This was our first extended time away since adopting Finn where a friend or relative (usually his grandma) was not available to cat-sit so we were pretty nervous how all of this would work. Finn is extremely nervous with new people and even with ones he’s met a few times. But Finn absolutely loved Vanessa as her photos and videos easily showed. Within her first visit, she had photos of him rolling over to show his belly - the ultimate sign that he was so comfortable with her. About: I have four dog nieces and nephews that I love very much and occasionally watch. I check in on my neighbors dog when needed. I successfully dog sat a Great Dane for a week who I fell in love with. I have a large fenced in yard that is the best for zoomies. I work from home M-F with a flexible schedule to take the dogs out to play or for a walk. The summer months I may be less available during the weekends but during the winter I will have more availability. I have a fenced in yard that is large enough for dogs to run. There are no other animals or children at this house making it a relaxing and peaceful place if the dog needs a more chill environment. I do have two doodle nephews that can come to play if the dog needs to socialize.

About: I have a very high level of knowledge and skills of how to take care of cats of any age and ability and enjoy spending time with all kinds of cats. I have much less experience with and knowledge of dogs but I'm very familiar with the basics of feeding and walking. Friends have described me as a cat whisperer and I like to think of myself as such. Not that I might not have challenges, but I know how to meet and vibe and care for them. I have completely open availability for the next month or so as I am unemployed living with friends and trying to establish myself here. I typically like doing care between the late morning and early evening, but anything can be talked about and arranged. I enjoy spending the day alongside animals, being attentive to their needs by taking them out for long walks, providing healthy snacks and cuddles through the day, and offering a calm energy to relax energetic or otherwise anxious pets. I am confident in caring for pets across a range of personalities, and am happy both giving pets lots of attention and energy and coexisting with more introverted pets.

About: I've had dogs for all my adult life, plus we always had dogs and cats growing up. My first dog crossed over last fall, so I have experience with old dog care. My current dog is a very friendly 3 year old doodle who is always ready to make a new friend. I'm currently going back to school for a career change and taking online classes, so I'll be at home during the day. I take my dog on several walks a day and so your dog will gets lots of exercise and attention, from both me and my doodle! I have a fully fenced backyard along with one very friendly 3 year old dog and one older cat (who can hide in the basement when over stimulated). I'm half a block from a dog friendly park and we take lots of neighborhood walks during the day.
