About: Our kids LOVE dogs, they pretty much live for them. We can't have our own right now, so we want to love on yours while you're away! We've owned our own dogs, and both of the adults grew up taking care of and loving dogs. We're happy to help reinforce any training that you're doing with your pup! We work during the week, but we can spend the weekend giving full-time care to your dog! We are open to watching your pup during the week, but they would be home alone from about 9am-4:30 pm. Just send me a message if you need longer care than the weekend and we can discuss details! We have a fenced backyard with plenty of room for dogs to run and play fetch. We can offer plenty of outside time and bathroom breaks, we're happy to keep your pet on their typical schedule!

About: Growing up, my house has always had at least three dogs (both big and small), and I could never imagine my life without pets. I currently live with a dog (pitty mix) and a cat (a cuddly gray tuxedo)! I adopted my dog about a year ago through a rescue, so I’ve also had some very recent training refreshers! I have taken animal husbandry - including first-aid on dogs and cats - courses throughout school, including learning how to care for exotic critters! I have cared for my dogs from the puppy stage to the senior stage, so I am familiar with what each life stage brings. Although I have more experience with dogs, I still love cats and spending time with them just as much. I have lived with my current cat for 3 years, and she has taught me many things about cat behavior and companionship! I have an understanding and love for every animal, and I can’t wait to meet yours! I work full-time (with the flexibility to step away for a quick drop-in) from 6am to 2-3pm Monday thru Thursday, and Friday 6am-11am. I am free anytime after work, and my weekends are typically open! I will treat each client’s home and belongings with the upmost respect and care. Cleanliness is very important to me, so you can expect to return to a clean and tidy living space. I will ensure that your pet will remain in a safe and healthy home while you are away. Leaving a pet with someone else can be scary, so I want to make the experience for the owner and the pet as peaceful and pleasant as possible.

About: I have years of hands on experience caring for dogs and cats through personal pet ownership, animal shelter volunteering, fostering, and pet sitting for friends and family. During my undergraduate years, I spent several years volunteering at animal shelters and fostering animals with a wide range of ages, personalities, and care needs. I've cared for young puppies, kittens, adult cats, senior dogs, and older rescues who were still learning potty-training routines. Through these experiences, I've become comfortable working with shy, nervous, and anxious animals, as well as dogs who need extra patience on walks or tend to pull on the leash. I also have experience with basic puppy training, reinforcing commands, managing potty-training accidents, and caring for multiple pets at once. I'm experienced with administering both oral and injectable medications, and I understand the importance of carefully following each pet's specific care instructions. I grew up caring for my family's pug, who lived to be 15 years old, and I currently have a sweet 4 year old rescue dog. I've also fostered and cared for multiple dogs and cats in my home, so I'm familiar with managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines. One of the biggest things fostering has taught me is that every animal is different. Some pets want to play all day, while others prefer quiet company or need a little extra time to warm up. I love getting to know each pet individually and making sure they receive the attention, patience, and affection that works best for them! I'm currently a graduate student at UW-Madison, and one of the best parts of my schedule is that my lab allows me very flexible hours! This gives me plenty of freedom throughout the week to work around your pet's routine and make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. Since I'm not tied to a traditional 9 to 5 schedule, I can make time for dog walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and overnight house sitting. Whether your pup needs a midday walk, your kitten wants some extra playtime, or your furry friend just needs someone to keep them company while you're away, I'm happy to help! I also have a 4 year old rescue dog of my own, so walks, feeding, playtime, and spending quality time with animals are already part of my everyday routine. I'm available most days and am happy to coordinate around your pet's usual schedule. I know how important consistency is for animals, especially those who are younger, older, or a little anxious, and I'll do my best to keep their routine as comfortable and familiar as possible. And of course, I'll always make time for plenty of cuddles, playtime, and pictures of your little fur babies! Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities! Through my experience volunteering at animal shelters and fostering dogs and cats, I've learned how important it is to be patient, attentive, and respectful of each animal's individual needs. I'm comfortable caring for shy or anxious pets, energetic puppies, senior animals, and pets who may need a little extra attention or reassurance. When caring for pets in your home, I do my best to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. I'll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any special care needs. I also have experience administering oral and injectable medications and understand the importance of following the instructions provided for each pet. I live alone with my sweet 4 year old rescue dog, who gets along very well with other animals. I've also cared for multiple cats and dogs in my home before, so I understand the importance of paying attention to each pet's personality, comfort level, and boundaries. About: I am a cat and dog lover! I have about two years of pet sitting experience. I grew up having cats and now have two of my own that are 2 and 3 years old. I am very reliable, organized, punctual, patient, and flexible. I recently finished grad school and am so excited to have time to get back to pet sitting! My cats are like children to me and I will take care of your pets like they’re my own. My priority is to keep your pets happy and keep you satisfied as a customer! I have a very flexible schedule and can do 30-60 minute drop-in visits or dog walks at any time throughout the day. I only offer drop-ins at this time due to also having my own cats at home. I offer drop in visits in your home where I will feed, clean up after, and play with your pets. I understand the importance of keeping pets entertained while their humans are away and I will spend time doing their favorite activities with them!

