Whether your pup loves a calm, relaxed environment or needs lots of playtime, engagement, and activity throughout the day, I’ve got it covered. I keep my bookings limited so every dog gets plenty of attention, care, and a comfortable, non-overwhelming environment. I do not board more than one, or one household of dogs, at a time. I grew up surrounded by dogs of all shapes and sizes and now have two pups of my own. I truly understand how important it is to trust someone with your “kids,” and I treat every dog in my care like family. I’m very in tune with dog behavior and emotions and take time to understand each dog’s personality, whether they are playful, shy, or need a little extra space. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors, and I have been watching and walking dogs for others for over ten years! For boarding: My husband and I both work from home, so your dog will have consistent supervision, attention, and care throughout the day. They will always have someone nearby! I do have two friendly, medium-sized labradoodles who love to play if your dog enjoys socializing. If not, that is completely okay. They can stay in a separate area of the home with my husband, so your dog can have a calm and more one-on-one environment. We also have a fenced backyard, and I am always outside supervising during potty breaks and playtime. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate most days, times, and even same-day requests. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and cared for like they are at home! I have a very flexible schedule and can be available on weekdays as well as weekends! Please feel free to reach out with same day requests. I have a fenced back yard but I will also be outside with your dog each time they are out. I have two pups of my own, both medium size labradoodles (30 lbs and 40 lbs) who are super friendly and would love to keep your pet company and make sure they are comfortable here!

About: I've worked at a pet store where I learned lots of information about food, supplements, health problems and most things dog. If I don't know something, I will research the highest & lowest depths of the internet for the knowledge to best take care of your canine pal. I am very passionate about dogs. They make me happy so I keep them happy. I have experience with an array of dogs so lets add yours to the list! I am working part time so I have pretty flexible hours to be of help. I am available every day except Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. I love going on long walks and letting them sniff and explore. I’ll keep them safe and clean up after them of course. I have many years experience helping friends with their pets. I have experience with puppies as well as younger and older dogs. I also have experience with administering medication if need be. I understand that no pet is the same and that each dog has their own needs, therefore they must not be treated like they are. I work monday-friday so my availability would only be on weekends. Pet care is in my daily routine seeing that i have 2 dogs myself. I only do walks but i do make sure that the pet is not put in a stressful/ dangerous situation. About: Growing up, I was fortunate to have a terrier from the time she was a puppy until her death an amazing 18 years later. She was my backyard companion. Later during my marriage, we adopted a Border Collie mix. She was such a sweetie. I loved taking her for a walk right after I got home from work. We had her for 16 wonderful years. At the same time, we had 2 cats. The male contracted FIV, so I worked with the vet and arranged weekly then monthly immunity shots. We had him for a number of extended years because of the shots. The other cat was my sister's who reached a point where she could not take care of it. I adopted it and she became my buddy for many years afterward. I am retired and have time to do something as much for me as it is for you. I can easily rearrange my day to accommodate your schedule. Our cats get plenty of attention. They are housebound, but we let them out occasionally on an elevated deck that does not have stairs, so they are contained there. We have a cat tree in the breakfast room that faces outdoors to two bird feeders. There is plenty of activity, plus a feeder that attaches to the window that gets frequent birds.
