About: I grew up with a dog and learned how to care for and raise him from a young age. He lived a long life and passed away in my arms at 17, which taught me how deeply pets become part of the family. Later, when I became a parent myself, we brought two dogs into our home right away. One of them had a congenital condition, and for 10 years we cared for him very attentively, making sure he lived a happy and comfortable life. About: I’ve always loved dogs - so much that I started my own dog walking business when I was 8. I’ve handled every size dog and all sorts of personalities. I love to connect with dogs and cats and meet more than their needs because they are more than just pets. I’m currently a shift lead at Starbucks and primarily work early morning. I have plenty of time during the day to care for your pup into the evening - or overnight. I am always respectful in other people’s homes and love checklists/notes. In my home there is a spacious living room and patio that they can chill in, as well as being welcomed anywhere. Pets are welcome on furniture as I like to clean often anyway. I live close to a trail and dog park for frequent potty breaks and stimulation. There is enough room in the home for a large crate if your dog needs one. Guest dogs are welcome on our furniture and beds, and I do my best to make them feel like part of the family. Dogs are always supervised while using the patio. For boarding, I require a meet-and-greet with my Corgi so we can make sure the dogs are comfortable together. I've worked with dogs of all sizes, and of many different backgrounds. With that being said, I have some experience with aggressive and reactive dogs as well. Winning an anxious dog over is my specialty. I'm very good with puppies and kittens, and to be honest, I tend to baby any animal regardless of how old they are. I have worked with sick dogs who frequently needed to be groomed and cleaned up due to medical issues. I've worked with many blind and deaf dogs as well. I have worked with cats very closely at multiple animal shelters. I also have experience with special needs cats with cerebellar hypoplasia which is much like the cat equivalent of cerebral palsy. About: I’ve cared for my Pembroke Welsh Corgi since he was 10 weeks old, and he is now almost five. I enrolled him in puppy classes, established a consistent daily routine, and have always stayed on top of his veterinary care, vaccinations, checkups, grooming, exercise, and enrichment. Raising him from puppyhood taught me how much patience, consistency, attention, and affection dogs need. I can also administer oral medication and am comfortable caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I maintain a highly flexible schedule, so i’m readily available for midday walks and drop-in visits, boarding, and house sitting. I can easily accommodate last-minute, same-day appointments. I plan my day around each dog’s usual feeding, potty, walking, medication, and bedtime routine. During boarding or house sitting, dogs may be left alone for up to three hours at a time, depending on their individual needs. Please let me know if your dog requires more frequent supervision before booking. I live with my boyfriend and our Pembroke Welsh Corgi in an apartment with a large patio. Guest dogs are welcome on our furniture and beds, and I do my best to make them feel like part of the family. Dogs are always supervised while using the patio. For boarding, I require a meet-and-greet with my Corgi so we can make sure the dogs are comfortable together. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully, keep dogs leashed outside, monitor interactions, and maintain their established routines. When house sitting or completing drop-in visits, I will treat your home respectfully and make sure it is secured when I leave. I’m also happy to provide regular photos and updates.