About: I have been taking care of all types of animals since I was a teenager. I am great with dogs both large and small. My friends also call me the cat whisperer because I can earn any type of cats trust. I work Monday-Friday and get done around 4pm. I am very open on the weekends and every night of the week. Additionally my work schedule is flexible so if you need specific accommodations I can most likely make that work. I have a pet friendly apartment with lots of grass to run around in to play and go to the bathroom. Additionally my apartment is a comfy and cozy home with nothing that animals would be getting into.

About: My husband and I have a 2 year old Lagotto Romagnolo and before that we had a Bassett hound mix, growing up I always had cats and have helped friends over the years with walking their dogs/short term care for their animals! I work for myself from home and my schedule is extremely flexible making it very easy for me to work with others schedules, especially during the day! We have a large fenced in backyard at our home. We practice positive re-enforcement in our home with our dog and believe whole heartedly in that practice!

About: We are a family of four that wants to get a dog some day when our children are a bit older. We have two daughters aged 9 and 5. We love to do dog sitting so we can still enjoy a dog in our home. I am a high school teacher and my wife stays home 3 out of 5 days/week with our two young daughters. My wife grew up with Labradors and I grew up with Maltese and Terriers. We cannot wait to have our own dog again. Will your dog be the one to convince us of what type of dog we want for our family? We look forward to meeting you and treating your dog like they are part of our family! Because we do not currently have a dog and only take one dog at a time, your dog will be very well cared for and receive tons of attention and affection! **once in awhile, we may have two bookings that overlap slightly depending on pick-up/drop-off times, but if that happens we will communicate that with you! My wife is home Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with our daughters. On Mondays and Tuesdays, we are gone from 8:30-4:00. If that is too long of a period for your dog to go without a potty break please let us know! I am a teacher at Memorial highschool (just 5 mins from our home) and can easily come home during my lunch break for a quick dog walk! We have a fenced in yard for your dog to explore. Otherwise, we will let your dog roam anywhere in the house! If needed, we have baby gates and are able to section off parts of our home.

“Magan has been a long time trusted pet sitter for me! I have four cats and a great dane, and I trust her with the detailed care for all my animals, and my home. She treats my animals like her own! The cats are pretty self sufficient with automatic feeders and a litter robot, both of which Magan learned how to use easily. One of the cats used to need pill form medication twice a day, which she was confident and great and administering. She gives the cats all the snuggles, pets, and love, so they don’t feel lonely even if I am only gone for a day! My dog, Maggie, is a rescue, she is very shy and timid. Magan let Maggie come to her and did everything perfectly to not spook her until she was comfortable. She is confident and strong walking her, because she is a strong dog! Overall, if you want your home and babies to be treated with all the love and respect they deserve, book Magan as your pet sitter!”
