new people/in general. Michelle was so patient and sweet with her and our cat warmed up to her very quickly. She also got her oral medication on, which is no easy task! She sent tons of photos/updates and eased my mind the whole time. I felt comfortable and happy knowing our cats were in great hands!
