I appreciate Lisa’s attention to detail on any changes in behaviors and having a good sense of when trying to medicate my cat was too stress inducing and keeping me up to date on that. I have unfenced backyard although I have a long lead in the backyard so pets can comfortable be safe outside if wanted. I also have a crate if needed to be crated.
