“I was so worried about finding someone to walk my dogs because they are such a handful. Georgia took the challenge and has been amazing. She is so flexible and communicative and I can’t believe I found someone so awesome. She is a life saver.”

“Easy to work with on late notice, super kind, my dogs loved her!!!”

“Taryn is fantastic! She arrives when she says she will and takes care of my pups well! I highly recommend her. :-)”

“Jigs knows exactly when Natalie is supposed to arrive. He gets super excited to see her! Natalie is very caring and patient with him. Jigs says Natalie is the best!”

“Nathan was absolutely fantastic. We did two meet and greets with him because our dog Sam is special. Nathan was willing to invest the time to earn Sam’s trust which meant a lot to us. We were gone for 7 days and the weather was brutally cold. Nathan was prompt to come take the dogs on their walk each day and endure the 2 degree temps. We highly recommend Nathan as a dog walker and will definitely use him again. Thank you so much Nathan!”

“Wendy was FABULOUS! She was very kind and responsive, and was happy to modify the schedule when our needs changed. I would absolutely work with her again!”

About: I’m familiar with large breeds and dogs with big personalities - I’m all about building trust with your pet at their pace. Whether it’s a game of fetch, a long walk, or just some snuggles on the couch, I’m here to make them feel at home even when you’re away! I currently work from home and on east coast hours so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available most weekends too for walks and check-ins. Poop When your pups stay with me they’ll be treated like my own! I have a fully fenced in yard that’s perfect for zoomies and sniffs, plus access to a dog park where we can socialize and exercise.

“Professional, accommodating, and reliable. Ashley did a wonderful job looking after my senior dog whilst I was out of town. I wouldn't hesitate to utilize her services again in the future!”

About: I volunteer for an animal rescue. I have fostered puppies and participated in their adoption process. I have cared for babies all the way up to seniors. Both dogs and cats. I do not work so I'm available to take care of your fur baby whenever you need me. I would love to meet them and play! My yard is fenced in and almost half an acre so there is plenty of room for dogs to run around. I also have a side-by-side doggy duplex if your dog wants to have some "me time" and still be outside.

“Shayne is fantastic! My dog, Zeba, can be somewhat difficult at times, so I'm really picky about who walks her, but Shayne has done a great job with her. One of Z's favorite parts of the day is when Shayne comes by for her walk. I love getting the picture updates and little walk report cards, too. I will definitely continue to use Shayne as much as she is available.”

About: In a professional capacity, I’ve been off and on Rover for a few years, and I love it! My clients have loved the customer service level I bring to each interaction. From my communication style and pictures to my ability to be flexible in scheduling. In my personal life, I’ve taken care of dogs, fish, cats, turtles/tortoises, rats and guinea pigs. I’ve administered medication to pets in the past and I’ve done enrichment training as well. Schedule varies. I work in the Plaza and Partner Joel works from home and is available to care for pets all day. We live in downtown Kansas City MO. With my dog walks, I’ll typically take a 20 minute walk with 10 minutes allowed for enrichment/playtime. With any drop-ins, I’m happy to refill food/water and/or take care of any plants babies that you may have as I have a pretty good green thumb.

About: With 15 years of experience caring for animals, I bring a genuine love to every pet I care for. Having owned animals myself, I understand their unique needs and personalities, and I treat each one with the same respect and attention I give my own pets. My extensive experience has taught me how to provide both the physical and emotional care animals require, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved in my care. I am committed, responsible, and truly passionate about enhancing the well-being of every pet I look after, and I truly understand the bond between humans and their furry companions. As a mostly remote employee, I have flexibility to care for my clients pets throughout the week. On Tuesdays, when I go into the office, I ensure they have extra attention before I leave and arrange for a midday check-in. I ensure that pets receive the love, attention, and comfort they need while their owners are away. By providing extra affection and creating a safe, nurturing environment, I help pets feel secure and loved. Having been a pet owner myself, I truly understand the deep bond between an animal and its caregiver. My animals are an integral part of my life, so I approach every pet with the same care and dedication, prioritizing their emotional and physical well-being. Whether in my home or a client’s, I customize care to meet each pet's unique needs, offering them a sense of familiarity and love.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I used to own a lot of dogs on a farm and would spend all of my time with them growing up. I used to help breed dogs with my boyfriends family too. He owns 14 dogs him and his family do. I work at the royals baseball stadium. So my schedule is a bit everywhere but when I do work, I work for max 4 hours a game/day I have a fenced in yard and 4 kennels. I have three dogs and a cat! About: I’m a mom and early childhood educator, so nurturing and caring for others is just part of who I am. I’ve spent years creating safe, loving environments for children—and I bring that same energy to pet care. I’m patient, attentive, and great at picking up on what animals need, whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or a little extra TLC. My experience as a teacher helps me stay calm, consistent, and ready for anything. I’ll treat your pets like family and make sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine! I have a flexible schedule and spend most of my time at home or out with my kids, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday playtime, or evening cuddles, I’m happy to work around your pet’s needs and routine. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, and I make it a priority to create a calm, loving environment for them every day. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home. I take time to get to know each pet’s personality, routine, and preferences—whether that means playtime, quiet snuggles, or sticking to a feeding and potty schedule. In my home, pets have a calm, cozy space where they’re part of the family. When I’m in your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I always send updates, photos, and check-ins so you feel at ease knowing your fur baby is in good hands.

18. Marceshia J.
“Why I believe Marceshia J. would provide safe, loving care and great customer service is her being an admirable, loving, and patient individual. She's very alert, reliable, and attentive to whoever she helps. With her prior job history of customer service & being a mom, it helps her elevate her service and the company she works for by knowing how to communicate, adapt to change, and repetitiveness under pressure. It will make the perfect caregiver. While on the road, she would help watch my English Bulldog Sarah. Sarah freaking loved her, she took her of care like she owned her. Never had a bad experience dealing with Marceshia, whenever I buy another dog, she will most definitely receive a phone call from me. What makes Marceshia awesome is her personality, her poise to detail and the genuineness she's bring with her everyday. Very business orientated so she's all about business. Get her a shot! She will not disappoint!”
